It was my son's birthday and your chocolate truffle cake (his favourite) made it extra special for us. Selection and ordering process is extremely easy. The quality of the product is upto the mark, its value for the money. And the delivery was flawless. Thankyou :)

The data base is impeccable., Staff is courteous and friendly in reminding important dates before the event. Ordering is simple, easy and fast and delivery is smooth on time. Communication is also very good.

The order was confirmed to be delivered on the same day but was not done. After follow up they say it's not possible today but no email or anything send from FNP side even after a request to be delivered the next day. Still, it is delayed not yet delivered. The customer care is very bad in answering you're enquiry. Not even accepting the order cancellation. Overall very very bad and poor service.

Simply superb and amazing. Have told all my friends. You will have to promote through all social medias. Give discount and offers fifbthe first order. For birthdays of the clients/ customer, you can send them a cake as a surprise

Billing was not easy with safari and explorer, alert for online billing - use chrome.
