F&P is doing a fab job by delivering love n happiness for those special moments and that too in affordable pricing! Every year I get rakhi delivered with sweets. The sweets are always of premium quality & fresh. This year I also ordered cake & roses for my dad on his bday which were exactly as shown in the pic... Beautiful Rose bouquet with delicious cake. 1 word on the address was misspelled which I immediately corrected hence the cake was delivered but not the flowers. There were 2 telephone numbers given for the delivery person to call so in case there is an issue but nobody called those numbers! I asked the company why they did not contact the recipient but I got the generic response! I contacted the company again but this time to request for a credit and again, I got the same generic response.
It was not only a waste of money but also spoiled a birthday surprise for my daughter.
Beware of this company!

I am very happy with their service, I ordered almost 9-10 cushions for birthdays and anniversaries for my dear ones. Everytime its PERFECT, even the SAME DAY DELIVERY products are equally perfect. I needed the order urgently and the customer care helped me with the same. I got it within 3 hours. The quality was picture perfect, as shown in the image.
FNP cheats you on order deliveries? I was given a delivery slot between 12:00 PM and 3 PM and despite paying extra money for on time delivery the order is delayed. I am now being told that it will be delivered between 3 PM and 6 PM. The delivery address is an office address and it closes by 6 PM. I needed it delivered before 5 PM anyhow. This has become a regular FRAUD with FNP and despite taking extra money for standard delivery they delay the order. The Call Center support has the same standard reply."We are Sorry for the inconvenience". They charge the customer extra for ontime delivery and then delay the order by simply sending a sorry. They are cheating the customer this way. My order number is *******
