Delivery was on time. Much before what I had expected but the arrangement was not upto the mark.
There was lack of finishing. Base level chocolates were broken. Hope to get a more perfect product next time. As compared to the price charged product was not upto the mark.

Very disappointing experience. The gift which I scheduled to deliver on 16th Sept before 2pm got delivered on 17th sept 6pm (even by paying extra amount for fast delivery). Communicated over chat and call again and again over 20 times. I dont know if it would delivered on 17th if I didnt made these much calls.
It ruined the excitement and lost the importance as it was scheduled for special occasion.
I will not use their service in future and will not recommend the site.

Service was on time. Quality was good. You may like to make the rates little more attractive, as i feel they are slightly on higher side.
Ordered a birthday cake and a gift item to be delivered at mid night(which cost Rs. 250 extra charges) of the birthday. The cake was delivered a week before the date. And the gift item was delivered after the specified date. These people are nuts. And they tried compensating me by giving a discount voucher of 20% discount on their product even after said I do not want it. Why would they think I'd every trust them with their services. Never-ever try to take services from them...
