I have placed an order in Ferns N Petals and on the day of delivery they cancelled the order because for my location they are not serviceable. They should have some mechanism to identify before taking an order.
My entire surprise is destroyed because of them.

Great product, greater process, greatest customer satisfaction.
The product and he brand are highly recommended by me.

I ordered flowers for my boyfriend to celebrate national boyfriend day and they just made me speechless with such great experience. The quality of the product, the delivery, communication process and the fact that they actually delivered what they promised made me happiest. There was a glitch in payment page but the customer care executive was such sweet and helpful person who helped me through it. 10/10. Would highly recommend

It is an excellent means of reaching your near and dear ones thru gifts etc. from the remotest of places on short notice and emergency.

Absolutely the worst experience.
Arranged to be delivered at 10am to a tuition centre which opens at 7.30 on weekends. Received a message at 10.12am that ' flowers has not been successfully deliver due to reason, door locked.'

Called customer service to explain that they are a tuition centre which opens at 7.30 so there is not wat the door would have been locked. Your deliveryman is a liar. The only reply customer service could provide was, I will try my best to arrange for you.

When deliverman finally arrived back at 11, he called my wife and talked extremely rudely demanding her to come out and receive the flowers. Please think about it. If it is a joyous occasion, are you sure you want your loved ones to be greeted by a rude deliveryman? And one who has already left a lying remark that door has been locked as well? Seriously the whole experience has been the worst. Please FNP wake up and look at your team.

We have been ordering from FNP India to make someone's day special and it does not fail to impress us everytime from ordering to payment to delivery on time.

I ordered Rakhi for my brother he is in Germany. He never received it and when I contacted them they told me we have delivered it there is nothing we can help out. I lost my money and that too my brother never received any hamper. Worst service ever will not recommend to anyone. They are not at all helpful. And their website shows it is delivered although it is not delivered. Worst service will never use ferns and petals.

Ordered at 1.30, delivered at 4 same day. All my queries answered promptly. Awesome experience. I will definitely order again.

The delivery time was on point and the product was worth the money. Would love to suggest this to everyone for any occasion. Would love to order from this website for the upcoming event.

I was ordered for a flower and cake for my daughters birthday,
It was a day before her birthday around 7 pm, I remembered her birthday and I was so busy that I can't even think of buying it, and also it was too late to order for it. When checking option I saw a Reminder message from f&n and immediately I downloaded their app and ordered for cake and flower ( it was still open for the same day delivery) It was unbelievable for me that they can deliver fresh flowers and cake in such a short time. I have chosen delivery at 12 am to Surprise her and f&n did not disappointed me.
