I am a customer since a very long time, and I should say, every time they have done an amazing job. Keep u the good work.

The first gift was supposed to be delivered on 6th September between 8 Am to 3 PM, which was delivered that day by 7 PM. It was her birthday, I wanted to surprise her as the day began and this is what happened. Also, the chocolates were crumbled and the delivery guy asked not to give bad ratings. Wow. So much guts when you know you have spoiled someone's day. Second gift was supposed to be delivered by 6 September (9 AM to 9 PM) or 7 September max, as mentioned. But It was delivered on 8 September. Imagine, someone's birthday was on 6 September and they are receiving their gifts with a delay of two days. And the product quality was pathetic.

The pot is large and doesn't fit into the wooden case as shown in the picture.
Leaves are ruined and rotten
There was supposed to be a banner "Happy Birthday". But she got one banner: "Birthday", "Happy" was not there.
The two Bamboo sticks were not there, as shown in the picture.

Overall excellent products & Services... Fast & timely delivery process... Really everything is very nyc.

They called to give reviews and said that you are eligible for gift, but after giving review they are not doing anything.

I had ordered a small bouquet of mixed roses and red velvet cake in jars. The orders arrived separately and the flowers were wilted a bit.
Other wise it was great.

I had purchased quite a few gifts from fnp. All the gifts were delivered on time. Product quality of every item was also very good. I really loved the quality and service. Would 100% recommend people to opt for fnp.

I have ordered flowers to be delivered twice time from FNP. But both times Quality of the flower is too poor(dry & dead) plus the flower box is also not in good condition. It's happened twice now. I am spending 3k on this. Still not getting a good quality of flower? Very poor condition of the box. Flower is not fresh at all. Take your flower back.

Lately, the services of ferns and petals has improoved tremendously. Time adherence is very important and they are not failing. The quality of products is also very satisfying. Keep up the tempo and good work.

Save urself some precious time and money
Dont order anything from here, they call u twice in 5 min and if u dont pickup, itz end of story, i have caller back 30 times to the customer service. Beautiful ringtones everytime, no one will pick the phone,

Pathetic quality. The flowers were already dead. The leaf arrangements could have been easily done by a school child. Not worth the effort, time and engagement with this site. They have partners who assemble material and send via dunno. So, it doesn't hold credibility. Its better to look out for local service companies.

Responsible and efficient customer service. Punctual delivery and high-quality product. Trustworthy site.

Everything... Right from the ordering process to on-time delivery is too good to be true! I'm impressed with the service and the product was same as visible on site.
I'm really convinced of the fact that fnp is greatest in gifting space.

Myself being in a small village of Kerala and my dear ones being in UAE, I never imagined of gifting them on their Special days or occasions. It's like a wish come true for me, with variety choices of gifts that too very apt to the occasion

I am from Chennai and I have ordered Unicorn cake order id: *******101 from ferns & petals on my daughters birthday. But the unicorn cake design which is mentioned in ferns & petals is totally mismatch with the cake i have received. Some low level thugs, fraud who is enrolled as partner with ferns & petals use paper cut image of dead horse or donkey or dog i couldn't recognize and Stick it on the cake with cream all over it saying it's an "unicorn". When i opened the cake me and family totally gone heart attack and feel embarrassed in front of my friends & relatives who are invited for B'day party. I throw the cake to the dustbin and immediately ordered new cake in nearby cake store.

When i complaint the same in Ferns & Petals another thugs name "Sanjeev Kumar" who is employed in Ferns & Petals who offered me Rs. 200 worth of cadbury celebration box for 2200 Rupees cake. I slash him right away in the mail and call that i need my amount refund else i am gonna file police complaint. At last after many struggles over call they agreed to refund the full amount i have spend on the cake.

Such an horrible experience with FnP. If anyone wants an cake kindly ordered to your nearby cake store never believe this online stores they won't keep up their promise.

I have been ordering cakes, flowers and gifts from fnp since 2006-07. I have seen them grow remarkably. My personal experience has always been good with them. FnP has always delivered my orders for family members and helped me sending sweet surprises for them… fnp thank you for always getting my orders on time and putting smile on the faces of my loved ones. I really am thankful to the entire fnp team and employees who are working really hard to deliver wishes of people (who are away from family) to their loved ones. Thank you for playing the role of Santa!

I had been a regular customer of Ferns and Petals and used it for Rakhi delivery to USA. This time I had a terrible experience. I placed a rakhi combo gift order for US and as usual the charges were quite high-1 Rakhi and a personalised notebook for, I still went ahead as the notebook was really nice. Finally the Rakhi got delivered and the notebook never reached. After follow up for 2-3 weeks with me calling up or opening tickets they finally closed things by refunding ₹500. I am stunned how FNP is charging so high values for gifts delivered to US and while refunding for there own mistake they are refunding at Indian charges. It was a pathetic experience and I will never be placing any international orders from here. It was disheartening to see such a customer experience from a company which I really thought was good at one time.

Do not order anything through this website. I wish I could give less than one star. I have ordered rakhi for my brother and when it didn't reach on time I emailed these fellows. They replied and said your order has been cancelled. They told me after I sent them an email but didn't bother to tell on their own. Wasted my time.
