Hi Everyone, I was a loyal customer with Fern and petals for the last 3 years till yesterday where i felt cheated and worst the attitude of the company instead of accepting their mistake, sends me a cryptic email saying, sorry for the bad experience, we see no problem in description, feedback closed.
They print on normal paper a flowers bunch and fern and petals local vendor address after charging you Rs 149 for the greeting card. Never order a greeting card for this company for your dear ones if you don't want to be embarrassed...

I ordered a valentines day gift for my fiance on 12th Feb and opted for delivery on 14th Feb. It is yet to be delivered and the status of the order still shows Confirmed meaning they haven't even processed the order let alone shipping it. I had high hopes from this company. Worst thing is I am not even able to raise a ticket from their website. Thanks for spoiling my valentines day. As long as the company gets innocent new customers I doubt they will ever worry about customer satisfaction. Looking at so many complaints about non delivery I am still amused they haven't been able to fix the problem. Please stay away from this company.

It has been a very horrible experience with ferns n petals. After having had email exchange for solving the issue for almost 2 weeks now, their company has refused to either deliver or pay my money back. The amount is not less- Rs. 2265. 60. Its been very traumatic as the flowers were to be sent for a very special occasion and nothing was achieved. I m stunned that their customer service is so bad that they keep copying pasting the same answers for 10 emails in a row! I have made yet another attempt today. Hoping some person at their customer service will actually make an effort to read the details I have written in my email and process either a delivery or refund of the money.

I ordered Valentine's gift from the US for my wife in Bangalore. The window given was 6 am to 9 pm IST, however, it's 10:30 pm IST now and the status is still "shipped". I tried calling customer care but they're closed on Wednesday and Thursday? For a business like FnP, I would expect customer care to be available on special occasions like this one.

There was a hiccup on placing the order that resulted in 2 guys calling me to help with placing order. While I appreciate that, I can't digest that they are not around to answer questions about the order.

Sorry to say, but it was a disappointing experience. I'm hoping that "if" the order gets delivered, it will be in a good shape.

The worst!

My boyfriend (in USA) ordered flowers and a cake from FnP to be delivered to me, in India. The white roses were mostly wilted and the cake was half crushed and oozing out of the box. Very disappointed. Don't think we'll use their services again.

Selling Fake perfume.

I had ordered a perfume from them because they claim to offer the service of delivering on desired date, meanng I can choose the date I want the gift to be delivered.

They delivered the gift way before time.

They sent a bottle of fake perfume. It was an expensive perfume costing around 3500 rupees. I contacted their customer service and the reply is copy pasted below. It is a joke! They are cheating customers. Be careful about this company,

Have ordered high end bouquet on my wife's birthday... though the local shop was near to my home. They took 5 hours and 45 min to deliver while it was 30 min away from my home. And while placing the order i clearly indicated that how important it is... waste of money

I ordered an eggless pineapple cake, was delivered a chocolate cake(not even sure if it was eggless). Along with the same order I had ordered a lamp which they couldn't deliver. Apparently they couldn't fine the address whereas the person delivering the cake had no problem finding it. Their customer service sucks. Tried putting in complaints through email and chat, the only response I got was "sorry for your inconvenience"

Their delivery is not as expected even after paying 5 to 7 times high price than local market. We call them and changed the address before they processed, some delivery went to new address some went to old address. Ordered balloons did not deliver, called them, they said it will be delivered within an hour. Never delivered. They don't include candles with birthday cake ( of more than Rs4000) so we called them in advance. They said they will include a complimentary candle, they never sent candle. So, we had a birthday party without candles and balloons. Their customer service is very nice, professional but they don't do what they say. Their order update system is state of the art. Cake quality was good but very expensive. Price of "Happy Birthday" balloons is ridiculously high (3 balloons for RS. 1500). This business is all about service but their service is not as expected. Flowers lasts only for few hours.

The Delivery was a nightmare. First of all the delivery guy reported it as address does not exist and I was charged RE delivery charges. Then my order was cancelled saying that they will deliver on another day. Till I had to scream and was forced to pay RE deliver charges after which the delivery was made. It screwed up our wedding anniversary and was definitely not a pleasant experience. I will not use the service again and will definitely not recommend the service to my worst enemy

I ordered a cake and opted midnight delivery.The cake was damaged and it was not fresh. Moreover, it was stinking and not eatable. I will not recommend this website at all. Not what I ordered

Ordered flowers and chocolates as a Christmas gift for elderly relatives in Canada.
Delivery was good arrived on the day I asked.
Flowers were okay but they received a box of mints and a box of truffles plus an empty glass jar.
This was very confusing for them why did we send an empty glass jar to them? They asked.
It spoilt the gift. I can understand Ferns n Petals may have run out of chocolates at Christmas but why an empty glass jar?

Pathetic Customer Service

Ferns n Petals has been a favourite of mine until I had to interact with one of their customer support representatives. Who was rude, put me on hold for 30 mins and never got back and then Supervisor Deepa who promised she would take action did nothing just sugar coated words to cover up for their agents. All I wanted to know was the ETA for delivery and I was put through so much trouble. Please train your Reps to be more polite and courteous and supervisors to keep their promises because they represent your company. Very disappointed.

I placed an order for a chocolate bouquet to be delivered at a corporate address, and Ferns n Petals didn't deliver it on the original date. While the order was still being placed, I must have received at least 3 phone calls from them confirming that I was going to place the order. Once the order was placed, they messed up the dates, and ended up attempting delivery on a day when the recipient was not there. After that, they never bothered re-attempting, kept my money, and keep sending me generic 'it's our policy' template emails. Worst service ever! I can't imagine that any company could be so blatant about keeping someone's money without having delivered any product/service in exchange for it. Shockingly disappointing! It's theft-plain and simple.

Stay Away!
Shop from any other site than FNP.
I am from Canada and my wife went to India for vacation.
I ordered 4 items (one flower bouquet) from the site 4 days before our anniversary. The site said they will deliver on 30th November. However, I wished my wife anniversary and expecting that she will receive the bouquet at least during first half of the day.
To my surprise, half day was gone and none of the item was delivered, even the flowers.

When I contacted customer service at 5:00 in the evening, they told me that time frame is till 9:00 pm in the night. I was pissed off thinking that instead of apologizing for the delay and following up with the order, they are so arrogant. Then finally, flowers was delivered at 6:30 in the evening.
To add to that, remaining 3 gift items didnot deliver on same day. They didnot even gave me the tracking number to follow and told me that they cannot do anything for that delivery delay as it is due to associated delivery partner.
I waited another 2 days and item didnot get deliver.
Then I followed-up again, they replied saying item is delivered.
Today, It is 9 days from the order date, None of the other 3 items are delivered.
Now, they are not even replying to my email.

This is one of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I learned the lesson hard way and by wasting Rs. 2000.

I hope I could save other people's money by writing this review.
My request to all user to order from any other service provide and stay away from FNP.

I have ordered one teddy and 5 chocolates to delivery on my friend birthday. Customer service is not good. First day i called and they said it will be delivered by 9pm it was not. Next day i called in the mrng by 11 am they told me it will get delivred by today 5pm but they told me the customer number is switched off and we need area name. FINE i sent his exact area name and his number also. Finally they told me it will get delivered by today 5pm. FINE. I called in the evng 7 pm on same day they told me to pay 800Rs extra for Re delivery. This is the first time I am facing this kind of situation. I am really upset. This is the worst app i have never seen. Waste of keeping secrets or expecting something good trusting this Ferns N Petals.

And finally Mukundh called me and said. It will be get delivered by tmrw.
I am waiting for the proper response.
