One of the suborder got delivered promptly which i am happy about. But i cannot digest the cheating done on the second sub order to chennai. The site said Delivered but my mom never received the cake. Also, i think FNP should check and hire the delivery boys. Please consider that.
The order was placed and the estimated time was 6 AM to 9 PM. Upon chatting with the representative, they said they will call and reach home before 4 pm. they called 3 times a day delaying the order by 3 hours -12,3 and 6... Its 7 pm in India and she(my mom) has not received it yet... She was waiting for for this the whole day on Sunday. Finally they sent an email that they tried delivering and recipient was not at home - which was not true! Really! So easy to shop but so difficult to get the service.
The order was placed two days prior to the date of delivery.
On the day of delivery, it was updated in the profile that the gift was out for delivery. However, the gift was not received until 7:00 PM. Upon contacting the customer care they informed that the delivery guy couldn't reach to the number already provided. Despite of the fact that there was another alternate number provided too.
Further to contacting the customer care several times they further told me that they couldn't make the delivery as it was too late.
The matter should have been informed or updated in the profile earlier so that alternative could have been suggested to ensure delivery.
The order had to be cancelled as it was for a birthday and Ferns and Petals suggested me they would deliver the next day ie after the BDAY.
Website has lot of glitches, making it difficult to order and delete items.
Plants are not healthy and Long lasting.
Customer care took order and confirmed after 20% discount. Got the call after 30 min - the selected option was not possible to deliver. It had to be cancelled
Selected another item - offered the discount of 15%. The earlier time slot was no more available. What a pathetic service. Will never order. I was a regular customer for around 5 years. Very disappointed
I have ordered many a times from FnP, every time there is some or the other flaw, be it the wrapping paper or quality of the cake. Just want to say that, don't go with the pictures they post on their website. The product comes out to be the 3rd or 4th copy of the picture you see! Not at all worth the price they charge! The least you guys can do is to send fresh flowers, if you cannot replicate the picture you share on website. You need to understand the customers expectation! Overpriced! All those not so fresh, dull flowers which did not last at least 2 hours after delivery were of Rs 900. My money have just gone to waste! Will never ever recommend and choose FnP. They are the worst! (P. S: wrote a good review before as I didn't know what they have sent! After I asked the person to whom I had sent flowers, they have given me this review!)
Not all roses were fresh and few had become black... when we purchase online we don't get to know such things... that too when we gifting someone... quality of things should be good enough... not happy this time with the product delivered... Kindly look into this
I didn't believe this service from Ferns and Petals. Flowers were very good fresh and beautiful.
But coming to cake it was so disappointing. Was not juicy not cool as typical cool cake nor did taste like black forest. Cost was so high, didn't even reach the minimum expectations was not worth at all.

Been ordering from a while never had complaints but yesterday i ordered cake for my mother' s birthday which was not delivered and the excuse was incorrect address! I had been customer for more then one year now and never changed my address! I replied to the email filled query form also provided contact number. Nothing was done until i called today and was denied for the refund and said we are delivering today. Now my advise is keep $55 this time but lose the customer forever who was paying you for the whole year! Seriously its unprofessional, no apology was made either! Bye ferns and petals
Fnp undoubtedly best... my experience with this online gifts are wonderful... specially on time delivery always... as time matters alot in case gifting somebody to surprise... their sweets and cakes and always fresh... highly recommended to try this... and surprise with collection of gifts to all ur buddys... spread happiness.
I got the broken cake and also it was not in solid state, i have paid you guys and now i am having trouble with my cake, that cake is for my niece and now i am getting feeling ever i got, it is very disappointing to me, it is my first time experience and it worst than ever, there are lots of online store where i can get my cake ordered but instead of them i choosed you and now im having issue and problem, you know brithday comes once in a year and it for my lil niece and she is getting lost too... now i dont have time and i dont know what to do with that... its really very pathetic and worst service ever i got online, i have paid you in advance and still you guys did not able to delivered also i gave you a one days complete time,, i dont know what do to... i just throw the cake in garbade... it is really disappointing to me,, i will post this too on facebook and other social media as well and also i will make sure that non of my friends and relatives will order from your store and also i will keep posting and make sure you will gonna lose daily two customers in a day...

IRRESPONSIBLE AND USELESS SERVICE. I was allowed to choose the date the gift can be delivered, but in reality it was not delivered. When asked customer support... they are pointing to a link saying its only an estimate. Why the hell I should choose an online portal to deliver. If they are irresponsible, not service minded, not punctual and could not even inform on the delay. Better shut down their service. They are unfit to do such business of delivering Birthdays/anniversaries/ gifts. Will never visit such sites.
I had placed order initially accepted and denied the last day, and second time it was delivered on time, neither did they call and ask about the address whereabout nor did they mail. Upon inquiring said the address mentioned is wrong, which is not true. Please don`t rely on these people, if they cannot search the location in motibagh, we cannot expect them to deliver in colonies at all. I have received deliveries as well and the quality of cakes received is really poor with regards to the pricing.

The product when delivered was not only delayed by few days, but was broken as well. Please decide well before opting for FNP.
Customer Service is excellent but product shown in website and actual product is different. Bouquet is not value for money. Better to order bouquet locally in cheaper rate. You will save lot of money. Also ensure if product is available with FNP after ordering.
I had ordered 2 products last month. 1 product was out of stock which came to know at very last minute. Could not make alternate plan due to short time. Also delivered bouquet was too small than expected and flowers quality was not good. After escalation, FNP customer service team arranged another bouquet free of charge which was better than previous one.
On delievery *******@1730, they cancelled my order, as the place is too far for them for delievery. It was a bizzare as it was my dads bday and i didnt had enough time to place order with someone else. I wish there would be an option of 0 ranking!

Very Business minded. Care the least about the time, effort and money put and the delivery is out of stock the day before it is supposed to be delivered.
I ordered expensive Orchid as a gift, They delivered all old flowers and also they have put artificial scent over it to feel like fresh and nice smell. So just the day after the delivery, the flowers got almost died.
I would recommend very careful if you give flower order here, There service is like a cheat. I am talking about Bangalore service, Not sure about other cities. But Bangalore service is totally cheating.
I am so disappointed with this FnP in ahmedabad, i ordered 3 days in advance, it was a no show on the day of delivery, so i waited till 9 pm since it said till 9pm, they are open till 10:30 no one was there, i send an email, next day i waited...
I called them at 6PM they say pincode is wrong! Really! Since when do the courier use pincode rather then the detailed address. Complete BS...

Answer: Don't order with them. They will take your money and then ignore you and give you all stories of why it couldn't be delivered. Rather go to another website. They are also handing out 20% discount vouchers for reviews, so all of these 5 start reviews cannot be trusted at all!
