I am based in UK and ordered some anniversary gifts for my wife who is visiting her folks in India at the moment. The item never got delivered and i am still waiting for Ferns n Petals to confirm when they would actually be delivering the item.
Their customer service passed on the blame to their 'Courier partner' - 'Blue dart'.
Further they keep on closing down my customer complaints raised online through their website without any justification.

Worst kind of delivery and customer service. There is no proper response from the customer service. I'v ordered cake for my friend birthday it's suppose to be delivered 5.30pm but it was delivered only around 10.30pm. Not a professional team. They don't know how to deal it with the customer. I won't order anything with them hereafer. Please stay away. Not worth for spending time or money with them. Very worst service.

I have ordered to deliver lucky inspirational pair on my daughters marriage anniversary on 11.11.2017.The delivery was supposed on 21.11.2017 but it was delivered on 22.11.2017.On 21st evening i called in customer service. I have ordered a cake to be delivered at the USA. The cake delivered was spoiled and the customer service was just about saying apologies nothing else. Pathetic service.

I have contacted your customer service n raised issue with them. All they said was sorry and give them another chance to waste my money.
I have ordered pink lilies bouquet, chocolates and few add on.
First FNP do not have comment section where we can give our comments or special request, I provided phone number for emergency purpose, as no comment box couldn't give remark that only call when required, there should have been an option 'mode of communication', mail or phone number. Delivery guy called up and ruined my surprise, to check replacement of pink lilies to some other color. This can be also avoided but when lilies were delivered those were semi blown. Bouquet was not at all up to the mark.
When I complained thrice about this issue, then also no action has been taken.
Another issue is payment, I paid in singapore dollar, FNP charged 1500 INR extra in the name of currency conversion.
Till now, this is the worst service I have ever encountered while doing online shopping, FNP team is just a 'Thug' and provides very poor service.

I ordered cake and flower basket after checking from fernsnpetals website but the items delivered were totally different from what is shown in website. Totally unprofessional service and they don't know how to handle customer complaints. On lodging complaint they just conveyed apologize. They hurt your feelings and just interested in making money. Just encourage local florists and ignore this fernsnpetals. Basket which i ordered its details says that it will have net wrapping but the basket which was delivered had paper wrapping that too different colour. I ordered Truffle cake they delivered pineapple cake with chocolate dressing. Total fraud. Never go by the picture shown in the site, they never deliver items what is shown in site. Don't get cheated.

Has anyone ever noticed that reviews on fnp website has 4.5 stars and on independent websites (take any) is 2 stars. This simple fact means that they do not allow negative reviews to be published on their website. They have gone from excellent to the worse. Their flowers, when ordered online are ALWAYS stale and the cake is always the cheapest available anyplace... you order a blackforest to be delivered and they deliver a normal sponge cake with tons of icing which goes nowhere but in the dustbin... am switching off from fnp forever now... no matter what you do or whom you complain to, it simply makes no difference and the quality (for online orders) just does not improve - the outcome is a bad experience each and every time.
I order twice from FernsNPetal, they were able to disappoint me twice. The first time the flowers were dry and stale the second time the delivery was scheduled for the 19th, they sent the flowers on 18th without any advance notification. Post multiple calls there was no change and the items haven't been delivered yet... complete loss.

I ordered twice in a week and the cake obtained was stale. Playing with peoples health. The cake cream was sour when I received the cake. Another one had fungus on it within 12 hours of delivery. Though it was in fridge. Customer service is worst. Called 6 times for this complain
I ordered a cake yesterday. Even the delivery person said that he will deliver the case before 12 he did not do it. Then he promised that at 2 PM he will come to deliver but again he failed. The cake was finally delivered at 7PM leaving all the promises and ignoring all the feelings of customer. Also, the name on the cake was wrong, the cake was not looking as they shown on website. In my opinion, I would not at all suggest anyone to visit their website. They are Fake.
I have ordered cake for my in laws previously from ferns n petals they have resided at the same address all along and the cakes and flowers delivered to the same address every year. This year I ordered cake and all payment was done and I get a email from Ferns n petals saying that the address provided is a office address so cake not delivered as office is closed. [Oh dear! We're feeling very bad that your order #******* could not be delivered to ******** due to Office Address (Premise Closed)].
The time given for delivery was from 11:00 to 17:00 my father in law was home the whole time and then I was told his mobile was switched off. It was funny as we called him from U. K nearly 3-4 times to check if he received the cake.
When I wrote several complaint's to the customer service[Shariq Rais &Abhishek Mandal] the answer was appalling, no one was accepting their delivery person must have done a mistake and every time they were busy to close the complaint without giving a favourable answer.

I ordered a gift pack on my husband's birthday 5 days prior to Sydney Australia. Paid 1000 rs extra for same day delivery. My whole day has just went into calling their customer care... but only got excuses. Last nail in the coffin was that mam it is not our responsibility to deliver on the same day. I wonder what kind of people are running this thing because even after replying to the review that they take customer service seriously to almost each and every one of bad review, they have almost 200 bad reviews. I am guessing its just the words game for them and running the business a giant paradox.
Extremely Bad Service, out of five orders that I have placed, three of them delivered either after the due date or have defects on the quality of the product. The Customer care team and management do not provide you with the customer support and even disconnect your call if you ask them why the service is not up to the mark. Again, AWFUL! I am based out of US and wanted to get flowers delivered to my mom on mother's day and later some other items on her birthday. Well as you can presume no re - delivery and no refund for mothers day missed delivery, and she received only one item on her birthday.
We rely on these services to try to make up for our absence and insincerity shows not only lack of emotions but professionalism as well. I am still struggling to get my refund but will never employ their services again!
Placed an order 48 hours prior to delivery date and paid full amount in advance. Had 4 chats with their representatives on the promised date inquiring about that order and they said everything was fine and being taken care of. They send me an email just 5 mins prior to the promised deadline of 1700hrs saying that they don't have my ordered item in stock and were asking me if I was comfortable in replacing the item with a different item. Totally unprofessional and unreliable! Should stay away from them if you are planning a really special event! Said they would compensate by throwing in a bunch of roses which never arrived!
Answer: Don't order with them. They will take your money and then ignore you and give you all stories of why it couldn't be delivered. Rather go to another website. They are also handing out 20% discount vouchers for reviews, so all of these 5 start reviews cannot be trusted at all!
