Such a disgrace
In spite of getting negative reviews from my friends and colleagues, I decided to use Fens & Petals services which proves to be my biggest mistake.
1) They have totally spoiled my surprise by delivering midnight order(for which I paid 250 rs extra) before 11 PM and also called the recipient around 10:00 pm to confirm the address and availability. So guys don't even think of using FnP to give surprises to anyone.
2) The quality and quantity of the product you are ordering will never be the same as mentioned at the website. They delivered 250gm cake in place of 500gm cake and that too with the invisible message (they wrote the name with the white cream on the white area of cake), I mean how can someone be so dumb?
3) I also ordered a customized pillow with a message written on it and a message on separate card as well, They delivered that order after 7 days of delivery date and That too after calling them twice or thrice in a day. Infact they changed that message as well and now they are not even admitting it.
They are not ready to accept their fault, not even ready to take that pillow back and refund my money. They and their services simply disgusting! I had the worst experience with FnP.
Disgusting people and service! I ordered a present for mom back in india and it never got delivered. Called them sooo many times to get it sorted out. Never did. No refund nothing. F%^king disgusting! Called my bank to file a complaint. They are horrible
I ordered one flower product from fnp website today. And was so disappointed by seeing the delivered one was different flower. After calling there customer care they said that its in there policy if product is not available they will send substitute flower. This is so ridiculous response. How can they decide on substitute without confirming it from customer. Such unprofessional service. Please guys there are ample other sites please dont go with fnp.
My daughter has used Fern and Petals several times to have flowers delivered to addresses in India. The quality of flowers is absolutely horrible. The flowers never last for more than day. On one occasion they were delivered 2 days after the required delivery date. The company is clearly cheating customers. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!
Not worth of paying so much n getting such a worst product. As the business is growing the quality and loyalty towards coustmers are getting worse. Only focusing on earning money and delivering $#*! things to people.
Don't trust ferns n petals. After taking money from your Debit card/ credit card/ PayPal, neither they'll deliver you gift nor they return your money.
I ordered flowers for a funeral. I was told there was an attempted delivery and an attempt to call with no one home and no answer. There was someone home all day and no one ever called the cell phone. Then I was told I was responsible for the cost of the flowers anyway. I have reported this company to PayPal and to American Express. Do Not Use Under Any Circumstances. Order Number *******.

I have ordered for the first time on the new site fnp n also paid the amount full online. They said same day delivery but I don't know what happened to my product. They didn't mesg me or call me on my product. They spoiled my Raksha bandan day being trusting them... they are new site n fake.
At last me making so many calls n messages n complaints. After 4 days they said in one sentence that recipient not available... if not available why will v make n pay full amount n I don't get single call from them till now.

These people are rubbish. They send my brother cheap rakhi replacement saying the ones I order was out of now. I spent Rs5000 on Rakhi, and what I got is cheap rakhis. If raised tens of complaint and even message the CEO of the company as well on Linkedin. He didn't do anything. They are just making fool of the people. I would suggest anyone to order anything at all through this website.
I must agree that I made a mistake by choosing fnp for rakhi delivery. Since I placed my order i am in pain. I am sick and tired of logging complaint and they keep closing it.
Charged me 629rs x 2 for lumba rakhi which was not delivered and when I asked for refund they say they cant as they believe its delivered. I dont care why they think so or where in their system the flaw is, all i know is that the lumba rakhi was not delivered and I want my money back.
They are the biggest cheat, never ever order from them, your order will not be delivered and they will never refund as they always believe that you parcel was delivered. I got cheated big time and dont want anyone else to suffer.

E, on Aug 6th 2017 but it was not delivered... indeed they called saying the address is incorrect whereas on same address they delivered last year and our neighbours as well received it two days back! Worst site... don't order anything it's waste of your time... recently on July 21st 2017 my sister in law ordered Rakhi to my hubby. She got a mail stating that it was delivered yesterday i. E, on Aug 6th 2017 but it was not delivered. Stupid fellows, people are grabbing from normal people like these... these sites has to be banned and should report to police...
I ordered rakhi and sweets for my Brother who lives in US. I got a mail 2 days back stating that the same has been delivered to him. But he has never received it! When i called them they insist that it was delivered. LIARS! When i asked for refund, the customer care guy says they are not sure of refund! I paid 2.5K just to ruin my festival. This is first time in life that my brother does not has a rakhi from me and all because of F&P. I am never going to order from them. Hope i get my refund at least. Order#*******
I ordered a cake for ky mother in law at 10am.
Till 6pm no one turned up. I called them, and they told me that the guy ego was carrying the cake has spilled it unfortunately!

My item is still in cart and I did not confirm nor put in any payment, what they did is they called the recipient who is in UAE, as I am in another country, it was supposed to be a $#*!ING SURPRISE and they asked the recipient if there was a problem regarding the processing or payment because I did not continue buying from them when I saw these reviews. That is so freaking horrible, don't do that, my girlfriend called me and ask me about this. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A $#*!ING SURPRISE, again a $#*!ING SURPRISE you ruined it... IF NO CONFIRMATION OR PAYMENT HAPPENED, DO NOT CALL! Specially the recipient!
