I ordered a Birthday cake to be delivered between 11-5 pm on 20 July. No tracking status until 4PM then I called them and the girl on their end said "we will deliver by 5 PM." I told I bough such an expensive cake so that it reaches on time but that's all she had to say. I ordered the Starbucks excess cake, the image of the cake on the website had a message written on a cake. I told them my message to be written on cake. Some dumb guy, whoever made the cake kept the same message on cake as in the image on their website. And my message was written in small font on the base which held the cake! I felt so bad cause the person whom the cake was delivered had turned 32 and cake said turned 37! Moreover the Starbucks cup on the cake ( as on the image on website) was replaced by a cafe coffee day plastic cup lying over the cake! Really I paid so much for this terribly made cake. Fern N Petals stop fooling customers. And their cake fondant was extremely sweet such that it was hard for people to consume!

I paced an order to deliver the cake on 17 july and they took the order and send all the acknowledgements but on the date delivery they send me mail that they cannot deliver the cake as it is not serviceable area

We had ordered a combo (flowers + cake) and a set of chocolates, Order no *******, to make a beloved's day, the site asked for the pin-code, to which they confirmed delivery within the time slot of 2100 to 2200 hrs today, but just 30 mins before the probable time of delivery, the guy calls up and apologizes for the place being too far away from getting it delivered and asked if he could get it done the next day.

My only concern is, where you offer 'guaranteed' same-day delivery service, why do you have to scrap the whole thing off in the last minute? Cant you estimate the delivery ranges well ahead and then give confirmations while taking the order?

A bday cant be celebrated everyday. We didn't want to take the option provided so ended up cancelling the same.

Horrible people... i am not going to suggest anyone to order anything from this Ferns N Petals.

We ordered a cake from these guys yesterday and trust me the cake was so tasty and delicious i could not even find out what it was that costed me above 1k,, totally bull$#*!. They ruin my special occasion to bad one. Still if none of you believe me... cake is still available,, you can take it for a free.

Secondly delivery boy took 5 hours to deliver a cake,,,, isey achha to main Dominos pizza hi mangwa ke kha lete h. Sara din hi kharab kr diya...

I ordered a cake for my sister but the cake was not delivered on the day promised. My sister was waiting for the phone call the whole time but there was not a single phone call made by the delivery person. When I raised a complaint, Ferns & petals team simply told me that the address & phone number was wrong but I have been using their services for more than a year and the same address and phone number is registered with them. I think there was a mistake committed by the delivery person and they are trying to cover it up by telling me that i gave the wrong details. This is extremely UNETHICAL. There was no refund given. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and I will not be using their service in the future.

I have had experiences with so many websites, companies but this was the worst experience in my life.

Please think well before ordering with this company, their website shows delivery available in your area, once you have made the payment they will issue a gift voucher for the same amount and apologize to you but your order never delivered to your loved one's.

If he product was not available, it should have been informed prior to the delivery date, and even on the day of delivery, I am the one, who is checking on the delivery status... Their delivery team didn't even bother to inform about it.
Worst Management of the Delivery team...

I had bad experience with FNP. I had ordered bunch of carnation flowers on 25 th May. The flowers were not fresh. They were dry and dull. Worst thing was... broken flower was pasted with cello tape. Also the besan laddoo box was from local shop and not of good quality. While placing order they had assured that laddoos will be from renowned mithai shop. My first order was delivered in good condition. That's why I went for second order. But this time my experience was worst.

I wanted to write to and express my extreme displeasure with the way my mother's day orders with you were handled by fnp chennai. These were not cheap either.

The first one was for a Money Plant in the Elephant Planter. This was shipped with Dry Ice. This was delivered on May 12th, two days before Mother's day. Even that was ok but my wife picked up the dry ice with her bare hands since the delivery guy said ice. She dropped it in a panic and kept her hand in warm water for a day since it felt tingling and odd all that time.

The second one was for a Cup cake for my mother. This was delivered at 10 pm on Mother's day, a bit late to celebrate it.

I placed my orders with them since my first order for flowers was excellent, delivered on time on March 30th of this year for my wife's birthday.

I complained to them and their answer was "beyond 48 hours we cannot do anything" and here's a discount for 20% for your next purchase. Reputation can be screwed up anytime beyond 48 hours. Do not trust these guys. They dont know how to do business consistently.

I thought Ferns and Petals meant fresh flowers & it meant quality not some dirty rotten garbage which you sent to my mother on mother's day. There are so many local florist near my house but i trusted Ferns and petals for this occasion Because I am away from my home and I wanted my mother to feel special. But guess what my mother didn't even called me back after receiving those dirty dead flowers and when I called her today to check up on her, she said yes she received a dump of rotten flowers which she had thrown away. Do you know how bad it felt? I am regretting my choice to choose Ferns n Petals. The road side vendors provide much more worth and quality than your so called brand. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. ON TOP OF IT ALL, when I complained about it on their website a customer representative named Vishakha Sharma replied and asked me to send a picture of the rotten flowers that they have sent to my mother. This is highly disappointing and shameful to actually ask for a proof which means you do not trust your customers. I already mentioned in my previous message that my mother had thrown them. Well try to listen to your customers before replying. MUCH DISGRACE.
