I wish if I could have given 0 stars, you people feel that every people out there are fool and has no work to do other then making continuous follow ups.

Ordered a cake before hands

Call 1:: Your staff says they are trying to contact vendor but vendor is not reachable. Will raise a ticket (call on hold time - 10 mins)

Call 2:: Another staff member says the vendor will be allocated only after 11am so will be able to contact only then... upon inquiring about cancellation policies, I will get no cashback but a cash card which i can user for future services and that to only after 48 hours. And she will give me a confirmation call after talking to vendor for my order. (call on hold time 5 mins)

Call 3:: Another member this time, narrated entire story again and the response is we can not commit anything and order delivery tentative time can not be commited.
Requesting to pass my call to senior person (call on hold time - 15 20 mins)

Senior person:: Narrated entire story again and answer is we will try but can not commit as it depends on the vendor and sales person. After tons of request, an assurance to talk to vendor and to expect a call back within 30 mins and not to forget, now i can not cancel my order as order can not be cancelled on the day of delivery (which was exactly opposite to what was told on previous call)

Call 4:: No call back as promised... On saying may I talk to "senior person's name who were there on last call". Response- let me check his availability (call on hold for another 5 mins) and the answer is "HE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE CALL"

We are paying for services not asking them for free and you people anyway are charging the double amount of the actual cost in the market. If you can not commit your deliveries then why are you even sitting there...

Pathetic Services, worst experience

The number of calls have increased to 14
But still false promises and no delivery

I ordered motichoor laddoo as an add on for 500 and got the laddoo from the local shop there which won't even cost 200. Even roses are not fresh such a worst service..

I have ordered gift from this $#*!ing website and it's not received yet! And I called 20times this stupid $#*!ing support person they are kidding with me! It's just wasted of time and money! Very very bad this page! They should not run this ducking business in market! They are just making fool to all people!

Note: I don't know why they mail me your order has been delivered but it's actually not now! It's been 2 week I am sucking my mind behind of this dust.

I had ordered for 2 cakes and a flower bouquet which was a midnight delivery.The cakes got delivered but the bouquet was not delivered, I received an email saying delivery attempted but not delivered. How is that possible that the cakes were delivered at the same time and not the bouquet.The cakes delivered were completely different from what i had ordered and the taste was not good. Customer service is pathetic they just put you on hold and do not respond to your email. They are big liars... please do not trust this site. They only loot your money.

Do not i repeat "DO NOT" waste your money amd time in ordering anything from fern and petals. I ordered a cake for my friends birthday and they did not deliver it. When I contacted them they told me that the adress i gave was wrong, so I confirmed the adress from my friend and it wasnt. They dimt bother to call me or atleast inform me back and also dint give my money back! It cost me 4000 rs! That not a small amount. They are frauds!

Cake was supposed to be delivered between 11 to 5 pm. But till 6 I didn't even a call from FNP and when I call them, they were telling " we have so much ordered so we can't deliver it by today".
Do you really think you guys are giving great service.
Just $#*! with your service, really you ruined my day.
I am not going to order from FNP. Also I will tell my friends not to use your service.

I had ordered a birthday cake 3 days in advance(order number - *******) in Pune from Ferns N Petals to be delivered on March 13,2017. I also made sure by asking them personally that will it will be delivered on time. They said yes. The chosen time was 11:00 AM to 17:00 hrs.

But the product was never delivered in spite of several reminders.

They do not have a proper follow up system neither do they have any kind of information provided on time. We cannot even track the status of the product.

Please do not order anything from Ferns N Petals you will be embarrassed in front of your guests and the person to whom the gift is intended.

Guests are here and I do not have a cake for my child.

1 kg Orange cake and look at what you delivered(attached images). The message is missing and cake is smashed on the right.

This is cannot be called as variation of color and design, its the exact opposite.
Could you confirm, how do you charge Rs. 1440 for a cake which is worth not more than Rs. 300 and can be brought from any local bakery? Shocking and disgusting!

Attached are images for your reference, please replace this cake or send in an acceptable, palatable one.

I placed two order, delivery date was 12th march 2017 before 12PM but they didn't deliver when i called they told me before 3 pm but they were extending again and again. I placed this order from Dubai and i called them 5 times to know about delivery status. I got a call at 4.30 pm they were asking me is it ok if we deliver red rapped flowers instead of yellow because I placed an order for yellow when I agreed they confirmed delivery within 45 Min. Finally i have arranged cake and flowers from another places to celebrate wedding Anniversary. They have plenty stock of apologize and sorry they will tell this two words so many timesaccording to my personal experience dont place an order.

I ordered Cake for My Parents Anniversary and after tracking the order I got to know this that My order is on Hold and they didn't even bother to Inform me. I called them and got to know that I need to pay Rs 300 extra for delivery because there center far. I this is the case then your website should have shown this information to me while placing the order. That means your technical infrastructure is simply pathetic and you really got weak customer support system. Always remember your in business which includes human sentiments and emotions. You simply ruined it for me. I guess from now I need to check for an alternative brand for delivery You guys are worst.
