I had ordered flowers for my mom birthday. The delivered flowers were old and wilting. My mom asked the delivery boy to return them and get new ones, cause it was a gift from me and she wanted the flowers to remember me. Imagine sending someone a flowers as gift and the other person receiving old & not fresh ones! What is the benefit of this service.
Extremely disappointing. Will not be using fnf again and surely letting my friend circle know of not to use it!

I had ordered a EGGLESS cake worth 1649 rs and candles worth 150 each approx with a card! None of it was delivered! However they delivered WITH EGG with egg worth 700 rupees which is not even the half the cost of the cake i had orderd. And the other gifts wernt delivered! I had followed up with 2 days continuously and they did no justice! The people sitting at the customer service dont even know tye cost of their stuffs! The only answer they could give is let me put u on hold and do nothing! No response to mails! These people should be taken to COURT! NEVER EVER OPT FOR THIS SOTE EVER AGAIN!

I used your service 3 times and i am totally unsatisfied each and every time.
Once I ordered a midnight delivery and the cake was delivered at 08:30pm coz the delivery wants to sleep early or what?
Second time they didn't even had the flavour of the cake and after all the chaose of choosing another one they delivered late as usual.
Now, the third one... No gift in 2 days. When we are far away from our loved ones, it is important for us (customers) that our gifts reach them on the mentioned date and time. But these guys always fail. So pathetic!

I had ordered a plant (Order number: *******) from Ferns and Petals (www.fnp.com). The product delivered was a dead plant with a low quality pot completely different from what was shown in the image while purchasing. Contacted FnP multiple times on mail and phone. They asked me to share images of product which I did. But they haven't responded since then despite numerous requests despite accepting on phone that the product was faulty and making false promises to replace it. I paid Rs. 699 for this product. Their pathetic delivery and service not only did spoil the occasion for which I had ordered this plant as a gift to someone but also caused a lot of harassment to me as a consumer. It seems that FnP is not bothered at all and they do not care about the consumer once the product is sold.

I would suggest everyone to not waste even a single penny on FnP. There are numerous other websites which delivery products as shown with much better customer service than FnP. These guys are the worst I have ever seen.

I placed two orders one for midnight delivery and one for next day. On the day of delivery the order was not delivered instead i received an email saying we cant deliver it midnightly. The second order for the next day is still pending. When i asked them to refund my money they have stopped answering my call and replying to emails as well. So if u are thinking of sending anything from this site dont do that ever. The f idiots wont bother about ur time effort n money. All they need is you to place an order and then forget about it. Not recommended to anyone.

I booked flowers for my parents for their anniversary. But the flowers were stale and when I complained they didn't respond to my complaint. It's been almost a week from the date I made complaint. I will not recommend this website at all. Unnecessary they send so many promotion emails but when it comes to customer service they don't even have courtesy to at least apologise. Thousands time I have unsubscribe their email but every time I get email with different ID.

They have pathetic service and they are cheating us. Whatever is visible on their website is not the product they deliver. I had very bad experience with fnp. I dont suggest to my friends to go for this when they want to gift dearest people. It might be worth for lesser price orders but am not sure because my first experience was very bad. My opinion is completely not happy with their business. I cant suggest this site to the people who want to gift some special people. Don't buy anything specially cake. Pathetic services

They have pathetic service and they are cheating us. Whatever is visible on their website is not the product they deliver. I ordered one flowering plant(Orange Gerbera Plant) from their flowering plant section, in the pictures, plant was containing flower and leaves, but the product we received was only four leaves in the vase without any flower and not even a single bud. They charged me 700 for those leaves! After my complaint through mail they don't have any courtsey to call or give back my amount. Completely bull$#*! services and cheaters they are. When I called them to report the issue, they are so rude and unprofessional. I did call and mail them multiple times but they were repeating the same thing again and again like a PARROT. Highly irresponsible, careless and not trust worthy at all. I felt harassed & disappointed and my money was not refunded(*******). Strictly stay away from this dishonest and Disgusting service and behavior.

I had very bad experience with fnp. I did place an order by consulting with them on the way they communicate to the precipitant and the way the flowers can get deliver. I have placed the order almost couple of weeks prior only. Whatever they have promised prior ordering the order is completely different than the way they have done the communication and delivery. My order was around 6000 INR which I felt not at all worth for what they have supposed to deliver. They are wrong with respect the way of communication with precipitant. I did call them multiple times on the gap in the communication which is not as they have promised while placing the order. But still they were not able to address the customer concern. They are wrong on the number of flowers supposed to be there in my order. They are wrong with the freshness of the flowers. I don't suggest to my friends to go for this when they want to gift dearest people. It might be worth for lesser price orders but am not sure because my first experience was very bad. My opinion is completely not happy with their business. I can't suggest this site to the people who want to gift some special people.

I ordered from FNP a day before Valentines Day just to make sure my order get delivered on time. They charged me premium price and delivery charges for that. What you get in the end:
- Order will reach on Next day of the actual occasion when that doesnt make sense as I paid Extra money and its their job to deliver on time
- There was no way to contact them but to email them and wait for their reply as they stopped picking any call (I guess must not be having guts to face there fault)
- There are not even interested to refund or compensate my extra money which I just paid them to deliver on time

I just want everyone to be aware of their scam and save yourself from the ruined event. These people are really not the one to be trusted.

Delivery of order gets really important when you are paying 600 more than the actual amount of product. Just to make sure that order should deliver on time...

Firstly they gave me wrong status for 3 hours... e g: its out for delivery and all...
At evening they told me the person didn't pick call, hence they will not be delivering order and will deliver next day...
If a person is having his/her b'day today... why will I gift him/her tomorrow. Just explain me this one thing first.

Just answer me few questions:
Did I paid extra amount for wrong delivery?
Do you guys usually gift a person on the next day of occasion?
Do you always give wrong status to the person so that he/she spoil his/her whole day tracking the bloody order?

Will never recommend this pathetic service to anyone...
