I had placed an order (*******) through Ferns N Petals(13th of Feb17) but my order was never delivered. I got a message saying an attempt was made which is absolutely false because there was none. Post raising a concern got a reply that since they were not able to locate my address(what happened to google maps) my order stands delivered and I wont have a refund. They are simply cheating customers and would request one and all not to order from them. Please raise the awareness and if possible raise your concern at customer forum so that the company is penalized legally.
I ordered some gift for him, the order got placed & even money got deducted from my account, at 10.45 pm at night they called & said that order couldnt be delivered as it was out of their coverage area, this could be told before by the customer care executives as they had helped me in placing the order over phone. Felt very much harassed & dissappointed
This is nothing but a scam, I ordered a cake for my niece's 1st Birthday for nextday delivery but till today (almost a month) they did not receive anything. Called customer services but no answer.

Ordered flower and cake for my friend to deliver in chennai from dubai. Didn't get any order confirmation wherein money was debited. Called customer service was informed to raise dispute as the transaction was not sucessful.

Company with unfair business practices. They post one price on the site and by the time you complete your transaction, the prices are changed without any notification. And they claim that the price change is due to Valentines day, wherein they had already charged a premium of Rs. 200 on the original order when i strated the transaction. When i spoke to the support team and the ordering team, they just make commitments to call back and leave you hanging without any fix. Wrote multiple times but received canned messages because no one wanted to take the time and effort to try to help me. Everyone was busy making money for Valentines day. I understand this is an opportunity but i didn't know every customer didn't matter to them. I even provided evidence of price change as i had a mail from them with the old price for the delivery of 14th Feb, but they refused to acknowledge it. They were okay to find a bug in their system and instead of fix it, they chose to ignore me. Will continue to post this everywhere to create awareness so that others don't get impacted. I ordered a chocolate truffle heart shaped cake for my husband on his birthday and the delivered a round white cake. I called the customer service and I was told to email them. I emailed and nobody responded to my email! Bad service and I won't recommend!
We ordered a cake to be delivered via fnp (order no *******). The cake was over sweet so much that it was not edible. In fact the cake itself was not as shown in the pic. Most importantly one of the child in the family had a piece of cake and had vomiting. The cake was completely discarded. Such a waste of money. Thoroughly disappointing and would never recommend this site to anyone. I even email their customer care and no one even bothered to reply!
Most horrible experience I have with #fernsnpetals. Will never ever use this site again and will ask each n avery friend n relative not to trust them. They are delivering a bad product which can not be accepted as compared to the amount they are charging. They said we will replace the order. Replacement was equally bad. So i asked them I dont want any replacement now so please refund my money. Yesterday I got a call from #fernsnpetals and they agreed to it. Now customer care is calling me again and arguing with me that we cannot refund your money because we are providing a replacement. I have never encountered such a bad customer care. I will make sure to put this feedback on each and every public forum so that people can know what a fraud site is this. Dont return my money but i will make sure people get to know what a cheap brand name you have. Order# *******.
I wanted to order for flowers to be delivered t Bangalore, seeing the posted views bad experience's over ride the good ones, I decided not to place my order by taking this risk.

They delivered stale flowers to my parents on their anniversary and my dad rejected the order because the flowers were so bad! They went back after a couple hours with the same exact bouquet! This was rejected as well. But ferns and petals customer service let me know that even though the flowers were rejected we can't pay u back! So if you want throw away your money and not have anything delivered to your loved ones chose ferns and petals!
They are not a quality service company. There staffing is not properly trained. They don't address care about the customer requirements. Once you have paid them the money they forget that they have a obligation. They never feel the need to call you and address and close issues.

Worst service! Have ordered a cake which has to be delivered before 12 AM. still it is not delivered.
They are supposed to deliver a happy experience, instead they are the most stressful to be doping business with! When you want to send a gift to someone it obviously is for a reason and it is time bound, They confirm an order without having the product in stock and then they keep you on hold for hours to process a refund, even though you've clearly stated its an international call and costs a bomb. No courtesy to offer a call back as well. Never ever taking my business to them again. Horrible service and worst experience. Still haven't received my refund. Please don't get fooled by them!
I ordered a money plant for christmas!
What I received was nowhere close to the description that they mentioned on the website!
They mentioned jute wrapping while the plant came packed in a hideous paper
Mentioned some green thread and all! And a cheap ribbon was tied around the plant
Even the vase was of the quality that I can easily get for INR 50-60 outside! While i paid close to 600 for this one!

I generally don't take the effort to write reviews but it seemed imperative that I do write one for this service called 'Ferns and Petals'. I had ordered an anniversary present for my parents nearly a week before the date with detailed specifications regarding the delivery.
Since I had heard a lot about this service, the least I was expecting was timely delivery if not the promised quality. To my shock and horror not only did my parents receive the gift on time, they didn't do so for nearly ONE WEEK. FNP did not even bother to contact me or answer my calls or make any other form of communication. When they finally did they gave me the lousy excuse of not having the product in the specified color and hence not making the delivery. NOT ONE NOTIFICATION WAS SENT TO ME REGARDING THIS.
I spent 3000 bucks on their website to be treated with the worst experience of online buying ever. The product was of cheap quality and far from satisfactory. I would never recommend this site to anyone.

Guys FNP has the worst overseas delivery service, My product was not delivered completely and the customer care was really frustationg, I tried to take my refund for non delivery of products but these people sent my gift after 3 weeks above the date i asked.

I would like to inform F&P that the product description on your web page was
10 pink color roses
500 grams of Almond
500 grams of cashew nuts
However, along with flowers, only crushed cashew nuts were sent in polythene packet. A few pieces of almonds were mixed in the broken and crushed cashew nuts. Even the total weights of the nuts delivered was around 500 grams instead of 1 kilogram.
I am highly disappointed with F&P after spending total US $38/- on the gift and gift not being delivered as per description on the F&P web site.
When I submitted my complain to F&P, Mr. Deepanshu Verma of F&P wrote back that the my order was delivered as per description. At least Mr. Verma should have compared the photograph (which I submitted to F&P) of the product which was delivered to the one still being maintained in F&P web site.
I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided by F&P.
Answer: Don't order with them. They will take your money and then ignore you and give you all stories of why it couldn't be delivered. Rather go to another website. They are also handing out 20% discount vouchers for reviews, so all of these 5 start reviews cannot be trusted at all!
