I ordered Chocolate Rose Bouquet for my sister's birthday. However, the chocolates in the bouquet were spoilt. They were powdery and tasted different. My sister fell sick after having a bit of that chocolate.

I complained to the customer service and they refused to do anything about the issue since the complaint was made after their 48 hours time window. Any other reputed brand would have at least taken some action or refunded the amount.

I am not ordering from FnP again.

It was the first time that I ordered a cake from this site. First of all I ordered a candle along with the cake which was not delivered. Secondly, the delivery time was supposed to be between 11 am to 5pm but the cake wasn't even ready till 5.30pm and they delivered it around 7:30pm. Thirdly the cake was mishandled during transportation and they delivered it in a very bad shape which was unacceptable to me.

And when I requested for a refund or a compensation in monetary form, they started giving stupid deals for compensation. Also, when I wrote so many emails to them regarding my complaint they just totally ignored.

I ordered a birthday cake for my father which never arrived. Customer service claimed that they had contacted us but neither me nor my father received any calls (Despite providing both contact details on the order). Moreover, customer service refused to deliver the cake on the next day as they said it's a perishable item- I'm very concerned about the quality of their cakes if they can perish in 24 hours or less. Didn't get a replacement cake or a refund. Not sure how a services company can survive in this day and age with such poor customer service.

Actual product does not match description. Instead of 15 yellow carnations I received white carnations dyed yellow. Description said seasonal fillers but did not receive any fillers. Disappointing and not trust worthy. Too expensive. Cheats! Order no. *******

Hi Viewers, I placed a birthday cake and some gifts on 15 Nov to be delivered on 17 Nov in Firozabad. First of all, there is no midnight delivery option (not even with extra charge). Secondly, I had to call customer care centre couple to times just to know the status of the order and they said will call you back in 10 mins after confirming but I never got call from there side. The standard delivery is scheduled from 9 am to 9 pm. And there is no time-slot option. It's almost 4 pm now and they said it will take couple of hours more to delivery the order. My family doesn't eat after sunset so the cake n other gifts is of no use now as the day is about to finish. So 'FERNS N PETALS' is bull$#*!. I have wasted my money and time. Please check the services for your location.

Ferns and petals is the worst site to order anything. I ordered a gift item which was to be delivered on particular day. I got a confirmation for the delivery on the same as well I call to ferns and petals and confirmed again for the delivery. They assured that the item will be delivered. But by the end of the day same was not delivered. I called them again and they just change their statement saying today is holiday in the courier company and it will delivered tomorrow. Service is pathetic. Customers care just do fake promises and make the special day into miserable one by spoiling the plan. I would never recommend anyone to go with ferns and petals.

When you can't take the order properly why the hell u people talk in call! Such a horrible experience I made a order for my special ones just a touch pen stand and they told they delivery it next day or a day after to it but now they are telling they will deliver after five days such a useless website can't even check what is happening for our order and the supervisor spoke to me mr Nitish and customer care girl Parveen both spoke like as if the order is dispatched and later I get a call saying that sorry the order is under progress such a useless people. They didn't still respond to my call! I'm very disappointed and I would like to make sure none of the order from their site at any cost! Such a useless website!

I have always had a perfect experience with Ferns and petals in the past, but this time, things didn't go pretty well.
When I walked to the FNP outlet located in the Brookfield Mall, Bangalore; the keepers were least interested in selling or showing stuff. When asked for a cake, they didn't offer a menu or any list of cakes which were available, even after asking for the same multiple times. Behaviour of the staffs were not amiable neither appreciable. This has absolutely deterred me from doing any purchase at the shop.
I used to be a huge fan of FnP earlier but need to reconsider the stats now.

I had scheduled the delivery for the order no. ******* for 1st Nov. 2016 between 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM and had paid extra shipping charges of Rs. 400 for the same.

However, it was not delivered on time.

When we called on your customer care at 8:50 AM, we were first told that the order is out for delivery. When asked for tracking details (how much time will it take to deliver), we were told to call later. We then told the customer care agent to file a complaint and refund atleast the shipping charges.

On calling later, the customer agent then had the audacity to tell us that the delivery guy had called and they would not refund the amount.

Moreover, I am getting a mail at 9:30 AM that my order is now out for delivery.

Its 11.10 AM now and it has not been delivered yet!

Spoiled the bhai dooj for us!

Ferns and Petals ruined my order which I made for my parents recently. I ordered an expensive Vase Bouquet. They were sent a rotten bouquet, I complained the very next day to which they responded that I told them after 48 hours! And no redelivery was possible.

I told them I don't want a refund and I just want them to replace the flowers!

Next they told me that the flowers delivered were absolutely fresh and I was lying to them- (Deepanshu Verma Team Ferns N Petals)

Please stay away from this website. They are cheats and ruin events in your family!

If i got a chance to give rating in negative then i would love to give in that. I received a broken photo frame. First time i was far from my fiance so she trusted ferns and petals and gifted a costly photo frame but i received a broken photo frame and dat too on the ocassion of karwa chautha and as per indian sentiments its very bad to gift broken pic.
Because of that my birthday as well as my fiance first karwa chauth got spoiled.
So guyz please be alert while gifting from ferns and petals.

I ordered a birthday gift combo on September 19th from Abu dhabi to Kerala and it was supposed to be delivered on 3rd October. I followed up by calling customer care people and they assured the delivery on time with quality. And On the delivery date. When i checked online, the status was confirmed. And When checked afternoon, the status was hold.

There was no intimation or no information from you guys.

I called again to customer care and then only they are saying that the cake i ordered is not available and they put hold on the order.

I mean how can they do that. The birthday is once in a year. It has to be given that day only or if there is any issues you guys have to let me know and we can deal with it.

And the next day the delivery went by evening with another cake which i have not ordered and the packing of bouquet was different and the flower was in bad condition.

It was very unprofessional and disappointing.

I have booked order, it's was far location so I paid extra and the quality of cake n flower my friend received is worse. I think a local footpath seller can serve me better than you guys!
