I gave extra charge for delivering the gifts to someone special on a special time but they didn't deliver. After 2 hours of calling and waiting for their answer (literally 2 hours) they said delivery boy has gone home, you can request him personally. So I called him gave extra money and then after thousands of begging and bugs spend they delivered my gift after 6 hours. And guess what? The quality of flowers were so substandard that she didn't like it.:-(

I am from Dubai and ordered a gift item from Ferns & Petal India to be delivered in Mumbai. I placed the order on 17th August and pais with my Master card but immediately i got a mail that your payment is not confirmed and mentioned to pay again. I called up my bank and they said we have still not received any request from the company. As per there mail i again mad a payment. With in 5 seconds i received 2 mails confirming my orders, where as i wanted to place only one. As per there rules we can cancel a order if it is not dispatched. I went on to there site where both the orders were showing shipped as status. I immediately lodged a complaint but there was no reply and they delivered only one piece before the mentioned delivery date and closed the order and took the payment for two. This is really poor business tactics and unprofessional. On there website testimony they write all positive things but this is the reality.

Worst service guys... should never order specially cakes from them... serious $#*!. Overcharging and unable to deliver the cake in one piece intact... worst decision ever to trust you guys. HIGHLY OVERPRICED AND CAKE WAS FULLY BROKEN INTO PIECES when delivered. When i was lodging the complaint the customer care has cut the call. I am going to file a consumer complaint against them... what the hell you guys think of yourself. You will regret it..

Order was placed on 7th Septemeber'2016 for delivery to be done on 8th of September'2016 at London, UK. The gifts costed 3 times the actual price, but only with an expectation that it will be delivered on time and good quality will be assured. Instead of 8th September they attempted delivery on 9th September and the person who was supposed to receive it was not there anymore. When asked for a refund they clearly said that refund is not possible. I would suggest choose others like floweraura, where once some damaged flowers were delivered but when complained to them, on the next day they delivered one fresh bouquet as ordered and one "Sorry" bouquet from their side. Very Bad Experience with FNP.

Hi This is one of the worst service I have ever came across, I have placed the order on FNP for my wife's Birthday. The delivery should be on 3rd, On 3rd at 7.00 pm they said sorry they cant deliver the order and today is aug31st up to now I am due in getting my refund.

1) they ruined my wishes, they charge me extra for the offsite delivery.
2)they don't mind even to inform up to the last minute
3)they didn't give me my refund and keep us wait for almost 1hr every time u call the customer call. And that is the worst part, lot of people will be talking backside and cracking jokes. I thought there call center is in some fish market.

Very pathetic service. I had sent Rakhi and chocolates through Rediff.com. Ferns N Petals are the vendors for Rediff. After calling 2-3 times to deliver timely they just delivered the chocolates in hand without any packaging and Rakhi was missing. I tried to call the concerned person Ms Sheetal Gaur *******2680) whose number was given in the email receipt but her number was out of reach. So I mailed them and got an automated response that they will get back soon. But till date I haven't got response from them.

I placed my order with them for Rakhi. As soon as I placed an order they charged my account. This company promises to deliver on the same day. However, they cant deliver the order which was placed a week ago. They charger to extra cost so that they can deliver your item on the day of the occasion well doesnt happen. When the occasion is something like Rakhi both the sender and receiver get upset and disappointed. Its a complete emotional drainer.
After 10 phone calls and confirmation emails to deliver an item. The item was delivered 24 hours later. Especially on an occasion which has values and emotions attached to it.
Knowing the fact that I was calling from Overseas even after being on hold for 25-30mins each time you get through to someone. Only them consultant says Ill put you on hold to check the status and they would hang up on you and you would have to be in Queue again. Even the so called managers there are so unprofessional. Even when the order did get delivered, it was missing two items and the other two were nowhere close to what they advertise on their website. False advertising and unprofessional company seriously, I couldnt imagine anything worse than this.

I agree with all the negative reviews on fnp. I have used their service for sending rakhis both in and outside India. Last year, the order reached much after Rakhi even though I used one of their supposedly "express delivery" products. I thought it could be a one off experience and I made the mistake of using this website again this year. I placed 2 orders, one within India and one outside India. One of the orders reached late again. With the other, it was a disgusting experience. When the box was opened, my brother found that someone had already rummaged the sweet box and some bits and pieces were left. It was in such a bad condition that it looked as if the sweets were eaten off by dog. This is the service we get after paying such a high premium on their products. Will never use their service.

You guys are just a piece of $#*! cheater, you cheat like this, see the image, i paid 1600 on 18th July and got the order like a $#*! piece of cake, what you show and what i get is completely fake, you are a fake business owner and have no rights to ruin the day of someone, i will make sure that everyone should know about your cheating all over the internet.

So far, I used Ferns n petals for my gifting purchases, & more often than not, their products were good Although, from last few transactions, I am noticing steep decline in their quality of products and service. Effect of excess fame maybe!

So, I diverted my attention to other gifting websites & found one decent site called flaberry.com, which has a good collection of flowers & chocolates. Their service is very good and the flower I ordered were top class. I recommend this gifting site to everyone reading this review.

I have placed an order 6 days back and it suppose to deliver on 2nd July. The order is not yet delivered, These guys are most irresponsible service firm in this business. They don't understand people sending gifts to their loving one with what feeling. They just treat this as business. I recommend all people not to use this service. Specially if you are sending from outside of India believe me it's loss of your money. **** DO NOT GO FOR FERNS AND PETALS ****

My order (*******) status was never getting updated. Got partially delivered. A totally soft cake sent to loved ones and no flowers. Pathetic.

No response to the complaints raised through the website as well. I lost a lot of money on this (Close to 10,000 bucks). I want a refund for everything.

I should have looked at the huge number of helpful reviews on the web before ordering from this good for nothing FNP site. :( :( :(
