Please never ever order anything from ferns and petals website as it is the worst website ever. They just rake orders and do not deliver on time. My whole birthday surprise was ruined because of this site. All you find here is bunch of fools who just make excuses for not performing thrir work on time.
I would highly insist not to make any orders from fernsandpetals if you really care about feelings of your loved ones or if you plan any surprises Trust me you will be surprised to see the poor service quality of this incompetent website.
Refund the amount to my card within 48hours, else I will put down the case to consumer court for the same, as per the executive at afternoon gave me a confirmation that the truffle cake cannot be delivered to remote area but initially they have charged for 300 rupees for remote delivery and so he mentioned he will deliver the chocolate cake for the same price and now when I gave call to customer care for update the cake delivery and he saying the cake cannot be delivered, hell with the ferns and petals service.
Refund me within 48 hours to account.

Last Saturday I order bunch of flowers for my girlfriend and deliver to her office. Delivery timing was good and when i asked my girlfriend about flowers quality then she told me flowers are great and fresh. She was very happy and impressed by me.

Frens & Petals Service is a BIG ZERO. They just know how to take out money from the customers pocket. My sister ordered a cake for me on my b'day. What she ordered & what i received was totally different. Do not TRUST them. We our self have to take the follow up from them that when will we receive the order that to thousand times. Luckly my sister gave my number while she was placing the order. So wen it was to late i thought of tracking the order. I called the customer care and there ans to my que was bull $#*!. They said the delivery boy was not able to find the address. Wat a lame excuse. The address so easy and any person in the city can tell it as it is a well known company. Later after so many arguments with the call center person there second excuse was that the cake is melted. How can cake melt dear it can can be damaged. I told them that i want it in ant case send me the damaged cake or else i will go to consumer court as wen i went through the reviews there were thousand of complain against them. Than he was ready to deliver the cake.
When the cake was delivered i asked the delivery boy that is the cake damaged is said no and said they received the Order 15 min back and have delivered it within half an hour.
So this site is totally fake. Don't waste your hard earned money by ordering from this site. They wont make the day special but will spoil it for sure
They randomly put a AWB Number and then that page is not found and when you call because of courier it is delayed, but when the AWB is not created what is the fault of courier.
Really nobody is a fool and expect it to be on time or a little delayed not that is not shipped yet.
I ordered 2 gifts for my mother on the occasion of mothers day to be delivered on Saturday
But it is still undelivered. I called your team and they said that it will be delivered on Monday.
This is highly highly unprofessional and unethical. The product has to be delivered at max by Sunday.

You can give me all sorts of reason that the courier company has a policy or they dont work on sundays, thats not my problem. Clearly you have ruined this occasion for my family. And I am not even visiting your website again if that is how you treat your customers. You guys know that mothers day is a big day and it is always on Sunday so you should select your courier company that can make efficient deliveries then.

I spend Around 3600 on a bunch of flowers. Name was 'love around and regular'. It was mentioned in the order that it contains 8 white anthuriums but when the order was delivered it was missing. The costliest flower was deliberately not added by the company. This is such a dirty trick as normally less people pay attention to the content and these companies fool people and get away with it. Certainly not trusted company at all. I would prefer local flower shop order and pay them half price.
I ordered two items - a personalized photo mug and a numeric flower arrangement from their luxury collection. The photo mug was great and they sent both of the items on time but the luxury numeric flower arrangement was nothing like its photo. There was no numeric arrangement. This was for a 60th birthday and the bouquet looked no different than any other birthday bouquet. I emailed the support team about this and the response I get is that your order was delivered. They do not even read your message and looks like they send an automatic response to everyone. There is a product review on their page but your reviews never get published.
They are delivering items which is very basic in many countries but looks like an accomplishment for businesses in our country, for which I compliment fnp. However, service is still bad when you do not get a good response to your inquiry after sending the wrong item.
It is the third time where Ferns N Petals(FNP) has proved that it will turn my best wishes to bad wishes.
I have ordered a birthday cake for my brother and was supposed to be delivered in his office. For this I have taken a special care that, cake should be the most simple Black forest half kg, otherwise FNP would surely mess up.
I did that, and to my instinct it happened to be the same. My brother received the cake in office in front of all colleagues in the most pathetic ever condition. It has let me down.

Ferns n Petals sent an apology bouquet, and delivered the gift (after a delay of several days, yes, but they delivered it, after following up with their London service providers). They were good enough to provide a refund too to compensate for the delay. Appreciate your gesture, Ferns n Petals.

I am highly disappointed by your service. Its my mother's birthday today and when I called customer care to inquire, they sent me a mail saying that it cannot be delivered today. I understand its a remote area and thats why I asked yesterday clearly. You already charged me extra for this! Kindly do whatever is needed.(OR-*******)
They really dont understand whats the meaning of midnight. They delivered b'day cake 2hrs before. Totally ruined the surprise.
Also if you have ordered on the behalf of others person request and have mentioned his/her name, guys it won't be reflected on reciever, infact it will send it by person who ordered it. Totally bull$#*! service.
So order only when you don't have to surprise or on particular time and if it doesn't matter if the order has not your name in it.
I am writing this review on behalf of my friend. He ordered 2 bouquets for my friend whose bday was on 15th Feb but roses never reached her on 15th they rather deliver them on 16th Feb. I am definitely not going back to them.
I booked a bouquet on 13 th feb, they didn't inform me on 14th, the whole day phone was busy that is so called customer care,
Track your order feature in website was not working.
They have live chat feature in which support team can not track your order.
Finally valentines gone but product didn't deliver.
I wrote mail regarding status they didn't reply till 48 hrs, still awaited.
I don't know they will refund my money or not because nobody is in direct picture.
Please be aware to purchase anything from them.
They are cheaters and frauds.

If somebody from Ferns and Petals is actually serious about something called "customer service", please do take this review seriously.
Your customer service is highly unprofessional, arrogant and with zero customer satisfaction training. Instead of knowing how to talk to the customer, they simply disconnect the call! I mean this is not acceptable for a service provider company. There is zero coordination between people at customer service.
I ordered a buoquet for my family member in India from USA and they missed the deadline. On calling them, they blatantly lied that they called us which they never did and instead of delivering till 9 PM which was the max deadline, their SMS was received at 11PM. I completely understand the delay sometimes due to high rush but please don't tell lies to the customer and show your arrogance!
Then I called from USA to the customer care and the lady with due unprofessionalism informed me that there will be no refund and I have no other choice than to either forfeit the order (with no refund!) or re order the same. I asked them to reorder. At the same time my family member gave a call to them to cancel the order which they did again after a series of wrong defence for their side! I do not understand the process. Is refund a process or decided by the arrogant customer care people on call basis?
Then I called them back asking them to cancel this new order as this was raised due to the negligence of the customer service lady. Now the new customer service personnel (who is much more arrogant and unprofessional of all) says it can't be canceled and disconnect the call. I have never seen such a pathetic customer service from a professional firm. Highly disappointed with their process, customer handling and lack of clarity.

Worst service ever I opted for. I have booked a cake and bunch of flowers for my wife birthday and paid online asking to deliver it on 3rd Jan 2016 between 1:00PM TO 05:00PM. But till now I have not received it. When I called customer service they said the we try out best to deliver it. What best you are trying. Seems like you people trying to screw up the special occasion of people. Also when you call customer service they will place the call on hold and you have to listen to music for more than 15 mins and no response... Finally made all the guest to Waite and arrange cake from local shop and managed end the party... Later when spoke to customer service got response that we will try to deliver it as soon as possible. We requested to cancel and refund again horrible answer that they can't do it as there is no mistake from them. What mistake you are talking about... No delivering on time? Screwing up the birthday party? Making to wait on call for more than 30 mins again spending money for call?
MY STRONG SUGGESTION... PLEASE NEVER EVER BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE... THEY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY...
Answer: Don't order with them. They will take your money and then ignore you and give you all stories of why it couldn't be delivered. Rather go to another website. They are also handing out 20% discount vouchers for reviews, so all of these 5 start reviews cannot be trusted at all!
