Very third class service, I have ordered Rakhi for international delivery it was supposed to deliver on 6th August, till date nowhere about of shipments, I complained on the website, no response either, nobody cares at all, they ruined our festival with false delivery dates, I will never use this site for any online deliveries.
They are the spoilers of your mood and money.

Delivery date - 12th Aug- They said we will deliver exactly on Rakhi Pournami Day.

Not delivered till now. They spoiled a festivity at home.

What's the point in taking an order from customer promising you can deliver on a date and inspite of reminders FnP breaks its own promise.

Helpline doesn't work. Chat Rep doesn't answer. Such pathetic service.

I ordered rakhi and chocolates for my brother and not delivered on time and also they delivered the rakhi which I have not selected.
Fraud guys dont go over here

I have ordered Rakhi with gulab jamun for rakhshabandhan on 8th Aug22. FnP delivered only rakhi but gulab jamun till today not delivered.

The surfing was smooth, products were comparatively economic, of high quality and the delivery process was brilliant. Got it on the customised date and was mailed about each processing step. Especially loved the personal note writing option along with the product.

I had placed my order on 4th for Rakhi and it's 12th they didn't delivered my Rakhi to my brother. Being a very famous and trustful site it was never expected that this will happen that too on the very precious day. And no one is responding to my calls and picking my calls to at least let me know where is my order l. My experience is very bad that I'll never order anything from this site.

Recommended by my schoolmates who are still in Patiala. I have used Ferns and Patels twice. One time for birthday cake delivery and this time for rakhi delivery. Both time perfect products and service. I feel happy and satisfied; sitting far away but still can send goodies to my family on special occasions. Thanks FnP! Keep up the good work!

We have order 5 Rakhis for all my brothers and cousins. Deliverd wrong cheap quality Rakhi and it's already broken up inside packing.
Wrong massage on cake.
No special Rakhi card given?
Why you guys charge us for those things never given which we pay for?

Online saw us very beautiful new collection and deliverd so cheap Rakhi. You guys spoil my special day.

I need my money back or contact me via email or go and fix the problem that you have created by giving us wrong Rakhi. Why misguided us?

I placed a order on 20th July to send rakhi from Australia to India. I choose the date of 9th August aa rakhi was on 11th. But still it didn't delivered yet. I called so many times on their customer service from Australia to India but no solution at all. False commitment, thief company. I'm not going to order anything from this website. What the sense to use this service 20 days before the festival if my loved one didn't get the rakhi.

I had ordered rakhi with a mug and chocolates.The rakhi chocolates and mug were all different than in the picture.And were literally delivered in black polythene bag, no gift wrapping as it said on the site.If I had to buy something like that I wouldn't have paid 7 times the amount to fern N petals. Would never buy from there again. #fnp

Hopeless customer service agents, people are more that rude, called to place an order for rakhi i didnt the code and the agent told me that she'll have someone to call as they will be able to assist me better as it's difficult for her to find the code. I explained her that i live overseas and its urgent and moreover i cant wait and if she could search it on goole very rudely she said no and I ultimately had to hang up. Wont even recommend this site to anyone as my previous experience with these guys has been ridiculous.!

ONE PERSON says it is delayed due to rain while there is no rain there and the other on chatting is saying It is Rakhi causing delay.

An Open Letter
When you are incompetent to handle such a situation why you publish on your website.
You are writing a wording 'sending it on a special occasion and we would not want anything to dampen the spirit of the occasion'
This cake was supposed to be for a party of blind people. Do you reckon that spirit will not be dampened'
On top of that
1. It was your duty to inform well in advance that we can not deliver in time, rather me chasing you like mads and listening to your music while calling from London that too 2 times and your staff saying that they can not locate the delivery party.
2. At 9.09 BST you sent me an email stating that on way to delivery (Why, when cake was not on its way)
3. Your staff stated that delay is due to rain, whereas there was no rain at all.
4. Your other staff Prashant on the Chat stated that it is due to over busy because of Rakhi.
5. Okay, all is not in your hands (I agree), but why no provision of cancelling my order when you can not fulfill it.
6. why not to refund my money? Rather it should be with some penalty which is a norm worldwide.
7. You don't become big by writing such big things on your websites, you need to perform.

Don't use for delivery within India cause the packaging and the service is pathetic.
Had placed an hamper order of 7rakhi and a box of Ferrero Rochers however only 3rakhis were delivered with 2cadbury. When I raised a complaint the company responded with an email but no one called to even understand the issue in detail. I was also charged extra for the timely delivery. Now what do I do for rakhi can't tie their acknowledgement.

They promised international order. I had booked a Rakhi and chocolates with greeting card for my brother. They did not updated any status of delivery even after delivery date expired.
After doing many follow-up's received message that we will try to deliver soon. And after two days of that received message address is wrong, i had given proper address and had delivered many orders from other companies.
I had done many follow-ups and generated complaint o their site but they send same automated message that we are waiting for delivery partners reply.
Whenever I make a complaint they keep asking same questions and keep you on hold for lifelong...
Worst company ever...

I ordered a birthday cake for my son from Ferns N Petals the cake was fresh and tasty! I am happy as it got delivered to a distance of 60km on time.
It was my son's first birthday in the hostel away from me, and he was able to have cake with his new friends!

This is second time I ordered Rakhi and their delivery is on time and I can recommend this website to any one who want to send gifts, flowers or Rakhi

Fnp has a nice service. Delivers the same day whenever we want and products are really nice. Excellent service.
