Had ordered flowers for my mothers birthday. The site charged Rs1899 + Delivery, for flowers that you will get for 800 at the shop. Flowers were old - petals falling off, broken stem joined by wire. Raised a complaint and they closed the case with no response.

They wouldn't refund you even if they went out of stock. I ordered rakhi and after 2 days they emailed that they were out of stock and could give me 20% discount on my next order. No refund.

FNP does not respond if they have to refund an amoutn due to their website glicthes. They will keep dragging u with assurances of 24-48 hours but you will actually never end up getting a resolution. Most frustrating set of front line employees who keep struggling to get you a resolution. The wait time on their calls is over 15-20 mins to even get them to speak with a resolution.

Very poor service and absolute pathetic service in India. Overseas order, issues with payment, call centre staff very rude and talk all lies. This company cannot be trusted and so its employees.

Whether it's ordering on the FnP retail site or booking an FNP venue, it's been a pathetic and harrowing experience.

Fnp never disappoint it's customers and provide best services and quality products. They deliver the exactly same product which is shown on the site.

This was really unexpected experience with you guys. I have paid for selecting a slot due to specific reasons and things got proceeded online post that i got a call from representative saying that "Sorry sir delivery is not possible in between 10 to 11 am as you selected. We'll be able to do in 11 to 12". In revert I simply said if it was not possible then why my slot got selected. I bloody paid for that selected time frame. In the end she said we try to deliver as much as possible. I have waited for status and notification for product delivery, at the end post 11:30 I opened up my mouth and called to the person for whom this small gesture got planned and I asked her to wait and receive the order. Now tell me why we opt these options... Just & Just to create surprises. I believe rather than trusting you guys we should have nice connections with our local shopkeepers. I have not thought of I'll get such sort experience.

We have ordered birthday celebration. The guy named swapnil had messed up with timings torchured me to come at his time ruined the surprise by preparing it in front of birthday girl and fought with her to pay him extra money. And held her responsible for the time he changed to come and I became late due to him. As a resolution I tried contacting number of people upto 16... none of them gave me resolution. Also I have received email that will be called. Nobody have called me since 5 days after the 18th July. I want to keep this review in high priority of losing their customers and a very worst experience from the entire team itself.

This time I orderd 'rakhi with plants combo' delivered to two different cities, both got delivered on time and the plants were also so fresh! And there was a sweet surprise too this time. Thank you Team fnp!

Everything was perfectly fine but the card of get well soon was missing in it. Service was good and thr parcel received timely.

I'm from Coimbatore. Had ordered orchids for my colleague's send off in Bangalore (her last day in office). This was a last minute decision. Logged into fnp selected flowers and time of delivery and ordered. Flowers were delivered before time. Actual flowers delivered was as beautiful and fresh and as shown in website. My colleague was surprised, happy and thankful. Thanks to fnp for the wonderful flowers delivered before time. The first photo attached is actual and 2nd is the website picture. So beautiful.

I ordered a birthday cake for my sister's birthday to make her feel special... instead her day got ruined as the cake was rotten and her son fell sick after eating the cake...
Guys... please don't blindly rely on their service. FNP is NOT keeping track of the freshness of the cake... PLEASE DON'T SEND CAKES VIA FNP IF YOU CARE ABOIUT YOUR LOVED ONE'S HEALTH AT ALL...
The cake was SOYR /ROTTEN.
