The Cake taste was good. Staff went out of the way to assist me with the error i did it online... They did placed a new order via chat and got my delivery done on the same date... Very happy with the service

They promised international order. I had booked a cake and bouque for Birthday of my daughter-in-law for her first post wedding birthday. I had scheduled 15 days before. Unfortunately for the date I had scheduled they had already planned some outstation so I requested fnp to prepone the date or postpone the date. I literally had to beg them, they were completely non-co-operative. They said they can no reschedule? How can it be. I still can't understand. Then I requested them to cancel the order, they said they can not cancel. Dear friends, please understand International booking is very expensive. I had paid about 17,500/- after 5% discount. But they are not ready to reschedule or cancel. Now my big gift of bouque is going to lay at the door and my dear daughter-in-law will get dried bouque after she returns from her b"day bash. I am heart broken and helpless. I am cursing myself why I believed their service? My hard earned money which I used to please my DIL went into drain?

I placed order for 19th july midnight and the cake was not even delivered as promised. No one called or messaged us to inform cake will not be delivered. I called up on 19th July at around 5pm and confirmed that the cake will be deleived as expected.
Cake has not delivered yet, what a worst service you guys did. No communication why it has taken so long. No phone call No message that we are not in a position to deliver the cake.
My family was waiting for the cake whole night.
You guys ruined the surprise and made my family upset. Stop promoting on social media that you deliver in time blah blah. Such an irresponsible service you have.
I called up 20th july to arrange again the cake delivery. No one even bothered to say sorry for their irresponsible behaviour.

Do not order from them. They could not deliver a funeral wreath I paid for, did not even contact me in advance to tell me that & then Refuses to refund. Go elsewhere. Terrible

It all started from a call by the back end Team F&P from a lady called " Parul", she reminded me that last year I had ordered an anniversary cake for delivery and since it was the some time of the year, would Ilike to repeat the order, and yes I was about to do that, but her call helped me to not miss it!

I had placed an order for a cake to be delivered on 29th June for a family member, but I learnt later that she is out of town, I reached out team F&P and requested a reschedule, they were quite cooperative and they did deliver the cake on 11th July as requested, I got constant updates regarding the delivery and the whole process was seamless!

It was a delightful experience!
