Cheers chocolate was ordered to be delivered to whitefield in bengaluru. Message was receieved by me that it has been delivered but in actual it was not delivered as the delivery boy said that he will come around 4 pm. but he did not returned and message was sent that it has been delivered. My order id is ******* and the delivery boy no. Is *******901 as on 29th of october 2018. Deliver the order ASAP or refund the amount ASAP.

Truly disappointed with what was shown and what was delivered (i have attached pic taken by my wife and sent to me). It was a special occasion thats why i selected premium rocher bouquet with rose (16pcs of rose and chocolate each). But upon arrival it was onle rocher bouquet. I didnt wanted to ruin my wife's mood by telling her that rose shoud have been also placed but i just kept quiet. I wil tell all of my colleagues and friends not to use your website and products anymore. Thank u very much for ruining my special occasion.

I am shocked with what I have heard from my friend (to whom these flowers were delivered). I have been using ferns and petals powai for some time now and never have had problems. But this time I got them to deliver to a Juhu address for a friend and the flowers delivered were nowhere close to the image I was shown while booking. The roses are almost dead and won't last even for a day. There were absolutely no fillers or green used along with the flowers or any effort to make it look pretty. There was a sick blue cellophane used which looked ugly and pathetic! I am so so shocked with the quality of the bouquet!

Unfortunately I had given very high ratings to their service already. Based on the past experience and also on the ease of making payments etc. But seems like their service lasted only till they took the money and obviously did a pathetic job with the flowers!

So so upset that a beautiful surprise was ruined!

It was my friend wedding anniversary for which i order few gifts on 12 October 2018 which was supposed to deliver by 16 but till 20 not delivered when I called then they said they could not trace the university in Kerala after I call they inform later they promised me by 22 but today 23rd but still not delivered

I spoke to the supervisor miss ankusha and the team member miss Priyanka they both promised me by 22 but not use

The occasion got over not it's of no use
This is my second bad experience with them better go for other online services but never choose these cheaters

I ordered an expensive orchids for my wife and they change the colors of the Orchids and unfortunately, they pick the same color of orchids which my wife hates the most. Also, the teddy (red & white) which I have selected for my wife. Instead of that, they delivered blue color teddy which looks scary & terrible. I felt so regret that I chose this website for sending the gifts to my wife. I would never recommend this website to anyone.

FNP has disappointed me badly with their level of customer service. Delivered a wrong cake. Contacted them immediately attached the photo of the cake which was delivered. I received a standard response on the following day asking to send a photo, which I did immediately.
The recipient, my friend too contacted them via telephone and they requested him to complete contact support form' on their website. So far no action taken. No response, nothing at all, and I am very disappointed with the level of service that I received.
Making mistake is human but not taking responsibility for their action is unacceptable.

Out of 5 they don't even deserve 1.It should be 0 but unfortunately that option is not available. I ordered a cake for my husband. They charged me an additional amount of Rs 499 to deliver it on selected date but they did not deliver it on time. I raised multiple requests asking for help but surprisingly I didn't receive any call or assistance from them and after few hours they closed all the requests saying that the issue has been resolved. This was the worst experience.
