I ordered a Beer cake a day prior to be delivered in Trivandrum. The kind of cake that was promised and was charged worth Rs 4000 was not delivered and the quality of cake was also poor. Later on trying to contact the customer support centre their were no reverts and no help from customer services. These guys are a perfect example of fraud and cheats and people who know nothing about customer service when they claim to make days special. Plz improve and assist your customers.

Would give zero rating if there was such option. Ordered a beautiful succulent plant with stripes for my mother's b'day from Ferns N Petals and what they delivered isn't even what I ordered and damaged. They said that was the only one available, then the order shouldn't have been confirmed. Plus the quality was bad, one leaf was turning yellow and other 3 had their tips broken off. I requested for an exchange and sent them the photos for reference. The customer service is so pathetic that they refused to exchange the product and instead said it looked perfectly fine. Imagine sending such products on someone else's happy day only to make them disappointed. Do not order from Ferns N Petals. Its a waste of money and bad customer service.

I Placed an international order and paid online more than 5000/- for birthday products including the delivery charges.
The order was not attempted to be delivered. They updated fake details stating the address could not be found while I have been staying at the same address for many years.

1. No delivery done.
2. No re-delivery attempt made.
3. Very rude on the call (wait time more than 30 min)
4. No full/partial refund given.
5. No ownership taken by anyone.

The worst decision of my life was opting service from Ferns & Petals.
DEAR CONSUMERS BE ALERT AND DO NOT FALL PREY TO THEIR FRAUD ADVERTS AS THESE ARE SCAMMERS FROM DELHI. BE CAUTIOUS AND OPT FOR OTHER CAKE/GIFT PROVIDERS ELSE EVEN YOU MIGHT REGRET ENDING UP IN RUINING YOUR SPECIAL EVENT AND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

I have ordered the cake for my sons birthday 3 days before his birthday, where i can see there are 2 delivery slot available one is 11 am to 17.00 and the other one is 17 -22.00. So i have chosen 11 - 17.00( I never see 6 hours window for delivery that too for special occasion). I called customer service and told them I need this cake by 3 PM as it is my sons birthday where my family will be going to temple in the even around 5 PM they said they will put a note to deliver by 3 pm. They didn't delivered by 3 pm nor the guaranteed window, they delivered at 18:13. I have the proof of delivery. You know top of it they advertise they will deliver in 2 hrs and also they have fixed time delivery its all marketing and false promises.

Order chocolate which was bitten by rat, order laddoo which was received broken and now order dinner set which was never received but they lying saying they deliver. I ask them proof which they don't have it, customer service very rude all there reply is we working on it. Very disappointing service i will never recommend to noone. Anyone whoever want to place an order i will say be careful please. I am really very upset

Ordered 3 items by name 'Thrill in Diwali' which have dry fruits in them.
2 were good. No issues. Good delivery.
1 was spoiled. So spoiled that it had bugs in it. I wonder what precautions/care this firm takes when it comes to edible items like this.
I raised a case for this issue after 6 days of the delivery as I was busy. The firm simply closed the case saying, the complaints are taken only when they are made within 48 hours of the delivery. It's unfair. No explanation given for the spoiled product and how they handle the edibles. Will not be using their service anymore!

I've ordered cake 4 days prior n received the call on the date of delivery that your cake could not be delivered and given me the excuse that the delivery place is too far n told me to make changes in the quantity as ive ordered half kgs you people told me to make it one kg

I am in US and my wife booked me a gift, She paid around Rs 4000 and postal charges around Rs 700. I got a parcel and the USPS asked me to collect from them. Then I came to know that the parcel was sent without any postal charges and they collected the postal charges from me, which is very shocking and shameful.

It is a pure cheating. Better they stop providing this service and stealing money from the customers.

First of all i dont have any stars to give... The bouquet which has to be delivered before 3 on 31st october got delivered at 6pm inspite of there FERNS N PETALS BRANCH was only 20mins far from the location where it has to be delivered... The person who has to get the flowers will never b able to see those since she left mumbai for ever... The service was 3rd grade n patethic... I Will advice to never switch to such IRRESPONSILBE PEOPLE N THERE SERVICE
