1st and foremost they were supposed to provide a delivery of a cake and candle costing Rs1200 on 1st January midnight which they delayed and tried to deliver it on 2nd Jan midnight. They do not know what the meaning of the word midnight means. I tried calling them as well as emailed them within 24 hrs since its a perishable item however no response. Then after a day again when I contacted, they said re delivery is possible but not in change of address and if I inform them by today they will redeliver on same address. Then today when I contacted them they said redelivery on same address is also not possible nor refund. These people are thieves and have extremely rude Customer Service. They think they can extort money from customers and not deliver and get away with it. Also when asked to connect with their senior managers they say escalation not possible. I am filing a complaint on Consumer forum against Ferns and Petals. No one should be harassed this way. Completely pathetic service and extortion of money. Also don't try to say in the replies please give order ID we will resolve cause I've been in constant phone email and chat communication all which I have saved and no resolution has been met.

I ordered a truffle cake yesterday for my special one. The cake was delivered on time but the cake was different from the one that was ordered.The appearance was not pleasing. The writing on it was very bad. Poor color. Waste of time and money.The customer care people called me asking if they could give me some complimentary cake / flowers and I mailed them asking for refund instead. And I never got any response. FNP are totally fake. They don't value your feelings. I dono why the maintain a site when they have poor delivery system.The support team which comes and asks for complimentary is also fake. Please don't order anything in this site.

Would give zero rating if there was such option. Ordered a beautiful hoya plant from Ferns N Petals and what they delivered isn't even what I ordered and damaged.The quality was bad, leaf was broken off and present separately in the box and pot contains only soil. I requested for return and sent them the photos for reference. The customer service is so pathetic that they are not responding through mails or chat or calls. They are just saying from 3 days that they are resolving the issue and its under process. And the mobile app of FNP is not working properly. The product is deliverd by deliver boy on 25th dec and its updated on the app that product is delivered@ 26th dec. Do not order from Ferns N Petals. Its a waste of money and bad customer service.

I have ordered cake cutlery and Candle but they have delivered all th three of poor quality what they are suplying is different from what they are showing on website. My suggestion to everyobne who reads this review is dont order anything on fern n petals they will spoil your party mood. Further all the testimonials on their website is fake, there is no feedback mechnaism available for their orders on their custoomers, this itself shows how confident are they on their services.

Gift is sooo awesome Nd option are many... I love to buy gifts from here... All the products are very nice Nd well cared... There is variety of gifts for different occasions..

I ordered twice and cheated both times, first time I ordered celebrations tin box with flowers, they delivered paper box with flowers, imagine the difference in costing of both... Second time the delivery person said number was not reachable I was at the gate so couldn't deliver the plant, and for attempting the same delivery they are charging 150 more, and for cancelling they are not giving any money back. So how come without delivering any product they are keeping my money with them... Disgusting terms and conditions... don't order online..

I had booked the cake from FNP. The first thing is that my cake did not arrive at the time and the other thing was that the cake was bad smelling:-(:-(
If I asked these people to withdraw their money, then these people did not refund my money and did not find any solution for that matter. So, very bad experience!

Better to purchase visiting the shops or bakery rather than purchasing from online merchants. They do not care for the sentimental moments of their customers. Even delivery team members are fraudsters and management is supporting them. Company does not have any ethics nor any strategy to run the business. Even the delivery team does not have any process in place to confirm the order before delivering the item to the person to ensure whether he is the same customer or different. My sincere request to all my country fellows to totally boycott this company because when they do not have any sentiments and emotions to undestand these occasions like, birthdays, marriage anniversaries etc. etc. Then how you can expect from them to fulfill the expectations of the customers.

Hello Guys, I have ordered a Cake and Flowers worth 1300 with standard delivery option.
Firstly it was not delivered on time and also the cake delivered was of worst quality infact i have to deliberately exert more force on knife to cut the piece of cake. The icing of the cake was so bad that it was itching my throat. Second thing the delivery boy himself added ratings for himself.
After giving feedback for delivered cake the team is very much slow for working on negative feedback.
It spoiled my whole day in waiting and waiting first for cake and then for return.
The most important thing that telephone operator says there is no cancellation possible and was asking me to write mail to support team.
That is again foolish thing intead of replacing quickly customer care was asking me to call support team for refund complaint.
Not worth for ordered Value
The worst service ever had.
