Thanks for delivering my order to the recipient. Here's my feedback. Please note that this feedback is exclusively for the order I placed internationally and I've had experiences with Ferns N Petals in India and it was great. Here's my experience in detail.

I placed my order to Doha, Qatar and everything was hunky-dory until I came to know that the order is not delivered. I came to know from the recipient that the order was not delivered on time. I had placed my order for a special occasion. Neither they did deliver the order on the right nor did they deliver on the day it was supposed to be delivered. They delivered it on a whole different day, after I making special requests to customer care.

The saddest part with their international services is, they don't have a mechanism to track the status of the orders effectively. When I came to know that my order was not delivered on time, I called and chatted with their customer care and they didn't have any status. All they had to say was, it will take 24-48 Hrs to get a status since the order was placed internationally. Seriously? We live in 2019 for Gods sake!. The customer care reps didn't have much information or helpful either and all they preach is the same thing about it will take 24-48 Hrs and my mailbox was filled with my ticket was opened/closed/feedback requested yada yada... all they care about closing tickets and request and they didn't have to check if it's really being closed or not. Pathetic!
I personally believe that, you're not mature enough or you don't have the infrastructure/contacts to handle international services yet.

However, though my order was delivered 2 days late, the flowers were still fresh and the arrangement was nice. I'd like to thank Ferns N Petals for that (or to the local order delivery team).

Very bad customer service! I ordered bday cake and flowers for my mothers bday They delivered only the fresh flowers as a birthday gift to my mom and missed cake delivery and they do not bother to fix it. Hard to communicate with them because everytime different person pick up the call there and i need to explain them complete story from USA. I spoke to one of their executive sahil and he told me he will call me back in 30 min and guess he never gave me the call, even though they call u back million times before the payments are made, but not after. They are just money chaser, can't trust! Thep spoiled my mothers bday and another thing is I stay in USA and I am giving them business from almost 3 years for bday, anniversary, diwali etc and these people does not have any service for customer loyalty and not at all care for their customers. I will never recommend them and suggest people to opt for swiggy and other platform, they are best and care for their customers.

Hello people, Before I start my review, do not pay for midnight delivery. It's waste of your money (250 bucks at the time of writing) honesty after talking to multiple people and my own experience.

My order number is *******. I ordered flowers and cake for my to be wife(gfrn today).:)

The cake and flowers both were fresh and as shown on website. However, the delivery guys called my gfrn around 10 pm and ruined entire surprise. I wanted to be on call while the delivery happens. I called at 11 pm, planned to be on call for the entire hour but she already knew that guy is on the way. I won't pay for mid night delivery ever again and would recommend everyone else as well. Go with regular free or Rs 49 shipping instead. Not worth paying 250 bucks extra for it.

In December 2018, my uncle passed away in Goa, India. I placed an order for a sympathy bouquet to be sent for the funeral. My family in Goa did not receive the bouquet. I reached out to the company and they kept saying the person delivering the bouquet could not find the address or no one was picking the phone, which was a lie. All other bouquets that were sent via other family members and by using other flower companies reached but the one from FnP for some reason, they could not find the house. I asked the company to refund my money. They say they do not refund people's money back. No fault of mine. Their delivery person was not doing a great job. I cannot believe such a huge company is refusing to pay back my money. How do these people do business? If the bouquet was not delivered at no fault of mine, I should have been reimbursed. The worst company and I will never work with this company. Also, customer service is so poor. I am still hoping they will return by money.
