I have used the service a couple of times including personalised gifts twice and the outcome has been awesome. Yesterday i ordered something for my daughter on her birthday and she was very happy to see the quality and so was I. The service and product made my day and all the more because my 16 year old daughter loved it.

Very poor service. The order, which i placed 10 days before the expected delivery date is not delivered even after 1 day. They are mood spoilers. They will conveniently ignore you and your mails. They are not sure when they can schedule the delivery now. As soon as you raise the ticket, they will resolve it by saying they were using services of courier partners so they can't specify the date and time. It was waste of time and money as well. And you end up with bad day and bad mood. Now I am helpless I don't have the order nor have the money returned. Thank you so much Ferns & Petals for gracefully doing it all. You deserve a crown for this. Get one from your own courier service partners. Cheaters.

What i dint like is the exorbitant charges they ask for urgent / customised deliveries, bcos you have your network in all the major cities with good locations. Then high charges are not justified.
