I used Ferns n Petals twice now. They have a good selection and delivery was on time. Great communication and notifications about the status of my order.
Placed an order for my wife's birthday. Paid extra for cake to be delivered midnight. These guys completely screwed up cake and other gift delivery. Customer Service has no clue how to investigate the issue. For sure, never going to place any order with them. My strong recommendation - you are risking your delivery by trusting this site, so please look for alternatives. Big Thumbs Down
The food quality, courier service, and ordered product was highly liked. It was totally safe to order via F&P during this crisis of COVID-19. Whenever I ordered via F&P, I felt satisfied but this time honestly, I was a bit worried because of COVID-19. But I was pointless concerned and even I got a call from New Delhi related to pending order in Cart. He satisfied me over the phone about not to worry about the cake quality and hygiene. I really appreciate their monitoring process too.

This is regarding Ref Order No: *******601 and ticket reference ID **************. The delivery was scheduled for a midnight delivery and the shipping charges were paid accordingly. The shipping was supposed to be done between 11-11:59 PM But instead It was delivered at 7:48 PM in the evening. The ferns and petals executive MANISHA UPRETI wrote We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Please let us know if we can issue a Gift Certificate of Rs. 250 against the delivery charges, which you can redeem in your future purchase. It's been a week but there is no further response and no gift certificate has been issued. I have emailed several times but no response. This is a FALSE COMMITMENT on behalf of Ferns and Petals and completely unacceptable.

Very Bad Experience.
As i am working in Bangalore was not able to reach for my dads 80th birthday on 1st July.
So i ordered a cake on on 30th June for 1st July express delivery by 3 P.M.and informed by Brother and sister who was joining my parents not to buy cake as i have ordered it. 2 PM i received a message that selected time slot delivery is not possible, It will be delivered between 19 Hrs to 21 Hrs. Later on no message and was not able to reach them after 19.00 Hrs to inquire. I called the Cochin agent they said online orders you have contact toll free number which was not active after 19.00 Hrs. So i request all if you have to order not to depend on Ferns N Petals. NO commitment. Bad Response/ Spoiled entire Birthday of DAD. This people don't understand the emotions behind an Order.
I have been ordering on FNP for many years. They have never given me a chance for a complaint...
