The things i odered didnt even arrive and when i call them they said they tried to call the number i provided them, but i didnt answered. But i didnt even got any call. I was waiting for the cake all day. And when i told them to rfund my money. They said they cant help anything about it. Total scam. -0 stars for you.

I ordered a designer cake for my Kid first birthday from Ferns and Petals in Online, It was supposed to be delivered next day from the date of order but it was cancelled without any notifications and the highlight was SMS received as Your order will be delivered today, the SMS received in the morning, after checking with customer care (Customer service no: *******000 is pretty wasteful as there is no response even after trying several times), I moved to twitter account of FnP for a response, At first i DMed them seeking a reply for this mess, Not got a reply for one hour, then i made a tweet referring to this issue, there comes a response from FnP that refund has been initiated. FNP is cheating everyone by giving fake marketing such as next day delivery, One of the worst cake providers. I request everyone whoever sees this, Please thick twice before making a order in FnP.
I ordered a set of air purifier plants as birthday gift to my relative. I loved the entire process. The selection of item, range of choices and clarity on delivery timeline made my decision quicker. Then it delivered in jaipur on time and receiver is happy too as these plants are healthy and were nicely wrapped. Pots are cute too. Thanks.

Delivered dead and broken plant for a house warming gift. This doesn't sound as bad as it seemed to the people it got delivered as a gift. My other order the cancelled with out even letting me know. First they changed the time slot with out even asking me. And then When i approached them asking about my order after the end my the delayed-changed time slot, then they told me that it wont be delivered at all because of product unavailability. They didn't even have the audacity to let their customer know. And then for the second order they delivered this dead and broken tulsi.

First I was very much in doubt that it may not delivery at due time. But proved me wrong and many many thanks to the site. Everything was very smooth and my purpose served. Again thanks a lot.
I had ordered a cake 5 days prior to the date and also selected the delivery slot 8:00 AM- 3 PM. Today, they sent a text till 12 noon that it will be delivered on time. At 1 PM, I received a text stating that it will be delivered by 9 PM. I contacted them thrice, but I was assured that it will be delivered by 9 PM. At 8:30 PM, I contacted again, and got no response from the seller. It's 9:12 PM now, and guess what? NO DELIVERY YET! Thank you for ruining someone's birthday plan! I want my refund ASAP!

Ferns N Petals are the worse company I have ever encountered. My order arrived almost a week later from the date I gave despite me paying for the order almost 2 weeks in advance. Customer service is a joke. They send copy - paste e-mails without even properly answering your questions.
You fooled me once, but you will not fool me twice! Never again I want to have anything to do with this company. And not just me, also my friends after I tell them about my experience.
