Bad service late delivery my kids weee devastated they wanted to surprise their mom before they go to school - I specifically asked and paid to be delivered before 7 - and I phoned them told them make sure it is between 6 and 7 - paid extra - yet it came 7:02 after bus took the kids. Very bad experience

One Suggestion: DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.
I live in Canada and I wanted to surprise my parents on Mother's Day and dad's birthday. So I ordered Bouquet and a cake. According to the receipt (attached picture), It was supposed to arrive between 6 am - 6 pm. I was waiting and waiting they didn't arrive. I called customer care service around 6 pm, they told me that order is ready for delivery and they gave me the delivery guy's number. Now I started calling that number, I get *Busy Tone* and "The customer you're calling is talking to someone else" so I kept calling him for more than 20 times but he didn't pick up. I wouldn't be this much angry if this guy would pick up my call and tell me that I'll be there in half an hour or something but no he chose not to pick up any calls. I called customer care again and after half an hour of hold, they answered and told me that our team will give me one extra box of chocolate as compensation. I said one chocolate box won't make up for the surprise I planned so I asked for a refund or something. The cake and bouquet were still not there while I was talking to them. They said they'll look at the situation and will send you an email. Eventually, the cake and bouquet arrived at 10 pm which was for no use. Today they sent me an email saying we have initiated your refund for 49 rupees and that's it. After charging me more than 1300 rupees, they gave me a refund of 49 rupees. I don't find this service worth the money we're paying.

The gift was never delivered on time, and the other gift i ordered was delivered to some other address.
Worst ever experience, never ever order from FNP.

Worst experience...the whole day has been passed away to celebrate and they didn't deliver the order...we will never order from ferns and petals. Ever now.

I had ordered for a bouquet for which time of delivery was showing standard 6AM to 9PM. I did not place the order, then I received a call from their call centre n they promised to deliver by 10AM. No delivery was made till 5PM and the call centre is worthless.

This company is so unprofessional…they accepted my order from USA for Mother's Day and on Mother's Day they sent me an email saying they can't deliver the flowers "since it's out of delivery area" whereas they just delivered flowers there last month for me! When I called the lady couldn't speak two straight sentences of English and kept telling me your money will be refunded! Really is this what this bull$#*! company is about! They play a song on their landline about relationships…so they even know what it means! They are telling me at last minute that we can't deliver your flowers…so I couldn't even send flowers!
I would strongly tell everyone NOT to ever order flowers from this highly unprofessional, insensitive bull$#*! company…especially people from USA …Do not trust them! They are a fraud company and completely unethical!

Contacted them the day after placing the order as I realized the person I sent the gift to was out of the country. The order was just confirmed when I sent the request. I hear nothing back then I follow up after a couple days and am told they can't do anything about it because it's too late and AFTER that I get the notification of it being delivered. Extremely disappointed and would NEVER use them again. The person for whom the flowers were for will come back to see a dead bouquet on their doorsteps 2 weeks after. Worst service I've ever experienced.

They charged me around $80 for a chocolate box and a customised birthday card. The birthday card was delivered empty without my message and they refused to resolve the problem. They said I didn't write a message!

This is one of the worst experiences I've had. Their customer service team is even worse.

Avoid and try a different and reliable business if you don't want to be disappointed

Order a beautiful looking cake from FNP and got delivered a worst looking cake. Great job done, got a SHOCK instead of a Surprise.

I used this for couple of times. They delivered 1 time on time but next time they keep lying that they attempted to deliver it but couldn't find the same address where they delivered before.lol.
Timing could be more accurate, my order delivery time is between 7 - 9 pm. I was on chat with them till 9pm asking for delivery agent number when they gave as "out of service number". After I told them this number not in use, they were keep saying sorry but no concrete answer. At 9.01 I got email that they attempted to deliver but couldn't find address. WOW! I was there with them on chat till 9pm and 9.01 they updated the status... I recommend not to use them if it is for special occassion.

I had ordered Cake and rose bouquet from this brand for my sister's silver wedding anniversary...a person called from FN P and told me that the order selected by me can be customized but would require me to pay more. I agreed and paid on the link sent by him and order was placed.
Guess what the cake looked horrible as if a child had created it not at all similar or close to the pic shown while selecting.
Bouquet with chocolates were supposed to be 25roses +25chocolates while what they sent was 20 each.
When I complained guess what they said...they would offer 20% discount on next order placed...not at all bothered about the silver anniversary occasion spoilt by them despite the fact that they charged me a bomb for it.
This brand cannot be trusted and is not a brand that helps make memorable moments.

Bought an item worth a good amount and until date not delivered. Their supervisors and agents said they are unhelpful of the situation.

I have ordered the cake to be delivered in Canada prior to one day of the delivery time on 13th April, however, my order has not yet delivered and its not yet delivered. This was ordered for my husband's birthday but these guyss totally spoiled it. I was chasing customer care to get it delivered but of no no use, they just send copy pasted automated responses. It was heavely priced too.when do you guys realise the importance of such thing. If you cant deliver the things on time why have you mentioned in your App. If there is any under review that can be given to this, I would've given -2 or -3 rating for their worst experience with everything from the products, price, delivery to the worst customer care ever.

In some cases, the delivery of the gift may not occur on the requested date. In such instances, you would expect that the gift would be delivered on the requested date and at the requested time. Based on my experience, however, it does not seem to be happening.
The flowers I ordered for my friend's birthday were delivered after a day after her birthday, and they were damaged upon delivery.

2 attempts were made w/o her being reached and the florist refused to leave at front desk of hotel. It is ridiculous that the delivery was not able to be left at the front desk of a HOTEL! It was supposed to be a surprise delivery but impossible to deliver that way. Don't use this service as it appears to be a scam delivery service. Very disappointed

So disappointed & frustration, tried to impress my wife ended up bad mood, my picture will talk the remaining...

I have ordered bday cake today morning and found not delivered. When I called they said they don't have inventory and can't deliver today. Offered me to deliver next day. Wasted my time with such unprofessional company. Shame on you ferns and petals.

Ridiculous website and service. They cant deliver on the promised time in a sub-city like Dwarka, new delhi, where they call themselves as 'highly established' and they will not take responsibility and ownership of their mistake. Even after paying extra amount for 'instant delivery' the flower reached after 48hrs and that too stale flowers especially the roses. Customer service is also $#*! and will give you a highly frustrating experience.

IF I CAN GIVE THEM 0 STAR I WOULD GIVE. This company just lie to people. I placed order for valentine day. Everything goes trough I suppose that my second half will get all.However next day I got messege that my order cancelled because they cannot deliver it to non service area. Why then my order goes through? Why they didnt tell me this same day, so I could manage my gift from another website? No they just stupidly apoligise in customer support chat and continiusly repeat that they cannot deliver to non service area. I am really upset. I ask to speak to supervisor and they told me that ASAP someone contact me. However after 5 days noone contact me. They just continiusly lied. And the last person just said that they dont have oportunity to call and that their policy is like that. When I ask to show me policy she just ignore all. Thats it. VERY POOR service. Highly not reccomend to use them. You will spoil your mood, get stree and waste time with that company.
