I have had the worst experience with the company. While I have been using their service for sometime my last experience was really bad. And I do not think I will ever order from them again. I live in the Uk and my Indian number was registered with them.
I ordered two cakes for my uncle's birthday on 10th august 2023 for same day delivery and put their address and his phone number. I was unaware that his phone number currently was inactive. But since the order was placed I was unable to change it. But the address was correct and it's pretty accessible, I have sent many gifts through Amazon which reached on time.
I got an email from them saying they were unable to reach the number so the delivery couldn't happen.
While everyone was at home no one came to deliver, while the number given to them was incorrect, they could have just come to the address. I gave the complaint number to my aunt and asked her to call the call centre since I live in the UK. Their response was they will deliver it next day. My aunt even told them to change the delivery number and gave them the new number.
But then next day I got the same email again saying they couldn't deliver. After numerous calls to them, they still couldn't deliver.
And the email was always the same, couldn't get the recipient.
I repeat everyone was at home and no one came to deliver at a very accessible address and even after telling them that the number needs to be changed and them apparently making the change in the system they still couldn't get it right.
Today on 17th august they sent an email saying they won't deliver and won't refund. My aunt asked them to just reach the address and they wanted her to pay half the price.
I had already paid 2000rs for the cakes and now they wanted 1000 more. Even though them not delivering was clearly their incompetence.
I request all of you to just use Monginis or something. These guys are bloody burglars.

Recommend not to use ferns and petals as pathetic service they will ruin your special occasions by not getting things delivered…just taking money and conveniently saying order of stock ….
It's been a month I have received a indoor pant Milt Sansevieria Plant In Check Pattern Ceramic Pot. Since the quality of the plant and soil is worst than what I expected. What exactly I have noticed is that pot was good but plant is not in good health when it reach to me. I have tried to do My best to save the plant but unfortunately the life was over, because of your company have send me half dead plant to me and made me to pay the cost of that.
Note: I need a refund or same plant to be send me came to the same address.
I hope this can happen soon and kindly please give me the best of your plant.I'm very much excited to receive from your company. I hope this can make your valuable contribution to ur costumer satisfaction.

I place an order for flowers and cake to be sent to my mother for Mother's day in India. My mother had been sick for a few months and this mother's day was important as this could have been her last mother's day! When I called to wish mom she said that no delivery was made. I received a message from FNP they did not deliver as they could not find address! My sisters and I have ordered from the website for a few years with no problem with the address. Needless to say I was not happy & spoke to a dipstick in India who argued with me endlessly and said that they would not refund my money. He agreed to deliver the next day which he failed to do again. I had to contact paypal and file a complaint & got my money back.
The sad part was that it was my mother's last mother's day as she passed away soon after. Every time I think of this incident I regret using FNP. If I could give this site a 0 rating I would!
Order a bouquet on 11th Aug for a friend's birthday.
Delivery was on time. Unfortunately the quality of the bouquet is very upsetting.
The flowers are obviously not fresh. It is wrinkly, dried out and starting to turn yellow on the petals, stem and leaves!
Contacted the florist and they are adamant that bouquet is fresh when it left their shop.
I ordered cake at 9am to be delivered in 7am to 9pm slot at an function hall. They said that they attempted delivery at 7pm and then they could not contact the delivery party and so will deliver tomorrow...God knows to whom. I asked for refund, they refused. So i was left with a spoilt surprise, 20 failed calls, and arnd 3k loss
Hi Guys, this review is coming after 2 years of ordering from ferns & petals. The cake quality is getting degraded day by day and the only USP that the company leverage is delivering the cakes on time because there are no other established platform that gives the confidence of getting the cake delivered and on time. The cake quality is off the vision now. I recently ordered "Sweet Tiger Design Cake" against Order #*******. The cake was fresh but the taste was pathetic and had oil in it. It was for my nephew birthday which had 50 people of gathering and with this footfall no was able to consume even a small piece of cake and it was thrown in the dustbin. Even with raising complaints there is no satisfying resolution to it. I can suggest one thing that if you want to send a cake to someone better to google the nearby bakery in that area and call them directly to order the cake (this is what i plan to do going forward now). Hope I was able to give some light here. But the platform is good for sending things other than cakes because things like chocolate hampers is something they cannot temper in quality because those are packed things and they only have to glue them to a basket.
What was selected and ordered from their website was not delivered. It was as simple as Carnations and Baby's breath. Carnations arrived minus Baby's breath spoiling the whole presentation of the bouquet.
I had experienced pathetic service for the order to be delivered in Vasco da gama Goa. I had placed the order one day before the delivery given only one time slot. On the day of delivery it was all about calling on their help line numbers receiving repetitive same replies no actions had been taken to deliver the order. Also it was very convenient for them to give excuses of pin code and difficulty in delivery.

Customer service chat is so slow that a snail would beat them
Order was delivered 24 hrs after it was placed and most ignorant team on chat,they knew nothing about the delivery agent and the order was canceled on its own for the same day then later it showed 8.59 am out for delivery the next morning and delivery slot was 9 am to 9 pm and the delivered 8.59 pm...exactly a day later after the occasion for which it was being sent...no emotional value for the clients sentiments...chat people were not rude as the chats get logged but anyone could understand the undertone and their ignorance.
Tried to change an address right after placing an order. Chat was down so left a message AND sent an email. Heard nothing. Followed up and was told too bad, too late. No acknowledgement that they had not responded at all. Will not be using again!
I booked a gift item on 30th June for my friend in Hyderabad, which suppose to be delivered by 1st July as it was a birthday gift but till 2nd July 5pm it was somewhere in shipment. Thank god i did not order a cake. Nobody bothered about the time. Will never use this site again...

This review is for ferns and petals.Having heard so much i ordered a cake for my daughter for the first time when she was going out to celebrate. But the cake was totally different from the picture and an embarrassment after complaining all they said was every chef is different and that they were sorry and will give a 250 ₹ credit. I asked for a replacement with a smaller cake for the same evening but they denied. Absolutely unhappy as they ruined everyones mood sharing pic of the cake ordered vs cake recd. Even the chocolate strips on the side were soo soo uneven done by an amateur CHEF
Crap service. Promises broken. Precious moments ruined by them. False feedbacks. Don't even call. Came to know order cannot be delivered only after I called them.

Cake was of third quality, icing bad and bread was also not soft. Even the pineapple placed on the cake were not fresh and were smelling bad. It seems the cake delivered was not freshly made.
Since they are charging good amount atleast the quality of the product sent should be maintained.
They should change the vendor from which they have purchased the cake and please do not deliver this type of cake to anybody else.

I ordered bday cake 4 days prior to the bday and they said the cake will be delivered between 7am and 9pm on the bday. I checked the status around 4pm on the bday and it was not delivered. I was taling to the customer service and everytime they were giving me false assurance that the delivery window is till 9pm and it will be delivered before that. Every one hour I used to check, and it was showing the same status that it is not delivered. More funny is their customer rep folks told me at 8.50pm that the cake will be delivered. And when finally the cake didnt get delivered, I checked again and that time they said they were failed to deliver.
I placed an order (order# *******) on 17/05/2023 to deliver gift on 20/05/2023 and still waiting on today 27/05/2023 to receive the items. FNP customer care staff is telling delivery within 24 hours when ever I call them everyday. They provided DelhiVeri courier tracking number but their website is not showing proper information and their contact number is not working. FNP offered me 20% discount on next order that I refused because I am not going to order anymore with this people.

I had placed an order to be delivered on the birthday of my friend, which was not delivered on the day,nor I was informed about non delivery, second day,I requested them to refund but they said that they would send an apology letter, along with a chocolate pack to the recipient team.I agreed but requested them to send the healthy gift plant and asap,they agreed to the same.
To my utter surprise they sent it very late even on 2nd day that too with a unhealthy plant with any apology note and chocolate pack.I complained them thru tweeter and phone and requested them to refund my money.Which they did not and on third day they informed me that the plant,alongwith chocolate pack has been delivered.It was unprofessional as failure of rendering the service on stipulated services,enas order was not fulfilled and they need to refund the money which I had requested but they denied that too.
It was my last order thru them and I future,I would never use their services.I suggest other customers also to save their hard earned money to be robbed by this organisation.
Answer: Don't order with them. They will take your money and then ignore you and give you all stories of why it couldn't be delivered. Rather go to another website. They are also handing out 20% discount vouchers for reviews, so all of these 5 start reviews cannot be trusted at all!
