This was my first order at Ferns N Petals but not the last one excellent customer service. From start to finish, it went smoothly. The flowers were so fresh and the cake was too good would highly recommend them.
I placed my order at 9:35 am and it was out for delivery within 12 minutes (had a note also). Delivered within 30 mins. The order process is also user freindly. Thank you FnP :)
They did not deliver the cake, Nor the refund, nor a replacement. Their customer care sucks, They are fraudsters. Cheats...

I have order Anniversary cushion and Other chocolate for my friend, time scheduled for 08:00 am to 15:00 pm. But they changed the time and cushion also got cancelled and they didn't intimate that cushion got cancelled, When we reach the customer care person they just told sorry, Very irresponsible. I Don't Recommend this site to anyone.
They will never deliver the same product as shown in the picture, which is too high in price. Also the product is not worth the price at all because it doesn't even taste good. They promise you it will be as it is shown in the picture and blah blah blah but every time i have had a bad experience which is why i won't recommend it to anyone. First time i had ordered a bouquet of 8 flowers for my friend on her birthday and they just delivered 6 flowers which was quite embarrassing for me and 2nd time i ordered a cake and the cake was not as it was looking in the picture also tasted just okay..
Really excellent service... very good point is remembering the occasion in intime...
