Ferns amd petals is the Worst site ever! One should never order from ferns and petals. First ferns and petals receive your order and then reject it last minute. Ferns and petals never complete your order on time.

Ordered from here many times in the past. This last time though they did not deliver but said that they attempted to. They definitely did not nor did they call/email me or the recipient. When you open a ticket they close it right away without the problem being solved. Would never use them again!
I had book flowers and cake which was really expensive. Paid online and once payment done, no one picked up the phone and finally when i got in contact with some lady she said flowers are not available. Most impt you cant track them.

We assume and believe them that they are suppose to collect it from their standard freenchies but they are supplying it by collecting local sub standard bakery shop. We rest assured on them that they are supplying fresh cake and with all parameters of COVID! But they did not done this...
PS--I, before few minutes received a call from company and they assured me to replace the cake immediately by today itself and appoliges... They requested me to wait for sometimes to get back to me to assured delivery today... BUT... As usual still I am waiting for their call... Ufff... I request you to plz call me back and arrange a replacement of the article with what actually I ordered. So atleast I can write another review showing your good an immediate action in terms of defaulted to public. *******462
Please dont trust their brand for plants and other goods other than flowers. They can really mess up. Either the plants do not get delivered or they are generally not in good condition as they come as a courier. They outsource these deliveries to other local vendors with whom there is no accountability. They conveniently update the delivery status inspire of failed deliveries. A very unpleasant experience.
I have been a regular customer with ferns and petals for quite a long time now. I have ordered surprises for my family members on occasions of their birthdays, anniversaries and festivals. Products they deliver are fresh and good quality, mostly on time. Never had an issue with them. Even if you have any query, you can just email them and they respond back promptly. Good job keep up the good work.
I ordered a Christmas cake to be delivered on 23 December and still even by 25 December... it wasn't delivered... They deliviering cake by courier service and it's showing it has been dispatched on 19th of December... and I don't know how long will the courier guy will keep d cake with them. One of the Sparkle candles was defective. This is absolutely unacceptable. You charged 99 Rs for the candles and it did not even work. I would like a refund for one of the candles.
