I had ordered from f n f for 3rd time today and am absolutely happy with their products and delivery schedule. They had always maintained their service... kudos to their team

Loved the products. Amazing customer service. Timely delivery. Been using fnp past few years, never disappointed.

I have ordered cakes and bouquets from this site around 5-6 times. The quality of the cake has always been fantastic. Just one thing I wanted the delivery a little early morning i. E. near 8-9am. Rest is all good

I ordered a bouquet of flowers and they were exactly as shown in the pictures. They were very fresh and absolutely loved the gift.

I booked online cake from Canada for my Dad's birthday this company $#*!ed up with my order. According to the company: Delieve guy came and called 3 times but he didn't knocked on the door so he didn't deliver the cake. Deliver guy even didn't bother to knock the door. When my sister called him from India they told her to send an email first then they will deliver. WTF is this, Email to get the Cake? Later that day, the company said; we didn't deliver the cake because the payment was not received. This is $#*! a new story now. They take advance payment before they release the order and I received an email from the compant that money has been paid.

BIGGEST LIARS.

If you want to $#*! up with your order then you can use this company else find something better.

Today placed an order for cake and flowers and made the payment via UPI. Payment was successfully deducted from my account. But when checked order status in my account, order was being shown as expired. Called them and also raised the ticket, but they said they have not received the payment. I forwarded them the screenshot of the bank transaction. But they conveniently ignored that and said as they have not received the payment, they cant fulfill the order. Not only that, they called my the person who was suppose to receive the gift, to make the payment.

I am a regular customer of Ferns n Petals, they have got some really good and innovative options to choose from. On time delivery, courteous staff, never faced any issue.

My overall experience was very good. I really appreciate Ferns N Petals for their effective services. My order was delivered on the time slot selected by me and the delivery person was very polite.

I could never manage the logistics of arranging everything (when couples work in different cities) and also manage to delight her.
The choices offered by fnp were so great that they fit right into my creative idea of celebrating this grand emotion and also express my love to her through these means.
We regular men are quite shy in expressing our real emotions (bollywood be damned) but if you have services like fnp then they do a remarkably wonderful job of helping you to give all the possible means.
Be it the choices of creative gifts, flowers, cakes, cards and so many other things.
You heart will flutter like a teenager once again and you will cherish these moments for all your life as life is all about the moments we live.

I live in Canada and I've ordered a birthday cake for my wife and its not delivered. On top of it, when I tried to login to the site to complain, my account is locked and asked to login with OTP. I raised a complaint but I'm not sure if it will taken seriously.
My suggestion is to use other services and avoid fnp.

The quality of the cake was very good. The picture printed was so beautiful. Delivery and service team served in a very good manner and on time. Awesome experience with Ferns N Petals team
