I have ordered a cake for my daughter's 18th birthday. I thought that in our absence this will give her a smile, but fern and petals gave us a disappointment. They gave us confirmation and the just before delivery they canceled the order. Our family will remember my daughter's birthday with this bitter memory. Thanks to ferns and petals.

My order status was delivered but the recipient never received it. This was a very cricital delivery and unfortunately F&P messed up the delivery in Goa, India. This was a special occasion to mark a 96th birthday celebration so you can imagine how important this was. Additionally the customer service raised a ticket after an hour of phone calls and chats, reassured me it would be re-delivered right away, and then closed the ticket saying they confirmed it was delivered - yet it was not received. So looks like they didn't re-deliver? The customer service calls have a long wait time and even after getting through they put you on hold to confirm status and then ultimately either the call ends with no inputs or a response that the issue has been escalated. I have been a very loyal customer and initially was very pleased with their service and responses but this time it has been a huge let down. Never returning. Looks like this business has changed.

An update- this order was re-delivered late in the evening but after a lot of stressful followups over Chat ( which had longer wait times than the 2 mins they indicated) and Customer service ( Much longer wait times and inability to provide status on next steps that would be taken except that the matter is being investigated)

These people dont deserve to be listed on the internet. Maximum they can do is say sorry after you will face the horrible experience. My anniversary got completed today is the next day and still cake and flowers not delivered yet. Trust me dont ever order from this website. I am totally dissappointed with their customer suppport also, very rude and only answer they will have is "sorry for loss". Like seriously? Who wants to give gift on the next day of the event? Even after charging me express hand delivery charges of Rs.999/- it wasnt delivered in the entire day.
Last year when i ordered, the cake delivered was of such a poor quality. It had to be thrown as none of the guest wanted to eat such poor quality cake.
After 2 consecutive bad experience i wont recommend this website to anyone.

They make commitment and take all charges of delivery and others' and then they never deliver on given timeslot.
It's better you choose some local or other, but never choose FNP. I am not going to choose it ever.
First Order #******* I made which was supposed to be deliver at midnight for which I paid 250 rp extra, and then suddenly at 11:30 I got email that this is not possible due to blah blah reason and sorry for your inconvenience, the next day I got call from Vaishali named executive and she said that it will be deliver by 1:00 PM, and then again nothing delivered by 1:00 PM, again I called to their customer care, and I was being told It will be delivered by 2:00 PM - executives are - MAnish, Muskan, and Abhay Singh.

Excellent service on time, will use in future too, highly recommended to friends and family as well.

This is one of the poor service i would have experienced in my entire life. The delivery was not attempted even but status was changed as delivery attempted. The delivery partner number which was shared in the message - *******481. This guy had never picked any call.Roughly i tried 100 calls. And now when i call you customer support team he even tried connecting delivery partner but he was unable to. Still the support person says the delivery was attempted. Is this what you guys provide service for? Worst to the core. You guys just loot money from customers and never care about delivery.

To begin with, I ordered a cake and sent them a picture of how i want it to be. I was very specific with my explanation and made sure that they acknowledged everything I asked from them. I spent 2 days talking to them to make sure that the cake is delivered on time and with the customization that i requested.

I received a cake that they decided to design by themselves - they completely ignored my requests. They also added my name on the cake instead of the birthday wish that i requested (the cake was not for me).
Not only did they charge me 500 dirhams for a cake, but they also did not follow anyyyy of my requests.
They also refused to send me a picture of the cake although i requested a picture multiple times in order to avoid this whole situation. After all this, i was promised that the requested cake will be delivered before 4PM. It is now almost 5:30 PM and i still did not receive the cake.

I have never in my life had such trouble ordering a cake. This company is completely mismanaged and I suggest that nobody buys from them unless its a silly request or something that is already available in their menu. Do not go for customization because they are completely incompetent.

These people are fraud nd cheater, i placed an oreder for rakhi nd was abt to deliver on or before 28th aug, where it still not delivered nd no update, even no resolution from customer care. Pathetic service

Sent three rakhi orders to Germany. Not delivered on time and partially delivered. Last year I was very impressed with the service but this year disappointed.

I won't recommend anyone to order on FnP for special occasions, as at last moment they will step back from the order by saying sorry for inconvenience we can't deliver. For normal occasions it's fine to order but if someone really wants 100% genuine delivery of their order, they should not order on FnP.

First of all i can say that the product quality is good... But they never keep the product delivery on time... as they are charging a huge amount for the specified time delivery. It happened today(29-aug-23). I wondered how they are getting all the reviews 5 star. May be it is happening for me only, because it is not my first bad experience with fnp. So, in my opinion, if are not hurry, do not select the option for specific time delivery. They cannot fulfill the timing. I don't know what will happen to my product which i have ordered, because i don't want it anymore, as the recepient is out of station because of the late delivery. Thank you so much fnp.

Pls don't waste your time and money with this company. My order shows our for delivery 26th august and no one is there to reply except their bots

My experience with this platform has been worst so far and to top it up, the customer care team seems unbothered on the call as well as on the chat to actually take care of the issues you are facing. I have provided every proof there is to let them know the kind of product that is being delivered to the customer is not as described on their website and still they remain clueless about what the problem is. There is no difference between the humans and bots who work in their customer care department. And as shown in the attached photos, they do not whatsoever do a quality check before the product is shipped. Another package of mine is still undelivered which mind you is already delayed and again, no help from the customer "care" team. They promise much more than they can deliver.

Worst service ever. Please expect to get incomplete order, and they just don't take responsibility if any order goes wrong.

Worst service.my delivery slot was from 7- 10 am tomorrow and now it is changed to 8-12...so why did I pay 200 rs for morning slot?Either refund the full amount or deliver it by 10 am tomorrow.and you guys just called once and my phone was busy at that time. I tried to call back and line was always busy... pathetic service

Highly disappointing it was today when the cake was not delivered due to incorrect pincode. Neither should have the system of F n P should have accepted the order at the first place nor did they tend to inform that delivery won't be possible.After I enquired several times about the order status, I came to know about the same that it cannot be delivered at all. I have ordered earlier from f n p but this was my worst experience today
