Not able to understand single word from there customer service team. They always give reasons for not delivering the order and can change the delivery date according to there needs.
I ordered sweet box for a wedding which they promised to be delivering on the day before wedding. Until 7.20 PM the day before wedding,the order ( #*******) was not delivered. I called the customer service, they have nothing to say except, you can cancel the order. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They ruin the happiness of a important occasions. STAY AWAY.
The first picture is the actual delivered floral arrangement and second pic is the ordered item picture.The floral arrangement was stale with wilted flowers. Had only 2 color roses in place of 3. Total number of flowers were less. The white accent floral arrangement in the picture was completely missing. Very bad and unprofessional florals arrangement. I am very disappointed. They told me the wer go to send a replacement the next day and I am still waiting. You are better off calling a local cake shopes or florist to deliver your present. It will be 100 time more reliable and honest..
They never deliver on time. They will charge extra for same day delivery and will never do it. There is always a technical issue.

Delivered product wasn't even close to what they showed on their website. Tried contacting customer support, they kept me in the mail loop for over 3-4 days but no resolution provided.
Products are local so get them locally and save your money.
This is my second order with them and I'm aghast that they find some way or the other to screw up the occasion. Last time inspite of the explicit instructions that the delivery cannot be after 5pm, as the person receiving was leaving town they delayed it by 3 hours and the delivery went waste. They even refused refund as well.
This time they accepted a 7-9 am slot today, took extra money for that and didn't even bother to inform that they cannot meet the commitment. Only when I called now at 0930 they are saying they cannot deliver.
I'm feeling stupid going to them again. They have not even initiated a refund.
Whenever delivery executive comes for delivery, he opens the cake in road takes photo of each and every item which sometimes gets embarassing as no one wants to show to every neighbour what he is receiving. They should atleast ask if they can open the parcel to take photo..
I was excited to order using FNP, however on my mom's birthday they said delivery would be 4 days late and did not refund or order alternative gift neigher gave any store credit. Complete rip-off. We received a photo from the recipient showing a $15.99 Costco cake (whoever did the delivery did not even bother to take off the price tag) and a bunch of roses. This is after giving your company INR $8733.80/ AUD $164 for the order of a chocolate cake and roses to be delivered in Seattle, WA. Surely you could have spent a little more effort to organise a better cake after spending all that money. On Instacart I could have ordered this for $40 and gotten free delivery. You are robbing people, totally misrepresenting your offering and not presenting the gift tastefully either.
They delivered the flowers after 3 days, and gave a gift card for 250 Rs citing reason that it was already delivered. If you cannot ensure the timely delivery for cakes and flowers, you are in the wrong business.
These people are super awesome, make the occassion worth remembering in all aspects be it delivery with stuff or timings or the cakes they prepare. Just love the polite delivery partners.
I have ordered one Bluetooth speaker, because my previous order of speaker was really good, but this time my product came damaged,

So many emails and chats and around 10 days,
When i got the product, it again came very poor and damaged from my previous one.

I booked their service to deliver two items to Malaysia. One of the products they didn't deliver and asked me to pay extra for the redelivery. I did it. Later I understood that the delivery agent didn't even call the recipient. Even after I paid redelivery charge, it didn't get delivered. It was a total scam and they took my money. The product got delivered after a week, when i asked for refund, they said that's not possible. Totally, unsatisfied with their service especially overseas.

Furthermore, it has come to my attention that this incident is a result of a third-party vendor's actions, who not only failed to deliver the intended product but also engaged in promotional activities without my consent. I want to emphasize that I did not authorize any third party to send promotional links to my brother on my behalf, and I find this practice entirely unacceptable.
I kindly request that FNP.COM investigate this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. It is imperative that my original order for the Rakhi is fulfilled as intended, and measures are put in place to prevent such incidents in the future. Additionally, I strongly urge FNP.COM to ensure that customer information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and not shared with unauthorized third parties for promotional purposes.

Ferns N petals were good initially but now they have totally lost it. Fooling the public. I think they have outsourced to rubbish vendors who are fooling people. I ordered balloons yesterday. The final product that was delivered was very sad compared to the picture shown on website. I have been raising tickets to their useless customer service which first apologises for the Poor quality and informs that they will replace them get a call in the evening that it will be resolved by 9pm yesterday. After repeated complaints now I get a response that complaint is closed as vendor has delivered the correct same as the website. Big fraud. See the difference what was delivered. No ribbons and bows and very sad look in actual
Answer: Don't order with them. They will take your money and then ignore you and give you all stories of why it couldn't be delivered. Rather go to another website. They are also handing out 20% discount vouchers for reviews, so all of these 5 start reviews cannot be trusted at all!
