My order number #******* - placed on Feb 14. This order was a Valentine's gift supposed to be delivered on Valentine's day. The driver didn't attempt the delivery on Valentine's - we kept waiting all day. Fair enough - you guys were very busy on Valentine's - understood.
Next day the driver calls and says it is okay if he can deliver it by the evening of the 15th. Okay, fine - that also works. After waiting the whole day again, no delivery attempt was made while the driver already marked the order delivered. We tried calling the driver at least 10 times but he didn't care to answer.
It is the 18th today and I still have no idea whatever happened to that order. The website says a delivery attempt was made - which was not made mind you - but then what? What now? I haven't received the gift, Valentine's surprise was ruined, on top of that I wasted so much time and energy talking to your absolutely terrible support that keeps closing the support chat without giving any real update? I always get connected to this guy called Prashant and he always says somebody will get back to me and delivery will be attempted again but then nothing happens?
I do not need the gift anymore - it is 5 days late which is no joke. I need a full refund now because no matter what your website says no delivery attempt was made on the 14th as well as the 15th. I was ready to accept the order one day late as well but if you were attempting deliveries after 2 days for an order that was supposed to be delivered the same day - that is insane and unacceptable.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the abysmal service provided by FnP regarding my recent order for Valentine's Day. I placed an order ten days in advance, consisting of a bouquet and chocolates, with the expectation of a timely and heartfelt delivery to my loved one. However, the entire experience has been nothing short of a complete failure.
Despite the significant lead time provided, only one parcel, the chocolates, was supposedly delivered. The bouquet, a crucial part of the Valentine's Day surprise, was not received by the intended recipient. Upon contacting your customer care team, I was informed that the bouquet was delivered to a random security guard, a claim denied by the guards themselves.
I can't believe that I paid an extra for San Valentine's Day, and nobody delivered the gift to my wife and/or answered the whatsapp on such a special day. She received a message that she was going to receive the gift on her phone at 11 am, and that was it. Nothing happened. Goodbye, surprise! And I paid this a lot of time ago to anticipate any problem. I'm super disappointed of this company. I'll never purchase any flower or gift in www.FNP.com
I ordered flowers 10 days before for valentines day delivery.
They said cannot deliver, my partner was all day at home, address has no problems at all.
Ruined some ones happiness.

Ferns n Petals is fraud n scam company and messed my order *******.
I would give 0 rating if there is an option. I placed an flower bouquet order with id ******* to surprise my wife on rose day from USA to india. They sent dried flower bouquets and almost all flowers were dried and dead. So my wife told delivery guy that she won't accept. The delivery told that they will redeliver order with fresh flowers on same day which didn't happen. I reached customer service for refund next day via chat since i don't believe on them anymore. They never delivered flowers as promised and as pictured nor they gave me an refund. What kind of world we are in right now. Ferns n Petals taking money without providing service. We should avoid this kind of company and I would never place any order with them. If possible, I will complaint with consumer services. I lost a valuable celebration due to companies bad sevice.PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. FERNS N PETALS IS A FRAUD COMPANY. BE AWARE AND ALERT.

Don't fall for this company, worst customer service I've experienced in Dubai. They do misleading marketing advising delivery can happen in 60 mins and then they don't even deliver in two hrs timeframe besides you paying additional prime fee for the fast delivery. Also they even delivered to a wrong address and when I messaged to complain my delivery was not with me they said they would deliver after another hr. Can't be trusted and won't refund your money, they are in the wrong and even dare to say they will only refund you after 10 days
FnP has terrible customer services. They deliver much less than shown in pics, always late. They will close your purchase as delivered without actually sending flowers.
Very bad and unprofessional service. I am very disappointed and this was the 3rd time of disappointment and they failed miserably. NOT ANYMORE. The location in Canada and time was very clear and concise. All they were supposed to do was to deliver cake and flower on time in Jan 13, they could not even do that. My order was delivered partial and late. And when I sent them email to cancel my order for which is not delivered, they dared to write me back on Jan 14 saying order is international and will be delivered on international time lol. If you guys don't even understand international time zones then why take orders. Declare yourself un-educated and pathetic.
Local cake shop and florals will be more trustable than FNP. Everyone, refrain from using FNP for your own disappointment sake. You will only be disappointed and they don't even accept there mistake.

Gifts cannot be delivered on time. Delivery partners do not attempt to deliver and send messages of a failed delivery for the recipient not being at home. Pls, do not use this website if you want on-time delivery.
On 18 December 2023, received flowers from FNP which are about to wither(one of the pictures enclosed but many of the flower petals have withered). Called them and received text later that FNP would deliver again but it was all a lie. Nothing was received. This web-site appeared to be scamming customers by sending sub-standard flowers and gifts. I am ram...recently 2nd November I order flowers and dryfruit hamper to gift my relatives for diwali celebration I placed this order 2nd November and chosen delivery for a week later dhanteras it was very shocked disappointed worst ridiculous services they changed rescheduled my delivery date fnp haven't asked me and thereafter they only delivered my flower in 11 th November many times I chat with thier cc they said sorry we can't commit delivery but my product wasn't delivered even another 4 days nothing my all gifting emotions surprised they ruined it they promote every where even in below mails like why fnp bcz delivery on date or time which not true once you paid they took your order even there customer care is very worst nothing responsible fnp making stupid peoples Same products half of the prices its available in local market still if I ordered and paid them for nothing product delivery after choosen festival is it worthy its nothing they dint respect customers emotions I expected to delivery on time at least this firm is very low customer services I wouldn't prefer if you want something special for your loved ones plan it other sources
The fondant was sticky. The guests were disappointed and my name spoilt because you didn't check the quality.I never thought that Ferns and Petals would be so ignorant
I gave Ferns & Pedals every opportunity to deliver these flowers and they failed miserably! The address in Singapore is very clear & concise AND there is staff at the location where the flowers are to be delivered, 24/7 (in other words, every minute of every day of the week). All the F n P delivery has to do is show up with the flowers and drop them off! I gave them written instructions 3 different times on 2 different days and they could not follow them. What really bothers me is I put in 2 similar orders in October and September to the EXACT SAME PERSON & LOCATION and the flowers were delivered fine and on time! I was really counting on these flowers and they let me down. I lost almost $100 on their incompetence & failure.
Answer: Don't order with them. They will take your money and then ignore you and give you all stories of why it couldn't be delivered. Rather go to another website. They are also handing out 20% discount vouchers for reviews, so all of these 5 start reviews cannot be trusted at all!
