I had ordered a personalized bottle of perfume for my husband's birthday and they completely ruined his birthday by delivering AN EMPTY package!
I immediately clicked a photo and uploaded it on the FNP mobile app.
The worse part is after making a written complaint, and after speaking to the customer service agent did nothing.
After 2 hours, after hearing nothing, I called back to ask for a status update. The agent knew nothing about the order history! He was very unhelpful, and informed me that nothing had been done. He thought that the order had already been delivered.

I'm a customer of fern n petals from the Philippines. The shop always exceeded my expectations in terms from ordering up to delivering the products. You dont need to do follow up because they always notify you of the status of your order. To all who wants to suprise their loveones, i recommended to visit and try the service of Fern n Petals.

I have been using FNp website for 15 years and never have been disappointed. There have been times when my order needed some rectification and fnp has always been so good with making sure I get the service that I desire. I would highly recommend fnp as your one stop destination for sending your loved ones a token of love.

I ordered on 5 may for Mother's Day to deliver on 7 may so I won't stuck in Mother's Day rush n still not been deliver it's 9 may what is the use of ordering spending money not satisfied

For Mother's Day we paid for the biggest bouquet of lilies you had online, and what my mother received were half dry, ugly blue orchids, the stems of which were cut so badly that it was hard to place them in a vase ( all different lengths).
Is this your service? This is cheating. If you don't have what is asked for, have the balls to cancel the order. But no, you want the money and the customer dissatisfaction.

Will never use your service again and will make sure I write this review on all your platforms. You can't just cheat customers and make them so unhappy when all we want is to deliver flowers to someone.

Please avoid ordering from them - absolute cheaters, HORRIBLE PRODUCT QUALITY, and zero regard for customer concerns.

Delivery is horrible - they mailed us saying receiver refused to accept delivery and asked to reschedule instead - whereas we were at home with the receivers and they had not even attempted delivery. Only after multiple follow-ups by us over phone, they finally delivered the order to us. This was supposed to be an anniversary gift for my parents.

We paid 2000 rs for 30 pink roses in glass vase, and the roses delivered were already wilting and bruised (sample pictures attached). A lot of them are are not even fully bloomed or open as shown in their website picture, and hence the bunch size is also really small... It's basically 30 wilted and bruised tiny roses that have been delivered and despite sending pictures and calling their customer service thrice for complaining, they don't accept that the product quality is not upto the mark. Only after multiple complaints, they offered me a Cadbury box as apologies and 20% discount on future order... I declined both as I never want to order from them again.

I would recommend readers to steer clear of this website... Better buy flowers from your local florist, you can get fresh quality at half the price. Ferns and petals are cheaters!

Product reached on time without delay. And customer service is so responsive.As soon as I created ticket in app, They called me Over phone and responded within few minutes.

This has happened atleast 3 times now. They delivered the wrong flowers and the quality was really poor. The Vase along with the flowers was all scratched (2 times in a row) and even if you pay for expedited delivery, they would never make it in time. The customer service has no clue about the order status and they would claim order is delivered even though it is on hold due to unavailability of flowers.

The complete process was smooth and quick. The item was as seen in the image and the person whom I want to surprise was really happy and all my efforts on this are counted... So happy to have a platform like this.

They have worst customer service and no shame of looting someone's hard earn money. If they don't know about customs and regulations about another country then why even start giving services, wouldn't it be great to have a requirement gathering done properly. Moreover why do you need official address proof of someone's for delivery when you already have address, name of the person and contact number. If it's with the legitimation shouldn't this be checked before placing an order and if it's about goods being delivered then it's delivered from your end which I assume are legitimate. Also your representative call anytime to customer, yeah it's their job but can't they think about calling someone multiple times who might be busy with their own work, studies or anything else. If you can't deliver on time atleast give user an option to cancel the order so that they can lookout with other providers. Don't try to contact customer after a week when someone's birthday/ anniversary/ farewell or any other occasion is already over because the gift won't hold any importance. Also, can't you check how many times user has used your services if they are trusting you shouldn't be this your responsibility to keep your existing user. We don't want refund but atleast a better customer service if you can't able to deliver give us proper reason.

The quality of flowers is great 4/5 times; I think they struggle a bit when it gets really hot, which is understandable. The order process, communication and delivery is always smooth, and without hiccups. I have never been disappointed; I have been using them for three-four years now. Whichever bakery they use for Delhi and GTA is top-notch -- I always get rave reviews from family and relatives. Super impressed that they have maintained their standard through the years. I hope they continue to do so. Keep it up!

The products delivered from this website are very good in quality, packaging and delivery. A very quick and timely delivery is done with professional delivery agents. The selection of the products is very good and a lot of variety is available that we can choose from!

I would like to share that. Last month I ordered a plant and a raisins house from FNP. Which was supposed to be delivered the next day. But without delivery of the order, the delivery boy wrote delivered on the application of FNP. Then next day, the delivery boy called me and I refused to take the order. So he delivered the same to a neighbour of mine and I called the FNP people many times as the items delivered to me were not the ones I ordered, but no action has been taken till date from FNP. So they are experts in making fool. They would just say. We have forwarded your request. Den u keep tracking but they disappear once u pay.
