The service and products by fnp are very very good. Its truly value for money. I always prefer FNP FOR Delevering cakes and gifs for my loved ones.

I have been very fortunate by finding this amazing company from past one year. I miss my family in India and Ferns and Petals help me celebrate their special days by letting me order cakes, beautiful flowers and gifts from US. FNP is the worst service provider I have ever face. First of all they will call you while you adding cart with items n Fully co operate. Once it is sone they wont even bother to give you further assistance. For recent international order they didn't even cordinate n get the flowers deliver after the entire day has paased for birthday. Flowers are not something somone would like after the day passed. Second thing Cake they delivered early morning. Third they charged high for express hand delivery. High means beyond your expectations. We pay high charges for our loved ones n they make people fool for silly lillies. About my past domestic experience They delivered a bouquet totally different from image shown. It was larger more than an individual's height. I would highly recommend to refrain from FNP.

I just got to know about this app few days ago but I didn't know whether it gives same day delivery or not. But after using it only once I had a great experience, they did everything just as expected. The product was value for money and quality was just as shown (below images)as well as the service is really good as they consider ur needs and perform accordingly. The best part for me was that they accept same day delivery with all your personalisation requests and don't compromise with the emotions too. My experience with F&P has always been very good. I never had any issues with payments, it's always smooth and easily done. Placing orders is easy, they have heaps of products. My orders have always been delivered on time, sometimes before the given time too.
I have been using their services from past 5 to 6 years. I would recommend Ferns and petals to everyone who want to send gifts online to their loved ones, then this is the best site to use.
Customer service is very good, tracking your order is easy and they respond to your queries really fast.

Horrible services. The flowers were changed from pink roses to red roses which is still acceptable as it was unavailable. But the roses were sent not within the timeframe mentioned and the ones that were sent were all wilted and rotten. Extremely disappointed with their product.
Not even worthy of one star.
