Ridiculous service and very unprofessional agents. I ordered a cake and the payment was not going through by credit card as their was an issue with payment process on their side. Immediately I received a call from one of their agent who advised me to pay through paypal. And I made the payment through paypal but 10 minutes later I received an email saying the payment was unsuccessful due to some technical issues I will receive my money back in 2 days and try to make a payment again. So, I made another payment for the order which was successful. Now after waiting for few days when I contacted them to return the duplicate payment they are just making excuses. They asked me to send a proof of payment which I sent twice in a pdf and they are fooling me that haven't received it.
I don't understand if they can access that a payment is not going through and can contact them immediately then how come they can't see that a payment is made twice for a single order.
I am glad I paid through paypal and will definitely sort out with them.
But these people are such a time waster. Rang them and they put me on hold for 15 minutes and later hung up the call.
Be careful when using their service!

I ordered the photo cake for my friend's birthday celebration & I have received the damaged cake shown in the picture. I trusted ferns & petals and believed that you deliver the cake properly. Customers trust that you will deliver the product properly. It's your duty to make sure that you deliver the product without any damage. Disappointed with the order that we received. I also raised a couple of tickets to FNP but still no reply from them

I ordered flowers and cake from FnP website. The flowers were received fresh and and cake was really delicious. Delivery was bang on time and with zero follow up. Liked the service. Would highly recommend.

Good service and timely delivery. I liked FNP otherthan any of the application. I cannot compare FNP to anyother.

The service provide by FNP is really great and also the products are really very good. Worth buying the products.

3 times I ordered bouquet & cakes not at 1 time received fresh flowers & cake.
Cakes got spoiled.
Flowers are not at fresh and charging almost 1200-1400/bouquet

ORDER #*******: was to be delivered 2nd June and not delivered yet it is 5th of June. Ridiculous and customer service is abject too. No remedy/remedy. Birthday order with sweets they will deliver fungus laden sweets I guess... if they do eventually in time for next birthday maybe

I have used ferns and petals before and this was my first time with abroad delivery and i couldn't be more impressed. Extremely promt communication updates and delivery was as per timelines. Thank you for making my and my fiance's day super special

I ordered a cake for my friend's birthday a few days back the cake was of rick, dark and pure chocolate which got over as soon as we cut it. One of the most spectacular cakes eaten yet. A cake which made us left licking our fingers

I had ordered printed pillow as a personalised gift item. Order was placed on the previous day and received the delivery of the item on the requested date and time. I. e. Next day.
I got good feedback on the quality of the print as well.

I ordered a cake for someone in another city, and found the experience of the website really great. It was very user friendly and easy to use.
Other than that the delivery was on time, and overall experience of FnP, for me, was quite good.
