Easy
August 4, 2017

Great experience, had to make an adjustment, effortless. When applying for airfare, you're forced to give a passport number even if you don't have a passport. Took a while to figure this out. I just put "0."

Booking was so easy, super happy. Will see how things go at the time of travel and of course on the way back. I am happy to have found a great price and easy booking. Keep up the good work, wish some kind of military discoubt could be added to just perfect everything.

I booked my flight through Flyfar, I am due to leave in the morning. I then received an email saying my flight was pending. I called them to ensure everything was ok, they replied stating I needed to pay a further 120 dollars because the flight price had increased while I was typing in my details i. E. passport number etc.

I asked for an immediate refund allowing me to book an urgent flight through another company however this takes 8-9 business days!? I now dont have enough money to go in the early morning.

DO NOT USE.

Better than orbitz
August 2, 2017

Orbitz advertized a flight then said we couldn't get it. Offered a different one ( at same price but not as convenient) and they accidentally hung up on us. They had our phone number during the uncompleted transaction but never called back. We called them and were on hold for 20 minutes. In the meantime, we found the original flight/price on your website and booked it. Hung up on them while the music played.

Prompt
August 1, 2017

Thanks for saving my day. I had a reservation with Cheapair Flights and the rep totally messed up my reservation, which he did not put in round trip, so on return back to the US I was not booked on in a flight and to go home I would have do pay another $400 which I already paid for. SO FLYFAR saved my day.
Thank you bunches

You wont flyfar at all with this agent operating from India, all the nonsense you will get, I booked and paid in full for a ticket Perth to Doha and guess what the airline change their schedule FLYFAR wouldn't inform me of the changes, they blame it on the Airline, then the airline blame it on them so I'm the customers getting passed around. They operate in FREAKIN India the land of scammers therefore our ombudsman cant touch them, the only way to bring these guy down is to put all your efforts on social media and shut them down by economic means.

I booked roundtrip tickets from NYC to SF and FlyFar offers the lowest prices. During checkout, FlyFar DOES NOT specify that it is a Canadian company and there will be foreign transaction fees for any international flight outside of Canada. It was only after my flight was booked and confirmed that I was informed that the price on the confirmation page is only based on the CAD to US exchange rate of that specific day. Also to make things worse, my tickets are non-refundable.

At the end, the money that I thought I have saved went to foreign transaction fees for EACH FLIGHT on my credit card. I am very disappointed with FlyFar and I DO NOT recommend using their website to book flights.

Cheapest flight by far, booked through them. Didn't receive a ticket or boarding pass (my flight was for that night). After hours of trying to contact them they finally answered and sent me my pass. Everything was fine, I was so scared it wouldn't work and I had gotten scammed but I didn't! But then, a few days later I had seen I was charged an extra 200 from Alaska this time (not their site). Was extremely mad and called and they said they would look into it, fly far did end up taking care of it after a few days. So it was pretty stressful, but successful in the end. Saved myself $200! But their customer service sucks...

Its my first time booking with Flyfat and I was surprise on how quick the response was in regards to the confirmation email and transaction. I also checked the registration confirmation number under the own airline and it all went super smooth.
I will leave another review once the travel days gets closer and I check in.

RIP OFF
July 7, 2017

They may give the cheapest price but make sure nothing happens where you have to change the flight during your trip. They will charge you more than half of what you paid for the round trip. Called Fiji Air to change reservations on return trip and they changed it with out charge but informed us we would have to contact flyfar.ca for final confirmation. On doing so Flyfar.ca said they are charging more than half of what we paid for the complete trip. Too bad since it cost them nothing. Spoke with a few people with the same reply. Guaranteed there will be no more bookings with them. It would have been better booking with the airlines instead of this company.

Will not refund mistakes made due to there website ie. Told I was buying to economy fares and the codes state I only have luggage one way! (my booking PPFFDG).
It's been 10 emails and international phone calls and now my last home is emailing another email address.

Appaling, use webjet for the extra money and save yourself a headache.

Honestly, i had a simple issue with my ticket. 1 letter was incorrect from my last name, and they wanted to charge me $100 to correct it. Are u kidding me? Worst customer service from this company and Air Canada combined.

They charged my CAD187 for a $410 purchase! And they managed to hide their service charge all along, until I receive the credit card alert.

I booked a few flights from them, then they emailed me 2 weeks later said my first flight has been rescheduled 3 hours late, which means that the following two transferred fights won't make it either! So I had kept calling them, and emailed them for a solution, they said they will find a solution for me within 48 hours, but after two weeks, no one has called me nor emailed me! They simply ignore me!

Don't book through FlyFar. They let you book a low price, just to send you an email 1h later saying the price is higher with excuse that their system was not updated at the moment of booking. Not true. The prices are still the same after several hours. Exactly as described by other people here: they are useless plus problematic. They take your money immediately, but to get it back to book a decent flight you need to wait 24-48h. If you want to avoid problems avoid FlyFar. They really should get closed down.
