My flight was rescheduled months before I travelled but I didn't receive any notification. I should have been issued with a new ticket. Their so called customer services do not respond to my correspondence. This cost me 1200 pounds. They admitted they should have informed me and offered me 150 compensation! I believe they are based in Canada so out of our legal systems jurisdiction.
On October 23rd, 2017 at the Kathmandu International Airport we attempted to get tickets at the China Southern check in desk for our flight. We were asked to step to the side of the regular check in, and 5 people including us, had the issue explained to them. Due to the new Chinese rules of transport that were released August 18th of 2017, China Southern would not ticket us or allow us to board the flight because the flight included a second leg to Wuhan which, according to the airline, prevents US citizens from traveling through China. This issue has to do with issuing visas. China Southern explained that this rule had been communicated to all the flight agencies and that we needed to contact our flight agency for further clarification.
On our behalf, due to lack of international phone service, our friend contacted Flyfar while we waited in the airport, and neither a resolution nor an alternative flight were identified. Flyfar indicated that we should be able to board the flight. We were not allowed to board the flight from Kathmandu because China Southern would not provide us a ticket due to the rule change. This rule change should have been communicated to us from Flyfar, and our flights been changed to a permissible route at the time of the rule change back in August.
Approximately 2 hours after the flight had departed we received an email notification from Flyfar stating that the flight had been cancelled. It was never cancelled, we just weren't allowed to get tickets or board.
Due to no communication of the issue before our trip, and a lack of direction from Flyfar while we were stranded at the airport, we were forced to purchase completely different flights back to the U.S.
If we didn't have a contact in Kathmandu that let us stay and eat for free, and a friend who was available at the time to purchase alternative tickets, we would be in a significantly worse situation due to FlyFar. Stay very far away from Flyfar..
My group was split, seat assignments not honored. Hope you like al getting middle seats. Also some people had to pay for new tickets. They are a scam.

I bought a round-trip overseas for my daughter.
One segment of the return ticket after a connection was cancelled by an airline.
The Flyfar did not notify me about it and just charged the full amount of $1260 and did not issue the segment of the connecting flight.
We did not know and my daughter was stuck all alone in China because of that.
It was a nightmare.
I had to spend $2800 to issue a ticket for next day.
My 18 years all had to stay all alone in China, scared and traumatized.
The company did not compensate anything.
They just said " I don't know' and just put me on hold for 30 minutes.
Called a few more times, and the same response.
Just unbelievable. I'm reporting the incident to FTC, and protesting for this experience we had to go through.

Talk about ordering with trepidation, the reviews for this site gets are pretty bad. We figured we'd take a gamble on a last minute round trip flight that beat the nearest competitors by about $500. Paid off this time. We didn't talk to their support at any point as everything just worked out fine. I suppose we did have to go to ticket counters to assign our seating instead of our regular online process.
After my tickets were confirmed over a day later they were canceled and we were told they were no longer available for the published price. There were other more expensive options available even though they still had the same fare listed on their website. Total bait and switch scam. You have been warned.
Booked a flight to Toronto. Received confirmation, received another they couldn't book due to being late in the booking. Fair enough, says on sky scanner all good but they say cant book it... wheres my money? Still waiting a week, they say 3-5 business days. Quick to take my money over a flight not guaranteed? So wrong... a wait to refund.

Attempted to book the flight but was shown that the transaction failed by the end of the transaction. Tried to rebook again which turned out to be a success. I then check my email to find that the booking was pending, then minutes later another email was received stating that "there was a problem". I check my bank statements and it shows two payments being made at the same time as the failed and the successful transaction. I then email flyfar asap for a return for both transactions. They quickly resolved the second transaction and made a return but not for the first transaction.
I ended up chasing the sales executive Nicole and attached bank statements and my bank contact details as instructed but Nicole seemed to be confused with the amounts going in and out. Even though I've made 2 attempts to make it easier to understand basic maths, that the credit and debit does not add up in the end. After a month of series of emails explaining the amount going in and out, I had to put a dispute the transaction with my bank and got my money back successfully from them. Flyfar has got to be the worst travel agency I've ever dealt with.

Was very quick to confirm flights, provided confirmation and take the money from my credit card. Next day I received an email saying they could not provide the tickets and the charge would be voided, and returned within 5-10 days. I'm still waiting for a refund 15 days later!
