My flowers were supposed to be delivered Feb 15th. They have not delivered anything and it's the 26th today. I have sent at least 10 emails, each one of the ones they have replied they repeat the exact same thing and not only that but barely answer if anything at all (good luck calling hahahaha) and when they do it's just straight up nonsense with excuses it's truly pathetic. They are a company that commits fraud at least in my book. They make you order then when you do, they either never deliver, they will definitely not answer and ignore all calls/texts/emails. This company commits fraud and is negligent to consumers, just look at the other reviews they speak for themselves, literally. AVOID AVOID AVOID in my personal opinion they have to be the worst flower company in the world.

I paid 83,70 Eur. Didn't get yet neither money back nor flowers. And cannot contact - just a recorded voice answers the phone. Likewise their whatsapp is useless.

This site appears to intercept Interflora orders, charges a premium price, then reorders through a local florist and keeps the profit. My boyfriend paid A LOT extra for an elaborate bouquet, delivery first thing in the morning (on a Saturday) and a vase. He received confirmation that the bouquet was "on its way" 8 hours after it should have been delivered. A fairly simple bouquet arrived late Monday afternoon, with no vase. FloraQueen refuses to answer his messages and telephone calls. I called the florist who made the local delivery and she said that the order was only received on the Monday and did not include payment for ealy delivery nor the vase. It has become a really disappointing and distressing incident. Either stick with InterFlora or directly support a local florist, stay away from this company!
Requested flowers to be delivered Feb 14th and there was a delay. They next said Feb 19th. And nothing. I reached out again and they said sorry there's no florists to fullfil order so they canceled my order and said they will give me a voucher -__-! So you ruined my day and give me a voucher that you cannot fullfil? Sounds like a big scam to me! Terrible
Horrific experience, wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. They charged my card, and sent me a confirmation, only to tell me 3 days later that they couldn't deliver, and now they say the return of the money will be in 14 days.

Ordered from their website on 12/2/24. Only the flowers arrived on 16/2/24 from the entire package! Paid ~£68 to receive the flowers costing £35. Responded to an initial complaint via their website on the 15/2/24 to say they would "try their best". This company deserves to close down! Unacceptable and hopefully someone in the consumer support in Spain will read all these negative reviews and act on it!
The choice of blooms was good but that is about all I can say that was ok. Some stems were broken as revealed when unwrapped and the flowers looked old. This did not look like the larger arrangement, the chocolates were not as advertised but a very cheap local alternative. All in all, hugely expensive for something that was truly disappointing.

Driver called my mother's home asking which apartment to deliver to. My mother explained in both English and Hungarian that he is in the wrong district of Budapest and that her street has no apartment buildings on it that the man could not communicate in either language, and then my order was marked delivered to the wrong address, I attempted a second order to be delivered for Valentine's Day and the same thing happened. I have repeatedly tried to contact Flora, to resolve my issue and there is no one to speak to. I have placed tickets in their customer service I have contacted them on Facebook on WhatsApp and on Google. They are completely unresponsive. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
I have ordered flowers to Paris in the valentine's day, no body delivered anything and there is no way to contact them. They took the money.

I ordered flowers one week in advance to be sent, and delivered to an address in a foreign country. The order is late, and now Valentine's Day is over. Flora Queen did not notify me of any mishaps. I was left without any answers. It was supposed to be a surprise, and I ended up needing to ask my girlfriend if she has received something in the mail. This ruined our surprise. Now that Valentine's Day is over, I want a refund since it hasn't been delivered. My girlfriend called the flower shop that is responsible for the order, and she said that they did not have the flowers requested. I don't understand why they didn't contact me ahead of time. They could have easily solved this problem by just calling, perhaps using an alternative flower or something in order to save Valentine's Day. Getting a refund is difficult because clicking on the "refund" button has an "error" message. And calling is just not possible
Made an order for Valentine's Day way in advance - tracking link they provided didn't work - on the day I got an email notification that the order was delivered but it never was. I tried calling them but nobody picked up and automated voice dropped my call - I tried submitting a support form and messaging them over socials but all I got was them sending messages from my form back to me as a reply but without any actual response.
This is a scam - avoid at all costs.
Valentines Day flowers ordered a week ago. Impossible to get any answers as to where they are. Telephone is set to not accept calls, Whatsapp set up to do absolutely nothing. All automatic and ends up saying tracking down for maintenance. Contact us forms are hopeless. I wish that I had read other reviews before ordering. A very sophisticated scam company.
I selected them for their excellent pricing. From reviewing several options, I chose them. They were exceptional from start to delivery, communication throughout and a beautiful arrangement!
Very bad customer service reaction, no reply whatso ever, very bad chatting facilities on WhatsAPP, tel number for support in UK doesnot answer, and sending emails with no reply, the order was never delivered and the worst no justification why that happened or when it will be delivered, no refund even given. I will make sure that i will spread my experience to the whole world to let them know the level of the services, its a very very bad sercices

I sent the an email upon receiving it.attached a photo the reply o had was we need at least 2 photos I then sent them 5 more photos the reply I had as I had received the extra photos more the 24 hours I can't help you.

The service is awful. No support. No information about order. They don't actually deliver flowers, they delegate it to post service, no way to specify delivery time range, no way to contact courier
If I could give this company zero stars, I would have. The order was supposed to be same day delivery. It still hasn't arrived to the recipient in Barcelona. I tried to contact the company many times to no avail: website just sends you an automatic email and tracking link says order is 'being prepared'. I finally received an email at night claiming that the destination address is incorrect (that's while the tracking still said the order is being prepared). I replied saying the address was correct and that they had a local Spanish contact number which they did not attempt to call if they could not find the address. I asked for an update. Tried to contact them multiple times via the website, email and phone but no answer. The phone has a recorded message that all their agents are busy, playing in loop for 10-15mins then another recorded message tells you to go online and then it cuts off. I gave up and tried to cancel the order but it's not allowing me to saying that the florists have been assigned the job and that I cannot cancel.
It's a complete scam. Still haven't got any response and the flowers were not delivered.

Answer: The snail mail address for these clowns in a hotel in Spain. So sorry you got taken as we all did. I actually got about 50% of what I paid for sent to Brazil. The company was a nightmare to deal with. When you finally reach them at [email protected] be prepared for enough of a run around you can cancel your gym membership!
