I sent a plant to Italy from Canada. The FloraQueen site was easy to navigate, and the prices were very reasonable. I was worried that the next day service I needed wouldn't be honoured but it was delivered on time and my friend was thrilled with the product!

Horrible customer service. Full 2 days after flowers were supposed to be delivered and still no delivery in sight. I paid extra for fast delivery and they refuse to reimburse delivery charge. Brutal, use someone else.

Terrible, paid 60€ for "Deluxe" which claims "a special occasion needs a special bouqet". I made a request on Nov 13th to have flowers delivered to my mother for her birthday on November 20th. This was particulalry important this year, as my father had passed away in March and she was all alone. Nothing was delivered and it looked like I didn't care about her birthday. It then took you a week to investigate and apparently you delivered a bouquet this morning. Which I am yet to verify with my mother. Very disappointed. Shall not use service again!

Quality of the bucket and additional items ordered not met at all. Paid for deluxe bucket but it doesn't look like that at all. They left the card empty even though they have a box were you text a message and i had put a note there. Very unprofessional.

What went wrong? I paid the money and nothing was delivered. Oh no, Sorry they were delivered a day and a half late after paying for a quicker service. Whats app is a robot loop so no one to talk to. The phone is always on answerphone loop so no one to talk to. But hey, I just got a £6 refund on deliver and i guess some wilting flowers in a hotel lobby somewhere.
The order for the flowers placed never arrived, the telephone number they provide is not activated, the system does not reconise your order number, your emails to them come back with delivery faliure!
I cannot believe the cruelness of this "business" to have such poor standards and play with peoples happiness.
My recipient said - 'smashed box' 'terrible', 'awful'. Turned upside down', 'broken'. 'looks like it was opened and closed several times'... 'this is $#*!' 'stop wasting your money'

Beware! Lousy service and support. Ordered flowers that wasn't delivered. Poor communication from FloraQueen: International Flower Delivery and extremely lousy customer service. They just blamed the company they have hired to make the delivery. Took no responsibility for not making the delivery. It was birthday flowers. A few years ago, I decided to send some flowers through FloraQueen, and they didn't arrive. It was for the anniversary of a family member's passing. These flowers needed to arrive on a specific day because my mother has been expecting them every day for the past 20 years. Obviously, they didn't arrive, and I had to argue with them, send a thousand emails, and they provided no solution, etc. This year, I decided to give them a second chance, and the same situation occurred. The flowers didn't arrive, even though I ordered them with a 5-day lead time. I even called on the same day at 1:00 PM to confirm that everything was fine. At 7:00 PM, the order was still shown as "in preparation." The flowers indeed did not arrive, and it was the same story again. After a thousand emails and calls, they told me they would refund my money in 10 days and that they wouldn't provide any solution. They offered a 20% discount on the next bouquet, but they weren't addressing the issue with the bouquet I had ordered. THEN THEY SAY YOU SHOULD GIVE SECOND CHANCES... I'm telling you, don't do it with this company. The website looks nice, but the most important thing is for the bouquet to arrive on the requested day, and they don't fulfill that. I WILL NOT BUY HERE AGAIN.
Would like to share my story publicly and help people avoid companies like FloraQueen when they are planning to send flowers to loved ones.
I ordered flowers through FloraQueen for a birthday one week in advance, and the flowers were never delivered. I hoped that at least they would deliver them two or three days later, but it did not happen either. I ordered the flowers for a birthday on the 17th of October. The status of my order in their system on the 17th was still "Being prepared" on the day it should be delivered. I would like to point out that I am in contact with the person who was supposed to receive the flowers, and they confirmed that they did not receive anything.
Since this situation arose, I gave FloraQueen the benefit of the doubt and contacted their support, hoping to resolve their case. Unfortunately, I was met with utter incompetence. The wait times for reply over the email are often more than 24 hours, and the reply I receive is nothing short of useless. No actions on my case have been taken. When I tried to call them, instead of writing in the support tickets, I was told that "The florist confirmed that the delivery was made." I have no idea who they delivered the flowers to if they delivered them at all, but it was not the person that was supposed to get them.
It has been three days already since the flowers were supposed to be received, and there is still nothing. I contacted the support numerous times and requested a refund. More than 20 since my last ticket update and phone call, I have not heard anything back from them. The last I heard of them, they were checking for "delivery confirmation from their florist." I'm not sure what this confirmation is, but the truth is that nothing was delivered.
If you are reading this review, I strongly recommend that you do not place any orders with this business as you risk that your order may not be delivered at all, and you will likely get no refund.
I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback because the service that I paid for was not provided and it doesn't look like FloraQueen will admit it and assist with a refund.
Answer: Its a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER! I ordered mothers day flowers that still to this day were not delivered. They have not even answered me. Please do not waste your money. They took my money and that was it! It is a SCAM.

Answer: The snail mail address for these clowns in a hotel in Spain. So sorry you got taken as we all did. I actually got about 50% of what I paid for sent to Brazil. The company was a nightmare to deal with. When you finally reach them at [email protected] be prepared for enough of a run around you can cancel your gym membership!
