I'm very dissatisfied with this company. Ordered a bouquet that lasted 2 days and they do not want to refund despite their "100% money back satisfaction".
The more I look for feedback the more I find negative feedback.
DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM, they are much better company out there which honour their engagement. They don't even have a Telephone Contact number in the UK
I ordered two set of flowers for my husband grand opening and bday. They needed to charge two separate shipping fee even they are ordered from a same person to ship to a same place. On the delivery day, they suppose to be there by 2 to catch the grand opening, but they were not there. I sent email around 3pm since there are no other way i can call to find out where my shipment are. They replied few hours later which is the time we all left the office building and grand opening was totally ended saying the flowers were left at the 1st floor front desk and they marked it as delivered. First, we are on 21st floor, if they cant find which room we were in, they should had called. But they didnt call. Second, why left at the 1st floor receptionist when there is a receptionist on the 21st floor. Flowers were not cheap and they didnt serve the purpose. My husband didnt get them till next day, and customer services was not feeling bad about it. Also they should sent me an email saying was delivered when they just dump them at the receptionist without notifying us till I email them. Last the orchard was pretty but the other arrangement was just ok and its not even looks like the pic
I never write reviews but the appalling experience I had has spurred me to do so. Long story short these guys are a scam. I ordered flowers that were never received. The number provided was never called and after countless emails back and forth my money was never returned and no explanation was given. After looking online I see this is a common occurrence with this company. STAY AWAY

I wanted a large and lavish bouquet for a loved ones birthday. I spent £110 + £12 for next day delivery.
*NOTE: FloraQueen will charge you for special delivery but DO NOT GUARANTEE IT! So what that means is that they charge you for it but if you don't receive it on a Next Day - they won't refund you your shipping!
Flowers arrived 2 days late, they looked like a £25 bunch of petrol station flowers. I showed my receipt to the local florist who'd delivered them. She was mortified and said that these weren't more than £40! FloraQueen had paid £50 to her, not £110!
Furthermore, the person whose birthday it was accused me of FORGETTING!
ABSOLUTE SCAM. My credit card are getting me my money back, I rejected the flowers and asked the florist to take them back.
Do not use this company at all costs. I normally do not write negative reviews but they have appalling customer service when things go wrong.
Did not deliver flowers correctly. Did not leave any card at the delivery address or provide any tracking. Flowers were left with doorman but they took 9 days from first enquiry about a non-delivery to get their story straight about what happened and provide a proof of delivery and work out where the flowers were actually left. Obviously flowers are now dead.
Refusing to give a refund on any circumstances and having to go through a claim with the credit card company. Use these people at your peril.
Properly ordered and payed on 11.02.2018, to deliver the flowers on 24.02.2018 to Nuremberg, Germany (not to remote village). The flowers delivered on 26.02.2018. The quality - bad. Frosted flowers.

Made excuses that they couldn't deliver my flowers & Bear and told me there is no refunds either, taking my money without delivery, putting the bear back into stock and charging me the whole fee, no different then someone on the street robbing me of my money, how do I know they even tried to deliver my flowers, there offer was 30 % on my next order, wow what a deal instead of them taking my $100, next time only losing $70 instead, NO Thanks SCAM once enough for me!
My small gesture has been delivered, however the person who should have been surprised was never contacted on that day nor told where the package would be placed. She found the package by mistake the next day. I have tried to contact you on the special day, however I could not reach anyone, as you only work on weekdays. I am not a picky customer and I understand that mistakes can happen, however my surprise has been ruined and I made a follow ol of myself. I hope this will help you and your partners avoid such cases in the future.
Answer: Its a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER! I ordered mothers day flowers that still to this day were not delivered. They have not even answered me. Please do not waste your money. They took my money and that was it! It is a SCAM.

Answer: The snail mail address for these clowns in a hotel in Spain. So sorry you got taken as we all did. I actually got about 50% of what I paid for sent to Brazil. The company was a nightmare to deal with. When you finally reach them at [email protected] be prepared for enough of a run around you can cancel your gym membership!
