Online sales pictures of flowers and gift products bear little resemblance to products delivered. Recipient cannot eat dark chocolate, which is why I ordered milk chocolates. What a bunch of incompetent unprofessional service contractorsWe were not informed that they had changed virtually every element of the flowers and gifts I had contracted to have supplied.
How can you charge 4euros for a chosen gift card then write the message on a blank piece of white card. Beggars a belief! They are either grossly incompetent or criminals..

Had ordered 110$ USD worth of flowers and accidentally double ordered. When I went to cancel the order five hours later, before the flowers we're prepared, they said they could not issue a refund.

I understand if it is a giant bouquet that has already been prepared, but these had not. Very upsetting.

Probably Fraud

Took my money and delivered nothing, blaming us for not being home when we certainly were. Offered no alternative and refused to refund any money. I have every reason to think this company is a scam.

Don't use them

Ordered a bouquet of flowers from uk to be delivered in France. Arrived 8 days after delivery date. Many emails ignored. Told to contact courier direct. Shocking disregard and eventually here's the £50 worth of flowers received.

Te And not what was ordered... appaulling
I ordered a deluxe' bunch of flowers for delivery last Sunday for my sisters wedding day as I could not be there in person so wanted to do something special for her. I paid extra for weekend delivery. There is a clause saying they cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day which comes up afterwards- then they should not charge extra for weekend delivery if they can't do it! It did not arrive until Tuesday so missed the wedding completely. Then what arrived was appalling... about 6 flowers in it. I paid 83 inc delivery for a deluxe bunch of flowers. What I got was a minuscule tiny few flowers that looked pathetic. What she got was worth about 10... not 83. I have emailed customer service initially about no delivery and was fobbed off on their clause about no guarantee. I have since sent a picture to them of what I ordered vs what she received, looking for a refund and have yet to hear from them. They just replied saying the mini gerberars were substituted for larger ones so there were less and offered 30% off next order. As if I would ever order from them again. Really disappointed. Avoid at all costs. No stars if possible.

I am still waiting on this issue to be resolved. I trust pilot review, they apoglised and said to contact their agents etc etc. I did and they have not responded. Do Not use this company, total rip off. See below image of what I ordered vs the measly bunch that was delivered...

I was at home and they said to the person that sent the flowers that they couldnt find me. Emails are fake, phone number from germany too... It must be a fake company.

Hamburg Germany Delivery - Extremely poor service attempted a delivery a full week late! Then did not even call recipient to get more detail to deliver just said cant find client cancelled delivery.

Been arguing for weeks they refuse to give a refund when they clearly have not given me what i paid for not even late delivery not delivered at all.

Avoid them at all costs

Never EVER use these as a provider. They took my money, didn't get a receipt, I mailed them and no answer. I mailed them again and got a answer and a order confirmation. Yet no flowers were delivered. I mailed them again and said "Where are they?" And they basically said "oh we haven't sent them out yet, do you want to? What do you thing?!?!?! So they sent them and it took them one week. It missed a very important day for my fiance. NEVER EVER USE THESE!

Not only did my mother not get flowers on her birthday at all, they have refused to issue another delivery or refund the order.
No, instead they offered a 20% refund on my "next order".
They can be guaranteed that order won't come!

My mistake was not reading all other online reviews before ordering the flowers from FloraQueen. I ordered bouquet to be delivered overseas.

The courier didn't tried to call the recipient to schedule the time and claimed that there was no one at delivery address when he showed up.

The flowers were left over weekend at the post office and when they were available for pick up two days later... well you know how flowers are looking couple of days later.

Besides, the idea to pay quite good money for the guaranteed delivery service was to have flowers delivered to the event.

No apology, refund or replacement product was offered, instead, FloraQueen reps tried to convince me that courier was there but no one was available, while I know for sure that there was a family event and can prove it with the date/time stamped photos at the venue.
After multiple email exchange FloraQueen confirmed that they cannot offer any reimbursement.

I opened the dispute via my credit card company for services not delivered.

I am really dissapointed with the services (NOT) provided by FloraQueen and even more with their customer service, who made no effort whatsoever to resolve the issue.

FloraQueen doesn't even deserve a one star! I can't believe I spent my money and had a hope for them to send a gift to my boyfriend! What was I thinking? I shouldn't have trusted them from the first place. The gift was coming from Barcelona arrived to Metz and they just didn't deliver it and then it is coming back to Barcelona today. Their customer service suck big time! What a waste of time and money! It was my boyfriend's birthday and he didn't receive his gift... this is sad. If you wanna disappoint your loved ones use FloraQueen!
Let's hope they send me a refund..

Flowers ordered for my sister's birthday were not delivered to her home, but instead left at a "local" post office.
Their courier claimed that the "recipient" was not home at the time of delivery. That is a lie!
She was home the whole day, and nobody came at the door, no phone call was made, no note was left, that the delivery attempt was made, and the "parcel" (that how on their website they called a luxury bouquet I ordered) should be picked up at a certain post office.
Nobody ever bothered to come to her place

So if you don't want your dear ones to be left without flowers on their special day, and your money wasted, do not use FloraQueen

This is the most terrible service I have ever worked with. Please allow me to explain further- I ordered flowers for my grandmother for US Mothers Day (she is housebound). They then proceed to claim that she was not at home when the flowers were attempted to be delivered. I reiterated that she was housebound and that she caretaker recieved no phone call asking if they were home. Now, they want to charge me $25 for redelivery. This is unaccepable as the flowers were never attempted to be delivered the first time. The customer service is nothing but rude and inconsisted. I would strongly discourage anyone from ordering frlowers from this service, as they take your money and provide no prouct in return.

Where to start... I used this company last year for mum's birthday in Italy and the flower never turned up on the right day. I then complained and I was refunded partially.
This year I decided to give them the benefit of doubt and believe it or not the same happened, same day, same person ( mum). According to their delivery updates the flower were delivered but according to the local company to date 20th May 2019 they are still trying to deliver, by now probably the flowers exsiccated!. I made a complaint because I could not believe that this was happening again for the same date and the same person. I demanded full refund back for flower and chocolate £41 ( I am still waiting). The flowers turned up 22nd May ( pictures below) and I only been refunded partially not fully as agreed.
Please don't use this company, lesson learned INTERFLORA NEVER LET ME DOWN AND PRICES ARE SIMILAR

I have ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mother and payed extra for urgent delivery on the weekend.
The flowers did not arrive and after contacting the help service I am told that the address that I have been using for her post that would always arrive there and was provided to us by her estate agent is not correct/complete, without any other explanation. I am told to call (there is no email provided) the courier within a limited scope of hours. Which I keep trying and within those hours I just hear a Spanish message that I don't understand and then it hangs up on me.
The customer service keeps telling me to call them and they keep hanging up. I have sent them the address but apparently they cannot communicate with the courier themselves?!
Mother's Day was ruined my money is gone. I cannot have a refund only a voucher from a company that I never ever want to use anymore because of how they treated me.

I was suppose to receive the flowers from my mother in law in Canada on Mothers Day paid $100 and after 2 days they wanted to deliver. But then when we complained they agreed to do another day on my anniversary and then someone comes on my door to deliver with bad floors rotting flowers... what kind of compaint is this? Don't use them

I had to signed up here to leave this review so others would know Not to order from Flora Queen. On Saturday May 11, I placed a 129 euros order from the USA to a relative in Switzerland. Their Terms says no guarantees for next day delivery, and would be for Next business day. I agree and I understand. Their website still charged me a surcharge for a Weekend rush delivery. 11 euros. Why? And the order was delivered on Tuesday, Not on Monday. The WORST is that they left the vase at the building entrance door on the floor instead of delivering it to the 2nd floor as I clearly indicated. Elevator available takes 15 seconds to go up. My relative found the vase by coincidence when she went down during normal hours. If she didn't the vase would have stayed there. Flora Queen Ruined the whole birthday gift surprise and Zero professional delivery Ethic. Leaving a a gift flower vase by the building entrance floor, at 10 am, is Unacceptable. My party confirmed that no one rang the bell. I advise you to go elsewhere... And they will reply here that they'll look into it and Nothing will be done. Never Again from floraqueen. If there is a way to Dispute this I will. Your customers that trusted you deserve Better. Shame on you for ruining the birthday surprise!
