If I could give this company no stars I would. I ordered flowers for the same day delivery. It was Valentines day (14th February) so I appreciated it may not arrive same day but close after was ok. I have still not received my order (11th March - almost a month later) and have been emailing with very in little in way of response. I was offered a gift voucher which in light of how this order went, won't be all that useful to me. I was only ordering flowers for my friend who has been very low lately and thought a pick me up would be nice and I won't be ordering again. I requested for my total of £88.30 be refunded to my original payment method and have been ignored. I have no other choice but to review and warn other people not to bother with this company. TOTAL SCAM! Order a product, spend money on said product just for it not to arrive and to not get a response or a very generic basic email. Disappointed is an understatement.
My boyfriend ordered me the eternity love set which was 150 euros...The order never arrived.Afew days later he felt bad for me and ordered the same eternity love set plus the customized robe and the customized tea set, this order was to the value of 270 euros.It was meant to be delivered today and it never came!In total we have been scammed 420 euros...This is absolutely crazy.My boyfriend is going to fly to Barcelona and go to the headquarters because there is no other solution.Mistakes can happen but this is A LOT of money and compensation should be given...
I order a boquet of roses and card for my GF birthday. Not only were not delivered on her birthday, not even the day after, not even three days after and never. They kept saying they will check with their local partners and tell me the way forward. After 4 days they even stopped answering me
Personally after my experience with FloraQueen I wouldn't order a dandelion from them in the future. Their service is appaling. They're is no person to contact regarding problems only bots who give automated answers repeatedly which added to my frustration. Having ordered flowers a few days in advance for Valentines Day, they never arrived on the day. I contacted them on the day when they had not arrived by afternoon and was assured that they would arrive that evening as they deliver up to 10pm. Yet no flowers arrived. They arrived the following day at midday. I was very annoyed having paid a premium price for Valentines Day and when I contacted them regarding compensation for the late delivery I wasn't given any satisfaction whatsoever.

I ordered flowers for February 11, paid for them, and got a confirmation email. But surprise, the flowers never arrived. When I reached out to customer service, they told me I must have chosen February 12, even though the confirmation clearly said February 11. Apparently, confirmation emails are just "suggestions" now—who knew?
To make matters worse, the recipient's husband ordered flowers for the same day, and guess what? His flowers weren't delivered either. Same company, same issue.
They claim I made a mistake with the date, but the confirmation doesn't really count for anything, right? It's like they can do whatever they want with your money, and you're powerless to do anything about it. I even found random orders in my account that I never placed—someone clearly tampered with my details.
I'm deeply shocked that this company is still in business after deceiving so many people. I'm kicking myself for not checking reviews before I ordered. Don't make the same mistake—save your money and time, and stay far away from FloraQueen
On Friday January 31st I received confirmation for my order of a Floral Arrangement to be delivered on Feb.1st. In Odense Denmark. The Flowers were for a milestone birthday celebration luncheon and were to be used as a table center piece. Later that day I called to see how the luncheon went and was told the flowers were not delivered. I Immediately contacted Flora Queen and was told that do to logistical problems the flowers would not be delivered until Monday the 3rd of February.
I expressed my disappointment and was told that had I read the terms of service I would see that timely delivery is not guaranteed although Flora Queen does state that they are 97% on time. I was annoyed that I was not notified that the delivery would be late. I was informed that it could not be cancelled. I was equally annoyed that as a result of their logistical problems with the delivery they could not use a florist who could meet the scheduled delivery date.
While Flora Queen did promptly respond to my emails they made no attempt to seek a solution to their problem except to deliver the flowers not on the agreed upon and scheduled 1st of February but rather the 3rd of February.
I think most would agree that Flowers are ordered for a specific event on a specific date. Flora Queen failed in this and for this reason I would not recommend them nor would I ever consider using them again.

I started looking for legal assistance to recover my stolen funds after someone I trusted stole $853,000. I feel so disappointed and hurt knowing that someone can steal from you without remorse after you trust them. I also found a lot of testimonials about Reaintell, a company that helps recover lost funds.
There's no flowers, no chocolate, no champagne bottle they are scammers be careful and Zero stars should be the right notation. They scammed me 115 Euros. Now after seeing so many complain, question is how can this company continuing scam guests?

I made my order on 21 December for the delivery between 23 and 26 December and also paid extra for the delivery within a certain date range.
Today, 28 December my order still has not been delivered. I contacted the company's support service and for 3 days (!) now I am receiving the message from the operator saying that FloraQueen is 'diligently' following up with the local supplier. But in these 3 days I did not manage to get any update from them and my order still has not been delivered. I am extremely disappointed as the timing for the order was of importance to me as I am trying to support a friend during a very difficult time. I am utterly disappointed and actually would like to cancel the order and will NEVER order from this company again.

My mum paid 90 GBP for a deluxe bouquet and card to be delivered to me in the USA on my birthday. Order number: *******. What turned up - a day late - was a $15 bouquet from Target. Delivered by DoorDash or Instacart (or similar), in a Target bag, $15 price tag and barcode attached, no note or card or receipt or information. Nothing like the photo of the bouquet my mum had chosen: a quarter of the size, different colors, and already wilting. FloraQueen is a scam. No tracking info available, and no phone number for customer service.

I ordered a gift box with bottle of win for my colleague. The delivery was not accomplished. When I tried to find out why (after spending hours and having to overcome non-english speaking support) they said that the delivery was "destroyed" already, as the person was not home. Nobody ever tried to make it work from their side...Now they are sending me spam emails every day, and all attempts to unsubscribe are not successful. Never use this company, and no need to thank me for saving your nerves!

El producto que solicité llegó completamente diferente de lo que pedí. El jarrón que compré para las flores, que supuestamente debía acompañar el pedido, no llegó, aunque fue cobrado. Hasta el momento, no he recibido respuesta de ningún asistente ni del servicio de atención al cliente, especialmente en el momento en que hice la compra.
La compra se finalizó con una fecha de entrega incorrecta, y no obtuve ningún número de contacto para intentar resolver el problema, ni un canal directo, como la página de Instagram. El plazo de respuesta que prometen está dentro de unos días, pero yo solo tenía tres días para enviar las flores, y era fin de semana.
Siento que hubo una gran falta de respeto hacia los clientes que compran desde diferentes partes del mundo. Es esencial que mejoren la plataforma de atención al cliente, especialmente porque ofrecen productos para fechas especiales y significativas. Tal vez para ustedes un error como este parezca simple, pero piensen en la persona que depende de su servicio y compra un producto que no llega o llega completamente diferente. Esto puede arruinar un momento importante, ya sea un cumpleaños, un homenaje a un amigo o familiar, no importa. Alguien eligió confiar en ustedes para un momento especial.

Answer: The snail mail address for these clowns in a hotel in Spain. So sorry you got taken as we all did. I actually got about 50% of what I paid for sent to Brazil.
