Booking the flight was very easy and convenient. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to book my flight with ease.
I did not find the place to enter my government global entry number and I needed help in finding my airline frequent flying number.
Way to many options to buy little upgrades or insurance, and I must decline in each instance. Plus, $154 for a checked bag? Great ticket price, but the add ons were too much hastle. I'll have to buy cloths in Scotland, but you can get a lot for $154.
Everything was great until the end, after I had given my cc information and payment was going through. They told me there was suddenly a price increase because it was a popular flight.
WHAT THE! What was I supposed to do? Bad business... Unfair price increase
We are taking this flight because it is non stop. The addiitonal fees for text updates seem a little extra. This will be our first time flying Breeze. It is a business flight. Checkout easy except for the constant reading of "add ons".
Able to find the flights I wanted at a great price but there are too many ala carte options that you must click to decline on checking out. It would be better to have to click to opt in on these options instead
This site labels itself in Google search as a Lufthansa booking site deceptively. Unlike other travel sites that cancel for free within 24 hours, if you make an error this site charges a $50 per person cancellation fee. Stay away.
I found a great price, but when I went to check out the site said I timed out. So I had to re-choose, and what do you know - the price went up. I'm a tad suspicious.
Very easy to navigate the website; the only thing I could wish for is the ability to compare prices for 2 different dates, side by side.
I liked that there did not seem to be any surge pricing. I have found on multiple flights on other airlines that If I don't book my flight the first time I come to the booking site that the next time I come back even if it is just 5 minutes later that the airfare has gone up. I recognize that this cna be just bad luck, but the grequency seems to more of a pattern than happenstance. I took three days to decide what days to fly and when. The costs to fly Breeze did not go up between the time I checked the flights (actually it did go up a few dollars, but it was not significant nor shock inducing). Thanks.
Your website is not clear related to refundable tickets. I purchased tickets that I thought said they were refundable and that is not accurate since there is an almost 1000 dollar fee to refund.
My expectations of good business practices, including communication, are all included as add-on services for fees. For example, $33 to not get a randomized seat or $8 for a simple text message of my flight info. This does not convey that the airline prioritizes customer experience. Rather, it conveys that they will seek any opportunity to charge more money.
I was super surprised at how many "insurance" types I was asked to buy. Travel insurance, airline insolvency insurance (?!) and there was another one too that I already forgot. Too many! Why was I asked to pay for my seats? If I didn't pick my seats, I expect my family and I will be sat together since minors are required to be sat w/their parents. Fingers crossed.
I did like that I could choose to only buy a checked bag for myself and not the rest of my family. That is nice.
Easy to navigate and very user friendly. First time traveling to Seoul so was pleased that it was so easy to find the right flight, enter all my information, and get confirmation I had successfully booked. Will definitely be recommending flight network to all my friends and family.
The ticketting timed out after adding a lot of information. Then after restarting the ticket price changed after I clicked pay. It went up $105. That's crazy to do - you need to lock in the price when I enter credit card information
I think that selections that need to be made could be totally upfront. I also don't mind checking yes or no- no need for the thanks. It's just another sales tactic.
Went to Breeze Airline Website and it was switched to flight network. After double checking, it did not let me pay for baggage, etc. went to cancel the trip and you want change almost $200 dollars per flight which was almost the cost of the tickets. Very disappointed and unhappy with whole situation.
Everything worked well. Just would be advisable to recommend that seat assignments are additional payment before clicking booking?
The website needs improvement. It kept kicking me out of my booking and I had to start all over. Also, there are too many addon items that should be included in the fare. One should not have to pay for seat assignments in business class.
Way too many choices to go through that you have to decline and showed that the purchase had to go to carrier (when booking it appeared that we were on the Allegint site)
Answer: I have the same experience on 07/21/2021. I was on hold for 1 hour for two times and then it got disconnected.
Answer: Hi there, the promo code box is under the insurance section on the final step of the booking process. We can certainly add the code to your booking however, I will need your booking number. Can you provide? Once we have that we will issue you a refund. Have a great day. / Courtney
