This website has improved so very much since my last booking experience last year, I really appreciate how much clearer and easier it is!
Thank you for your service. The process was a bit burdensome and offered to charge for services that are usually a part of the booking process on regular airlines. My hope is that in the future you will develop a system that is much more streamlined and easier to navigate, without having to determine whether you want to purchase another service that should be a part of the process.
Booking my LATAM flight was refreshingly user-friendly. The website was intuitive, navigation was smooth, and each step felt clear and efficient. From selecting seats to completing payment, everything flowed seamlessly. I appreciated how quickly I could find options and finalize my trip without confusion or unnecessary steps.

Difficulty accessing info on 3rd leg of our trip with otter. Did not realize until shortly before starting trip that our itinerary included a 15 hour layover in Toronto which cost us in excess 0f $450.00 for a hotel booked after our arrival in Toronto. NO documentation for Porter flight so dragged our luggage to their kiosk for assistance. Also, In Rekajvik at Icelandic Air bit they were unable to help or speak with someone. Staff in Toronto was not helpful! So... not pleased and Celebrity ship staff that helped us with these reservations also under the impression that our itinerary did NOT include a 15 hour layover. Absolutely no assistance from them.

The first time I tried booking this flight, several days ago, I made it all the way to the payment collection step and the website wouldn't let me book the flight. It said there was a system error and to try back later without providing the ability to follow up with a representative to assist.

It is really user-friendly, I love the function that you directly see if the checked in baggage is included or not. Then everything is really easy from there. The best platform ive ever used.
I had to go process of selecting flights 4 times and answering all the questions. I would get near the end and it would say I timed out or just kick me off or say flight was no longer available. Very painful
I am a frequent flyer on other airlines and this is my first time booking on Breeze. It is NOT user friendly to book a ticket! I bought 2 first class tickets and it says Breeze can not guarantee that I'm sitting next to my wife in first class on this flight. I had to pay $20 extra and Breeze will TRY to sit us together. If we are not booked together, this will be my first and last time on Breeze.
Funds were taken out of my American Express account but I never received ticket confirmation. Customer service is not able to help me.

Site is easy to navigate and all options are easily accessible. One small suggestion. I entered my daughter as adult thinking 17 is an adult, but got corrected upon check out that this is a child. However, it was not easy to modify that from that screen, I had to exit and start over. Suggest you put an "Edit" link or button next to it for ease of navigation. Thank you very much.
Flight Network is definitely a fraudulent company! I had a terrible experience with Flight Network just yesterday. I bought the tickets for my 72‑year‑old mother (Almaty–Auckland–Almaty) and also paid an extra $168 NZD for lounge access at Guangzhou Airport. We never received the access code, despite contacting Flight Network's support multiple times, including 24 hours before the flight. They kept saying it would be emailed, but nothing ever arrived.
At Guangzhou Airport, my mother presented the invoice clearly showing the payment for lounge access. Both China Southern Airlines and the lounge staff confirmed that she was not eligible for the service, as no booking had been made for her. This is completely unacceptable. It appears that Flight Network accepted the payment but failed to arrange the service, leaving a 72‑year‑old passenger without the comfort she had paid for.
When I asked for a refund, they insisted they had provided the access code, but offered no proof. This feels dishonest and completely unprofessional. Extremely disappointing experience. I will never use or recommend Flight Network again.

This is the fourth time I've used this site, it seems very easy to use to book flights where I want to go. Especially for an elderly person as myself.
I had to keep the booking site open for an hour while waiting for info from fellow travelers, and I had no trouble doing that. All of my already entered information stayed in place, and I was able to continue where I left off.
It was very easy to book my extremely low priced, direct flights to Toronto from Dallas. It was short notice and beat the next best (direct flight) booking by $225.
