I purchased a ticket that was supposed to be from SXM to SBH. I entered these airports and got a flight schedule. After I selected the flight time and paid for the ticket. The email i got to confirm stated the flight is from Phillipsburg. I have no idea where this is. When I requested to chat via the link on the site, the person said she could not help me due to a "technical issue" and said someone would be in touch ASAP. The receipt I got from the purchase lists the company as GoFlight. Something is fishy about all of this...
1, On the first page of the reservation, I missed the box to click for "No, thanks" and when I clicked "Continue" I was directed to the top of the page, where the box was not visible. 2. I am amazed and appalled by the number of "add on options" offered after indicating my flight. Had I selected all of them, it would have amounted to more than my total ticket price for a round trip. The new American way, I suppose. But it is unpleasant to deal with.
It just dawned on me this isn't actually Cayman Air's website, which is what I searched. It is such bull$#*! that you are allowed to get away with this bait and switch sales tactic.

The website is very clunky. I booked multiple flights and it couldn't remember basic information. I don't see why I had to enter gender separately for every flight.
I thought I was booking with Iberia, but the heading "Iberia flights" was misleading. I later realized I was booking through your company and canceled the ticket, which was about $50 more than the same flight booked directly with Iberia. Because I did not receive a full refund, this experience cost me about $50. This was misleading and not a trustworthy business practice.

I tried several times to book this flight yesterday and each time I got a message that the payment didn't work. I tried several different cards and Paypal and nothing worked. Today I took the same exact steps and paid with Paypal the first time trying. Unfortunately the price increased. I would have chosen a different airline, but my daughter was able to book hers yesterday after several attempts. Not. Great way to start a trip

This is far more $$$$ than advertised., even considering we added a checked bag. Question your advertising. No where near the $50.00 one way!
I put in payment for a certain amount and as it was processing it, I got an alert that due to demand, the price was going to be $150 more. How is that even ok to do to a customer mid transaction... my card was actively being charged when that happened. Disgraceful methods

Disguised as EasyJet I foolishly booked a fight here. EasyJet had no knowledge or record of the booking. The Flight Network flight was also significantly more expensive than booking directly with the airline. No refund, of course

I'm happy with the website and effort it took to book my flights. I am not happy about all the fees I have to pay just to bring a bag and select a seat. I am concerned about the size/weight of carry-on luggage limits. We will be traveling with carry-on bags only from the US and hopefully we are under the weight limit.
This has been incredibly frustrating and I am so discouraged. It would be really nice if someone would try to help me instead of thwart me!

Not Getting Immediate booking confirmation along with the AIrline booking code or ticket no. - some airline need ticket no. And not third party reference and in case any changes is required I need to get in touch with you via direct phone call

I vehemently resent the time wasted and effort required to respond to attempts to coerce additional monies from customers for service upgrades and insurances that should simply be included in the price of the ticket, as they were in the past. Paying for a flight and then paying separately to have a seat on the plane is absurd and nothing more than an offensive and greedy money grab. Instead of making all customers feel appreciated and valuable you have established a caste system of inequality that regulates some to the back of the bus, not because of race or creed, but by income.

The webpage was inconsistent with fees. Configured so you feel as though you need to pay for services or fees you don't want. The "no thanks" boxes are not prominent and not consistent across the questions. You really have to pay attention not to select for additional charges.
