Booking a flight with Flight Network was difficult to navigate with a lot of things to consider. I was "timed out " twice in the process and that caused me to mistakenly book the wrong flight time. I was not given enough time to book! When I called your customer service number my call got dropped twice, I was finally able to connect with an agent who credited me for the wrong flight with a penalty. Most other booking companies give you a free 24 hour grace period to make changes if something inadvertently went wrong. I will not use Flight Network again nor will I recommend it to anyone.
Credit card company rejected the charge because of concern about fraud, and by the time I had received its approval, my booking on Flight Network had disappeared
I cancelled within 1/2 hour charged a $45.00 fee and will not credit my card purchase for 2 weeks! Even the airlines gives you 24 hours

Could not verify seats on our return trip. I could not find where I could bring on a carry on suitcase, At the beginning it said I can do it later. Never found it. We do not want to check a suitcase, Then it said my credit card was denied and then on the 2nd try, it said I needed more verification (there is not a problem with our card)

There are a lot of hidden prices. It would have been nice if the price were straight forward. After buying the ticket you have to pay for the seat and luggage is 150 per bag. Then every little extra is extra.
Seems like the company likes to charge extra for everything... When I declined all of the "extras", the final price somehow increased by 67.00. Feels like you're just reaching in my pocket for extra $$.
I've been trying to but my tickets since last night. I make all the way to the end, and it says there was an error and come back. Then, when I came back the ticket was 200 dollars more. That transaction failed, so I called the call center this morning. Half way through the conversation, the call was disconnected. I finally got the transaction to go through, but I am very frustrated by the experience.
I wanted a round trip ticket but the time I wanted to fly out did not come up in list of flights when I asked for round trip. So when I put in one way it did come up. Really inconvenient and time consuming to have to book two separate tickets

It started with such a low ticket price and then kept adding as added bags, and other requirements. It was easy to proceed through the many steps. Overall price was quite reasonable after adding all the extras.
The price originally detailed on the site was vastly different after the purchase journey (and it was a looong journey). I am a delta customer but needed a direct to Iceland. Compared to their site/experience there is a WIDE gap. So much easier and true cost accurate with delta.

To many options. Just sell me a ticket for a seat on your plane. One price, that's it, no nickel and dime for every variable of air travel. What a pain in the $#*!. Then I try to use PayPal to pay and for some reason I can't. I imagine that you don't want me to use PayPal. Well if that's the case why offer Pay Pal as an option?
You should simplify pricing vs charging for basic services we take for granted with most other airlines. I can't think of another airline that charges for SMS flight updates. First time a European airline is offering inferior services to an American airline. Just disgraceful.
