Easy to follow screens and format! Able to return to previous screens without losing any data. Took very little time to complete!

Very easy to book Airlink flight for later this year. So far so good but I don't travel till end of July so will hope everything stays good.

Booking was smooth but after making payment a pop up said the cost increased $100 and I felt like it was hard to determine if this was a tru cost or just an add on since I was already committed to booking.
It was not a good feeling from a customer end

No mention of ticket prices varying or fees for entering countries or why my tickets went up $114 dollars above the agreed upon amount at the very end.

A little confused about baggage check. It appears that I can check at the airport for less money so I chose not to check baggage on line.

So the booking process was very easy, easy website to navigate around. My trip isn't for 6 months so we will see how the rest of it goes.

Attempted to fill out my information on-line 2 times... did not know why I was unable to book. Logged out of website, waited for a while and when I signed in... it no longer had the flight I wanted?

Sometime later I sent an email and I was able to complete the transaction.

All the add Ons are ridiculous, Who flies without anything, just include baggage with the flight scam, sure puts a damper on travel

I booked a multi-flight ticket, found a good price, even selected my seats. I entered my credit card and several minutes later I was informed I needed to refresh the page and try again. When I did, all the flights had disappeared.

It was not clear that you had the option to NOT book seats. The price increased by $40.00 in the time we were booking. I t was not clear that random "price increases could occur during the booking process. Still not sure what "accessibility" could be that cost $40.00

I was looking for the one way ticket with ELAL and I found it on Flight network.
I had never used this site before.
I had to go back several times because I did not see where I can compare prices ect.

I hope you send e-mail a couple days before the flight

Way too many boxes to add extra charges and say no thanks. Too much money to have a bag, it's almost half of the ticket price.

Web site is user friendly. It was super easy to find flights, book tickets, and select seats. I could also add my Delta frequent flyer number to my profile!

One has to refuse every little option. One should be able to just pick the options I want and not have to actively refuse something.

Quick fast and easy. I can't write much since my first time booking with Flight network. Will write more after my flight in May. Cheers

This website has improved so very much since my last booking experience last year, I really appreciate how much clearer and easier it is!

Thank you for your service. The process was a bit burdensome and offered to charge for services that are usually a part of the booking process on regular airlines. My hope is that in the future you will develop a system that is much more streamlined and easier to navigate, without having to determine whether you want to purchase another service that should be a part of the process.

Booking my LATAM flight was refreshingly user-friendly. The website was intuitive, navigation was smooth, and each step felt clear and efficient. Lowest prices around. Would like a wheelchair at the
Airports as I am mobility challenged. Nowhere was it listed as a concern.
