It was very easy to book flights for my destination. The information provided was necessary. I liked the many opportunities provided to review and make any adjustments before finalizing the payment. This so far has been user friendly.

Too many additional charge options for things as basic as customer support if luggage is lost. Seems excessive to me. Plus no carry on availability is surprising.

There were too many options before paying... it was very confusing.

I couldn't select the seats, whereas on Expedia, for the exact same flights, I could. Plus, American charges an additional fee just to TRY to seat us together, per leg of the trip!
And, the price went up while I was purchasing the tickets.

Too many extras which should be free! Prices are too high, Delta flights from NY to Marthas Vineyard are much less expensive!

The website is difficult to figure out what needs to be checked off and it took 10 minutes to actually book the flights.

I found the process quick and easy to book and pay for flight with no issues.

The flights are advertised as the seat price, not the flight itself. I was surprised and sad.

After filling out all the information, accepting the terms and the price, I was suddenly notified that due to high demand, I had to pay an additional 154.00. Unacceptable.

It is ridiculous to offer a fare that does not include a seat! As far as I can tell, there is no standing option. I had to pay another $30 for a required seat. That is at least misleading to publish fares and predatory at worst.

Pretty bummed about how cheap the flight looks until you add all the seat and carryon fees. Then it comes about the same as other airline costs. Good that it's direct.
